本发明涉及面料领域,尤其是一种高弹性面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线由多股蚕丝纤维捻合而成,其直径为25.13μm,纤度为218dtex;所述的纬线为涤纶纤维丝,其直径为18μm,纤度为164dtex;经密度为42.8根/cm,纬密度为58.4根/cm。该高弹性面料,其利用多股蚕丝纤维捻合形成经线,同时合理的控制经线、纬线的直径及密度,在面料不受力的情况下,其能很好的保持原有的形状,不会收缩;而当其收到外界张力时,可以将经线与纬线交织处张紧,从而实现面料的弹性表面。

本发明涉及面料领域,尤其是一种高弹性面料。
背景技术
现有的面料在经纬编织有其弹性相对较差,除非采用具有弹性的材料编织而成;但弹性材料编织后其形状保持能力较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单,弹性强且形状保持能力好的高弹性面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的高弹性面料,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线由多股蚕丝纤维捻合而成,其直径为25.13μm,纤度为218dtex;所述的纬线为涤纶纤维丝,其直径为18μm,纤度为164dtex;经密度为42.8根/cm,纬密度为58.4根/cm。
本发明所得到的高弹性面料,其利用多股蚕丝纤维捻合形成经线,同时合理的控制经线、纬线的直径及密度,在面料不受力的情况下,其能很好的保持原有的形状,不会收缩;而当其收到外界张力时,可以将经线与纬线交织处张紧,从而实现面料的弹性表面。
