本发明公开了一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,包括第一连接棒、第二连接棒和锥弓根钉,所述第一连接棒的一端套接有弹性管,所述弹性管的另一端套接有第二连接棒,所述第一连接棒与第二连接棒的相邻侧壁均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内腔中设有弹性连接件,所述第一连接棒和第二连接棒分别通过棒槽连接有锥弓根钉,所述钉帽的上侧通过螺纹连接有锁紧帽,该脊柱柔性固定器具采用连接棒中部利用弹性管和弹性连接件连接,避免连接棒的各节点所受刚性力对病人的恢复造成阻碍,当病人的脊柱通过活动进行弯曲时,弹性连接件给予脊柱一定的缓冲,避免病人在恢复过程中活动时产生较大的疼痛。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种脊柱柔性固定的器具。
背景技术
脊柱为人体的中轴骨骼,是身体的支柱,有负重、减震、保护和运动等功能,随着人们年龄的增加,人们的脊柱会发生侧弯变形的现象,影响人们的正常生活,医学上对于脊柱侧弯采用钉棒进行矫正和固定,传统的矫正和固定器具中的连接棒与锥弓根钉之间的各节点受力均为刚性的,这对于病人的恢复存在很大障碍,且病人在恢复的过程中往往会伴随着很大的疼痛,且传统锥弓根钉与连接棒的连接,大多采用螺栓内置固定的结构,且固定后的锥弓根钉的上端会留有凸起,随着病人的恢复和活动,会出现松动和凸起摩擦神经的情况出现,为病人的恢复带来很大的阻碍,为此,我们提出一种脊柱柔性固定的器具。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,包括第一连接棒、第二连接棒和锥弓根钉,所述第一连接棒的一端套接有弹性管,所述弹性管的另一端套接有第二连接棒,所述第一连接棒与第二连接棒的相邻侧壁均设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内腔中设有弹性连接件,所述锥弓根钉的上端连接有钉帽,所述钉帽的上端面留有贯穿钉帽两侧的棒槽,所述第一连接棒和第二连接棒分别通过棒槽连接有锥弓根钉,所述钉帽的上侧通过螺纹连接有锁紧帽。
优选的,所述弹性连接件为弹簧,所述凹槽的槽底设有圆形凸块,所述圆形凸块的前端设有倒钩凸块,所述弹簧的两端分别套接于圆形凸块的表面。
所述弹性连接件为弹性金属棒,所述弹性金属棒的两端均留有螺纹凹槽,所述凹槽的槽底均设有螺纹对应螺纹凹槽的螺纹凸块。
优选的,所述锁紧帽的内腔底部设有压紧凸块,所述压紧凸块的下端设有固定齿。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该脊柱柔性固定器具采用连接棒中部利用弹性管和弹性连接件连接,避免连接棒的各节点所受刚性力对病人的恢复造成阻碍,当病人的脊柱通过活动进行弯曲时,弹性连接件给予脊柱一定的缓冲,避免病人在恢复过程中活动时产生较大的疼痛,采用锁紧帽利用螺纹包裹于钉帽的外侧壁的结构,避免传统的锥弓根钉的上端留有的凸起对病人的神经造成磨损,减轻病人在恢复过程中所承受的痛苦。

请参阅图1、图2和图4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,包括第一连接棒1、第二连接棒2和锥弓根钉3,所述第一连接棒1的一端套接有弹性管4,所述弹性管4的另一端套接有第二连接棒2,所述第一连接棒1与第二连接棒2的相邻侧壁均设有凹槽5,所述凹槽5的内腔中设有弹性连接件6,所述弹性连接件6为弹簧10,所述凹槽5的槽底设有圆形凸块11,所述圆形凸块11的前端设有倒钩凸块12,所述弹簧10的两端分别套接于圆形凸块11的表面,利用弹性管4和弹性连接件6连接,避免连接棒的各节点所受刚性力对病人的恢复造成阻碍,当病人的脊柱通过活动进行弯曲时,弹簧10内置于凹槽5的内腔中,当病人恢复活动时,给予脊柱一定的缓冲,避免病人在恢复过程中活动时产生较大的疼痛,所述锥弓根钉3的上端连接有钉帽7,所述钉帽7的上端面留有贯穿钉帽7两侧的棒槽8,所述第一连接棒1和第二连接棒2分别通过棒槽8连接有锥弓根钉3,所述钉帽7的上侧通过螺纹连接有锁紧帽9,所述锁紧帽9的内腔底部设有压紧凸块16,所述压紧凸块16的下端设有固定齿17,锁紧帽9利用螺纹包裹于钉帽7的外侧壁的结构,避免传统的锥弓根钉3的上端留有的凸起对病人的神经造成磨损,减轻病人在恢复过程中所承受的痛苦。
请参阅图3,本发明的另一种弹性连接件为:所述弹性连接件6为弹性金属棒13,所述弹性金属棒13的两端均留有螺纹凹槽14,所述凹槽6的槽底均设有螺纹对应螺纹凹槽14的螺纹凸块15,弹性金属片13内置于凹槽5的内腔中,当病人恢复活动时,给予脊柱一定的缓冲,避免病人在恢复过程中活动时产生较大的疼痛。

1.一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,包括第一连接棒(1)、第二连接棒(2)和锥弓根钉(3),其特征在于:所述第一连接棒(1)的一端套接有弹性管(4),所述弹性管(4)的另一端套接有第二连接棒(2),所述第一连接棒(1)与第二连接棒(2)的相邻侧壁均设有凹槽(5),所述凹槽(5)的内腔中设有弹性连接件(6),所述锥弓根钉(3)的上端连接有钉帽(7),所述钉帽(7)的上端面留有贯穿钉帽(7)两侧的棒槽(8),所述第一连接棒(1)和第二连接棒(2)分别通过棒槽(8)连接有锥弓根钉(3),所述钉帽(7)的上侧通过螺纹连接有锁紧帽(9);
所述弹性连接件(6)为弹簧(10),所述凹槽(5)的槽底设有圆形凸块(11),所述圆形凸块(11)的前端设有倒钩凸块(12),所述弹簧(10)的两端分别套接于圆形凸块(11)的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脊柱柔性固定的器具,其特征在于:所述锁紧帽(9)的内腔底部设有压紧凸块(16),所述压紧凸块(16)的下端设有固定齿(17)。
