本发明涉及无污染的农机用V带,包括包布层,所述包布层内自上而下依次设有伸张胶层、缓冲胶层和压缩胶层,所述缓冲胶层内设有芯绳,所述包布层包括内包布,所述内包布的外侧设有外包布,所述外包布临近所述内包布层的一侧压延有包布胶层,所述包布胶层的厚度为0.1mm~0.4mmm;所述包布胶层由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶90~100份、天然橡胶0~10份、炭黑20~35份、促进剂NA‑22 0.2~0.8份、氧化锌4~7份、氧化镁4~7份、活性剂1~3份、防老剂1~3份、粘合剂2~3份、抗静电剂1~3份;所述内包布和所述外包布由棉质量分数为85%的白色涤棉交织而成,所述内包布和所述外包布的经线和纬线的股数至少为3股。本发明耐磨强度高且抗静电、阻燃性能好,使用过程无污染;工艺简单,易操作,成本低。

无污染的农机用V带
技术领域
本发明涉及无污染的农机用V带。
背景技术
农业机械传动皮带在农机作业中广泛应用,一般用普通V带大多为芯绳三角带,包括内芯和包覆在芯层外表面的包布层,其横截面呈上大下小的梯形,所述内芯由上而下分别为伸张胶层、强力层、缓冲胶层、压缩胶层。农机V带在运行过程中,包布层与带轮接触,受剪切应力的反复作用,包布胶与包布纤维逐渐从带体上剥离造成污染。我国现有农机带在使用过程中磨损严重,易对粮食及食品、环境等造成污染,易产生静电聚集,引起粮食等燃烧,存在火灾隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨强度高且抗静电、阻燃性能好,使用过程无污染的无污染的农机用V带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:无污染的农机用V带,包括包布层,所述包布层内自上而下依次设有伸张胶层、缓冲胶层和压缩胶层,所述缓冲胶层内设有芯绳,所述包布层包括内包布,所述内包布的外侧设有外包布,所述外包布临近所述内包布层的一侧压延有包布胶层,所述包布胶层的厚度为0.1mm~0.4mm;所述包布胶层由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶90~100份、天然橡胶0~10份、炭黑20~35份、促进剂NA-220.2~0.8份、氧化锌4~7份、氧化镁4~7份、活性剂1~3份、防老剂1~3份、粘合剂2~3份、抗静电剂1~3份;所述内包布和所述外包布由棉质量分数为85%的白色涤棉交织而成,所述内包布和所述外包布的经线和纬线的股数至少为3股。
作为优选的技术方案,所述包布胶层的厚度为0.4mm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述内包布和所述外包布的经线和纬线的股数均为3股。
作为优选的技术方案,所述包布胶层的厚度与V带的横截面积成正比。
作为优选的技术方案,所述包布胶层由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、氧化镁4份、促进剂NA-220.5份、活性剂2份、白炭黑28份、防老剂3份、粘合剂2.5份、抗静电剂2份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1)外包布和内包布采用棉质量分数为0.85、经线和纬线的股数至少为3股的白色涤棉交织而成的帆布,其强力较高,耐磨性能良好,与橡胶的粘合性能好,且不产生静电;
2)包布胶层主要采用氯丁胶,因为氯丁橡胶耐热、耐臭氧老化性能优良,耐油、耐溶剂性能好,导电性好,可防止静电聚集;耐燃性好,不自燃,因此增强了V带的抗静电性和阻燃性;
3)由于外包布与内包布接触的一面为加厚包布胶层,这就大大增加了带体弹性,最大程度的减少了因带体震动、摩擦而引起的掉胶粒、布纤维等现象,大大减少了使用过程中的污染;
4)由于带体与物料接触一面为白色的涤棉帆布,这就杜绝了胶料与承载物料的接触,避免了胶料对物料的二次污染。
