技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,工业等领域也在快速进步,随之带来的是电缆用量的增加,电缆通常是有几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,电缆的种类有很多,可以应用在很多领域中而不同的领域中的使用环境是不一样的,因此对电缆也有着不同的要求,电缆在使用过程中经常会对其进行拉伸,现有的电缆因其材质选择不合理,经不起过大压力的拖拽,长时间使用造成电缆表皮破损,严重影响到后期的工作。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多根导体;且所述电缆本体内部设置有多个引流芯;所述导体外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层保护层;所述保护层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆,所述绝缘层、导体和引流芯之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆,所述屏蔽层内部环绕设置有多根加强条。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、抗拉伸效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述填充层使电缆本体内部结构更为紧凑,即使受到外界的挤压,也不会出现断裂的情况,具有较好的吸水性。

如图1所示,一种工业用柔性耐拉伸控制电缆,它包括电缆本体9,所述电缆本体9包括导体1、绝缘层2、屏蔽层3和外护套5,所述电缆本体9内部设置有多根导体1;且所述电缆本体9内部设置有多个引流芯6;所述导体1外设置一层绝缘层2;所述绝缘层2外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层3;所述屏蔽层3外挤包一层保护层4;所述保护层4外挤包一层外护套5。
所述填充层7使电缆本体9内部结构更为紧凑,即使受到外界的挤压,也不会出现断裂的情况,具有较好的吸水性。
