本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种移动通信用防潮电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,比如在航空,电力等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的耐高压以及抗磁干扰性能方面的要求都特别高,但是现在市面上所使用的电缆因其结构设计不合理或材质等问题,并不能起到有效的保护作用,电缆在潮湿的环境下工作时,水分很容易透过电缆护套侵入到电缆内部,不仅使导体被腐蚀,而且容易造成系统的短路,给企业带来很大的麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种移动通信用防潮电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种移动通信用防潮电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、第一保护层、第二保护层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外设置一层第一保护层;所述第一保护层外设置一层第二保护层;且所述电缆本体内部设置有多个光单元;所述第二保护层外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外紧密挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种移动通信用防潮电缆,所述外护套采用氟塑料材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、防水效果好和使用方便等优点,所述绝缘层保持了电缆原有的柔软性,经弯曲冲击和挤压等机械外力作用后,过渡电阻值变化不大,且剥离时也不会损伤电缆。

如图1所示,一种移动通信用防潮电缆,它包括电缆本体8,所述电缆本体8包括导体1、第一保护层2、第二保护层3和外护套6,所述电缆本体8内部设置有多个导体1;所述导体1外设置一层第一保护层2;所述第一保护层2外设置一层第二保护层3;且所述电缆本体8内部设置有多个光单元7;所述第二保护层3外设置一层绝缘层4;所述绝缘层4外挤包一层屏蔽层5;所述屏蔽层5外紧密挤包一层外护套6。
所述绝缘层4保持了电缆原有的柔软性,经弯曲冲击和挤压等机械外力作用后,过渡电阻值变化不大,且剥离时也不会损伤电缆。
