技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种加强型绝缘电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,工业等领域也在快速进步,随之带来的是电缆用量的增加,电缆通常是有几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,电缆的种类有很多,可以应用在很多领域中而不同的领域中的使用环境是不一样的,因此对电缆也有着不同的要求,现有的电缆在使用过程中往往因外界受力过大导致电缆本体内部结构破损,在其工作时很容易出现故障,给工作人员带来很多不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种加强型绝缘电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种加强型绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、填充层、屏蔽层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外包裹一层加强层;且所述加强层外设置有多根光单元;所述加强层外包裹一层抗撕裂层;所述抗撕裂层外挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外紧密挤包一层金属编织层;所述金属编织层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种加强型绝缘电缆,所述抗撕裂层、加强层和光单元之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种加强型绝缘电缆,所述金属编织层为金属铜丝编织而成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、抗拉伸和使用寿命长等优点,所述金属编织层为金属铜丝编织而成,有效的提高了电缆的抗干扰能力,从而提高了电缆本体的信号传输的可靠性。

如图1所示,一种加强型绝缘电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、填充层5、屏蔽层7和外护套9,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个导体2;所述导体2外包裹一层加强层3;且所述加强层3外设置有多根光单元4;所述加强层3外包裹一层抗撕裂层6;所述抗撕裂层6外挤包一层屏蔽层7;所述屏蔽层7外紧密挤包一层金属编织层8;所述金属编织层8外挤包一层外护套9。
所述金属编织层8为金属铜丝编织而成,有效的提高了电缆的抗干扰能力,从而提高了电缆本体1的信号传输的可靠性。
