本发明公开了一种易碎不干胶纸及其制备方法,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维35-61份、维纶粘结剂2-4份、涤纶粘结剂1-1.7份、分散剂4-9份、高岭土40-75份、韧皮纤维2-5份、钛白粉15-30份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-5份、磺酸盐1-3份、磷酸盐0.7-1.4份和交联剂1-8份。本发明易碎不干胶纸制备时添加了分散剂,能有效的延长易碎不干胶纸的使用寿命;同时在制备过程中不采用木浆为原料,具有环保作用;采用化学纤维、维纶粘结剂、高岭土、钛白粉和聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,使纸张的破碎效果更优,在使用中能迅速破碎成细小片状,不会影响不干胶纸的使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种易碎不干胶纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
易碎不干胶纸在日常中被广泛应用于需要保修物质或物品的封口处,可以起到防伪、防启封的作用。现有的易碎不干胶纸通常由木浆为原来,制作时往往要砍伐大批树木,这样对环境保护和保持生态平衡造成了很大破坏,而且这种易碎不干胶纸的破碎效果较差,在使用中常常会出现很多部分一直粘连,不会破碎,这样直接影响到了其使用效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种破碎效果好,更环保的易碎不干胶纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种易碎不干胶纸,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维35-61份、维纶粘结剂2-4份、涤纶粘结剂1-1.7份、分散剂4-9份、高岭土40-75份、韧皮纤维2-5份、钛白粉15-30份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-5份、磺酸盐1-3份、磷酸盐0.7-1.4份和交联剂1-8份。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述易碎不干胶纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取化学纤维35-61份、维纶粘结剂2-4份、涤纶粘结剂1-1.7份、高岭土40-75份、钛白粉15-30份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂4-9份、韧皮纤维2-5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-5份,打浆分散10-20分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加磺酸盐1-3份、磷酸盐0.7-1.4份和交联剂1-8份;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
本发明易碎不干胶纸的有益效果是:所述易碎不干胶纸制备时添加了分散剂,能有效的延长易碎不干胶纸的使用寿命;同时在制备过程中不采用木浆为原料,具有环保作用;采用化学纤维、维纶粘结剂、高岭土、钛白粉和聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,使纸张的破碎效果更优,在使用中能迅速破碎成细小片状,不会影响不干胶纸的使用效果。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种易碎不干胶纸,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维35份、维纶粘结剂2份、涤纶粘结剂1份、分散剂4份、高岭土40份、韧皮纤维2份、钛白粉15份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1份、磺酸盐1份、磷酸盐0.7份和交联剂1份。
所述易碎不干胶纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取化学纤维35份、维纶粘结剂2份、涤纶粘结剂1份、高岭土40份、钛白粉15份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂4份、韧皮纤维2份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1份,打浆分散10分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加磺酸盐1份、磷酸盐0.7份和交联剂1份;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
实施例2
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维61份、维纶粘结剂4份、涤纶粘结剂1.7份、分散剂9份、高岭土75份、韧皮纤维5份、钛白粉30份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液5份、磺酸盐3份、磷酸盐01.4份和交联剂8份。
实施例3
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维50份、维纶粘结剂3份、涤纶粘结剂1.4份、分散剂7份、高岭土60份、韧皮纤维4份、钛白粉22份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液3份、磺酸盐2份、磷酸盐1份和交联剂4份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维37份、维纶粘结剂2.5份、涤纶粘结剂1.2份、分散剂4.8份、高岭土44份、韧皮纤维2.7份、钛白粉18份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2份、磺酸盐1.5份、磷酸盐0.9份和交联剂2份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维59份、维纶粘结剂3.5份、涤纶粘结剂1.6份、分散剂8份、高岭土70份、韧皮纤维4份、钛白粉28份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液4份、磺酸盐2.6份、磷酸盐1.3份和交联剂7份。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维44份、维纶粘结剂3份、涤纶粘结剂1.5份、分散剂5份、高岭土55份、韧皮纤维3份、钛白粉20份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液4份、磺酸盐2份、磷酸盐1.1份和交联剂6份。
实施例7
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维40份、维纶粘结剂2.1份、涤纶粘结剂1.3份、分散剂4.6份、高岭土66份、韧皮纤维4.1份、钛白粉19份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2份、磺酸盐2份、磷酸盐1份和交联剂3份。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维49份、维纶粘结剂3份、涤纶粘结剂1份、分散剂7份、高岭土65份、韧皮纤维4份、钛白粉27份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液3份、磺酸盐1份、磷酸盐1.4份和交联剂8份。

1.一种易碎不干胶纸,其特征在于:该易碎不干胶纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:化学纤维35-61份、维纶粘结剂2-4份、涤纶粘结剂1-1.7份、分散剂4-9份、高岭土40-75份、韧皮纤维2-5份、钛白粉15-30份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-5份、磺酸盐1-3份、磷酸盐0.7-1.4份和交联剂1-8份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的易碎不干胶纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取化学纤维35-61份、维纶粘结剂2-4份、涤纶粘结剂1-1.7份、高岭土40-75份、钛白粉15-30份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂4-9份、韧皮纤维2-5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-5份,打浆分散10-20分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加磺酸盐1-3份、磷酸盐0.7-1.4份和交联剂1-8份;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