综上,本发明耐磨强度高且抗静电、阻燃性能好,使用过程无污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,无污染的农机用V带,包括包布层,所述包布层内自上而下依次设有伸张胶层7、缓冲胶层6和压缩胶层4,所述缓冲胶层6内设有芯绳5。所述包布层包括内包布3,所述内包布3的外侧设有外包布1。所述内包布3和所述外包布1由棉质量分数为85%的白色涤棉交织而成,所述内包布3和所述外包布1的经线和纬线的股数至少为3股。优选的,所述内包布3和所述外包布1采用棉质量分数为85%、经线和纬线的股数均为3股的白色涤棉交织而成,其强力较高,耐磨性能良好,与橡胶的粘合性能好,且不产生静电。
所述外包布1临近所述内包布3的一侧压延有包布胶层2,所述包布胶层2的厚度为0.1mm~0.4mm。优选的,所述包布胶层的厚度为0.4mm。所述包布胶层2的厚度与V带的横截面积成正比,包布胶层2过厚则影响V带本身结构及尺寸,进而影响其使用寿命,过薄则起不到相应作用并影响其粘合性能。通过实验发现,包布胶层与包布层的粘合强度越大,剥离越困难,产生的胶粒和包布纤维越少,相对污染越小。本发明采用股数均为3股的白色经线和纬线交织的白色涤棉帆布作为外包布1和内包布3,外包布1和内包布3之间设有包布胶层,这样,最大限度的提高了内包布3和外包布1之间的粘合,减少甚至杜绝胶粒和包布纤维的消耗和掉落。由于外包布1与内包布3接触的一面为加厚包布胶层2,这就大大增加了带体弹性,最大程度的减少了因带体震动、摩擦而引起的掉胶粒、布纤维等现象。因外包布为白色涤棉帆布,橡胶等污染源不与待运输的货物相接触,这样就大大减少了粮食及食品等的二次污染,使得我们在食品安全方面有了更好得的保障。
由于包布胶层2处于内包布3和外包布1之间,外包布1受到拉伸应力的作用,内包布3受压缩应力作用,因此要求包布胶层2必须具有良好的弹性,较大的定伸应力和强度,较小的永久变形及优良的耐疲劳性能。所述包布胶层2由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶90~100份、天然橡胶0~10份、炭黑20~35份、促进剂NA-220.2~0.8份、氧化锌4~7份、氧化镁4~7份、活性剂1~3份、防老剂1~3份、粘合剂2~3份、抗静电剂1~3份。优选的,所述包布胶层2由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶100份、氧化锌5份、氧化镁4份、促进剂NA-220.5份、活性剂2份、白炭黑28份、防老剂3份、粘合剂2.5份、抗静电剂2份。因为氯丁橡胶耐热、耐臭氧老化性能优良,耐油、耐溶剂性能好,导电性好,可防止静电聚集;耐燃性好,不自燃。因此发明采用氯丁橡胶作为包布胶层2的主体。包布胶层2一般为压延胶一次性压延成功,非二次铺垫,若使用二次铺垫会在工艺过程中出现不确定因素,继而影响产品的使用。
本发明的工艺与普通V带大体相同,不同之处在于:内包布的外面包覆有挂有加厚包布胶层的外包布。外包布挂加厚的包布胶层可在压延机上进行,因此,本发明可以在传统设备上生产。
本发明采用无毒无味的原材料制成,具有强力高,伸缩小,耐磨及污染小等特点,完全能够满足用户生产及环保方面的要求。

1.无污染的农机用V带,包括包布层,所述包布层内自上而下依次设有伸张胶层、缓冲胶层和压缩胶层,所述缓冲胶层内设有芯绳,其特征在于:所述包布层包括内包布,所述内包布的外侧设有外包布,所述外包布临近所述内包布的一侧压延有包布胶层,所述包布胶层的厚度为0.1mm~0.4mm;所述包布胶层由以下重量份组份组成:氯丁橡胶90~100份、天然橡胶0~10份、炭黑20~35份、促进剂NA-220.2~0.8份、氧化锌4~7份、氧化镁4~7份、活性剂1~3份、防老剂1~3份、粘合剂2~3份、抗静电剂1~3份;所述内包布和所述外包布由棉质量分数为85%的白色涤棉交织而成,所述内包布和所述外包布的经线和纬线的股数至少为3股;所述包布胶层的厚度与V带的横截面积成正比。
