Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to a kind of methanol decomposition reactor utilizing engine exhaust heat, belong to engine exhaust heat and utilize field.
Background technique
Methyl alcohol is the fuel of a kind of oxygen enrichment, environmental protection, high energy, and its physical property determines methyl alcohol at normal temperatures and pressures to be existed in liquid form.Compared with gasoline, H/C and the octane value of methyl alcohol are high, and lean-burn scope is very wide in range, and allowing motor to use higher compression ratio, is a kind of highly effective fuel.Containing oxygen 50% in methanol molecules, velocity of combustion is fast, and self is containing oxygen and aiding combustion, and sufficient combustion, can improve the thermal efficiency, can realize again emission controls by improving combustion and reduce the conventional gas discharges such as CO, HC and NOx.Raw materials extensively enrich (as waste etc. is produced in low grade coal, oven gas, life), and this contributes to further genralrlization and the application of methanol fuel.China has the history of 40 years nearly to the development test of methanol fuel replacing gasoline, had in some areas scale to be applied at present, achieved the bumper harvests of economic benefit and social benefit. But at present using methyl alcohol as direct alternative motor fuels, can produce the problem that some are serious, containing various toxic pollutants etc. in the bad and tail gas of as lower in calorific value, easy corrode engine, lubricity, this all hampers the further application of methanol fuel. For the consideration of energy-saving and emission-reduction, enter engine cylinder combustion after methanol decomposition being become hydrogen and carbon monoxide and overcome the above-mentioned shortcoming of methyl alcohol as direct substitute fuel.Containing abundant hydrogen in dissociated methanol gas, possess the feature of combustion of hydrogen, thin rapid combustion can be realized, thus improve engine thermal efficiency, significantly reduce noxious emission, improve power character and the Economy of motor.Research shows that petrol engine is mixed the fuel economy after hydrogen burning and improved 30%, uses gasoline/hydrogen mixed gas can improve mixture combustion speed, use pure gasoline to export with guaranteed output when high load during petrol engine sub load; Diesel engine is mixed hydrogen postignition delay period and is shortened, and burning can complete near top dead center, and ignition time delay is little by influence of oxygen content in mixed gas, thus creates condition for adopting EGR to reduce discharged nitrous oxides.Dissociated methanol gas can provide the fuel of this cleanest and environmental protection of hydrogen energy source for automobile.Meanwhile, in hydrogen utilization, methanol decomposition solves hydrogen and stores the difficulties such as inconvenient, safety coefficient is low, and application prospect is better.More the good news is, methanol low-temperature decomposing catalyzer has had breakthrough progress, methyl alcohol uses special catalyzer just can cracking completely at a lower temperature, makes by the hydrogen manufacturing of absorbing automobile exhaust waste heat dissociated methanol and the technology path being used as motor fuel obtains technical support.
It is one of developing direction of future automobile technology that engine exhaust heat is recycled.Existing engine exhaust heat recovery and utilization technology, in order to take into account reactor heat transfer effect and casing rigidity, takes different equipment structure, considerably increases the risk of weld joint gas leakage; Some technological schemes adopt heat exchanging tube catalyst filling, and catalyst loading amount is little, and is be liquid state because methyl alcohol enters in pipe, easily washes away catalyst granules; Some technological schemes adopt electric heating bolt auxiliary heating, although enhance the heat exchange of reactor, easily cause reactor to be heated uneven, add the difficulty controlling reaction temperature.
