本发明涉及绕组线领域,具体是一种电动汽车电机绕组线。
背景技术
由于普通燃油汽车尾气排放导致环境问题,为此,发展电动汽车是降低汽车燃料消耗量,缓解燃油供求矛盾,减少尾气排放,改善大气环境,促进汽车产业技术进步和优化升级的重要举措。现有的电动汽车的驱动机构是采用电机进行驱动。电机是将电能转换为机械能的一种设备,它利用定子绕组旋转磁场并作用于转子而形成磁场旋转扭矩。电机绕组线永久地与电机定子绕组连接并引出电机机壳或电机接线柱上的一种专用连接线。现有的电机绕组线普遍是由金属线芯和绝缘层组成,其耐高温性能和阻燃性不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动汽车电机绕组线,具有很好的耐高温和阻燃性。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种电动汽车电机绕组线,包括有金属线芯,包裹于金属线芯上由玻璃纤维带和云母带组成的绝缘层,包裹于绝缘层上的阻燃层,以及包裹阻燃层外的自润滑层。
所述的玻璃纤维带和云母带并排缠绕于金属线芯上,形成间隔缠绕的结构。
所述的阻燃层是在绝缘层表面涂覆固化阻燃漆形成。
所述的自润滑层选用油蜡涂覆层。
本发明的优点:
本发明的绝缘层采用玻璃纤维带和云母带组成,不但具有很好的绝缘性能,且具有耐火隔热性,本发明的阻燃层进一步提高了绕组线的阻燃性能,设置的自润滑层降低了绕组线与设备的接触磨损。本发明结构简单、加工方便,且具有很好的耐温高和阻燃性能。

1.一种电动汽车电机绕组线,其特征在于:包括有金属线芯,包裹于金属线芯上由玻璃纤维带和云母带组成的绝缘层,包裹于绝缘层上的阻燃层,以及包裹阻燃层外的自润滑层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车电机绕组线,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维带和云母带并排缠绕于金属线芯上,形成间隔缠绕的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车电机绕组线,其特征在于:所述的阻燃层是在绝缘层表面涂覆固化阻燃漆形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车电机绕组线,其特征在于:所述的自润滑层选用油蜡涂覆层。
