本发明涉及一种标记涂料,由功能组分和辅料组成,其中功能组分包括以下质量份的组分:堇青石5-10份,高岭土5-10份,氧化石墨烯3-8份,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15-20份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10-15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-8份,油酸镁1-3份,粉煤灰3-5份,硅溶胶5-10份。上述标记涂料在方便使用的同时,可以有效的提高标记涂料的使用寿命以及耐磨耐水性、粘附性。

一种标记涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种可以广泛用于生产生活中的标记涂料。
背景技术
标记涂料已经广泛用于人们的生产和生活的各个方面,如道路、建筑物、家具等表面,起到提示和警示的作用,但是由于很多处于户外,经过风吹日晒和摩擦等原因,其标记会被抹掉,导致显示不清楚,从而需要再次进行标记。
中国专利201510489637.6公开了本发明公开一种道路标记涂料,硅酸钠、氟硅酸钠、氧化锌、水基丙烯酸树脂、钛酸酯、硅烷、六偏磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠盐、胶树脂、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、二甲基硅油、硅锂粉、玻璃微珠、羧甲基纤维素和水。本发明中的原材料非常常见、成本低廉,制备而成的道路标记涂料,具有良好的耐磨性、耐冻性和耐融性,同时与路面的之间的粘着力较佳,使用时间长,不易被损坏。
中国专利201380019805.4公开了一种用于允许对产品进行标记的组合物,所述组合物包括:(a)挥发性溶剂;(b)包括具有通式(R)SiO3/2的三官能度单元的硅酮树脂,其中R随三官能度单元独立地选自烃基基团和羟基基团,条件是至少一种R是基于烃基的基团;以及(c)平均粒度约为100-1000纳米之间的二氧化钛颗粒。
但是上述现有技术中的标记涂料均没有能彻底解决寿命不够长,耐磨、耐水性差,粘附性差等亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
基于上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种标记涂料,由功能组分和辅料组成,其中功能组分包括以下质量份的组分:堇青石5-10份,高岭土5-10份,氧化石墨烯3-8份,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15-20份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10-15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-8份,油酸镁1-3份,粉煤灰3-5份,硅溶胶5-10份。上述标记涂料在方便使用的同时,可以有效的提高标记涂料的使用寿命以及耐磨耐水性、粘附性。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,以下组分优选为:堇青石8-10份,高岭土8-10份,氧化石墨烯3-5份,羧甲基纤维素钠8-10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15-20份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10-15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠6-8份,油酸镁1-2份,粉煤灰3-5份,硅溶胶8-10份。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,所述辅料为分散剂、消泡剂、荧光剂、增稠剂、无机色粉和水中的一种或多种。上述辅料可以为本领域常用的已知物料,其加入量可以根据需要进行调节。
本发明所述的标记涂料可以采用本领域常用的制备方法进行制备,例如通过如下方法进行制备:
(2)按质量份称取各个功能组分,将功能组分混合研磨至颗粒的粒度为50微米以下;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的功能组分粉末加入溶剂中,再加入辅料,搅拌混合均匀,形成乳液,然后在80-100摄氏度下持续搅拌5-8h,然后水洗,干燥得到。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的标记涂料的原料易得,制备工艺简单,适合一次成型。
(2)本发明的配方制备的标记涂料在使用寿命长,耐磨、耐水性优异,粘附性远高于市售的标记涂料,适合城市道路应用推广。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,而不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
(1)按质量份称取下述功能组分,将功能组分混合研磨至颗粒的粒度为50微米:堇青石10份,高岭土8份,氧化石墨烯4份,羧甲基纤维素钠10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯18份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份,油酸镁1.5份,粉煤灰3.5份,硅溶胶10份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的功能组分粉末加入乙醇中,再加入适量的分散剂、消泡剂、荧光剂、增稠剂、无机色粉和水,搅拌混合均匀,形成乳液,然后在80摄氏度下持续搅拌8h,然后水洗,60摄氏度下干燥4h得到标记涂料。
实施例2
(1)按质量份称取下述功能组分,将功能组分混合研磨至颗粒的粒度为30微米:堇青石5份,高岭土5份,氧化石墨烯8份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5份,油酸镁3份,粉煤灰3份,硅溶胶5份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的功能组分粉末加入乙二醇中,再加入适量的荧光剂、增稠剂和无机色粉,搅拌混合均匀,形成乳液,然后在100摄氏度下持续搅拌5h,然后水洗,80摄氏度下干燥4h得到标记涂料。

由表1可知,本发明制备得到的标记涂料合性能有了大幅度提高,尤其是耐磨性、耐水性、耐酸性以及粘附性。

Claims (4)

1.一种标记涂料,其特征在于,由功能组分和辅料组成,其中功能组分包括以下质量份的组分:堇青石5-10份,高岭土5-10份,氧化石墨烯3-8份,羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15-20份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10-15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-8份,油酸镁1-3份,粉煤灰3-5份,硅溶胶5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标记涂料,其特征在于,优选包括以下组分:堇青石8-10份,高岭土8-10份,氧化石墨烯3-5份,羧甲基纤维素钠8-10份,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15-20份,双季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯10-15份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠6-8份,油酸镁1-2份,粉煤灰3-5份,硅溶胶8-10份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的标记涂料,其特征在于,所述辅料为分散剂、消泡剂、荧光剂、增稠剂、无机色粉和水中的一种或多种。
4.一种标记涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,通过如下方法进行制备:
(1)按质量份称取各个功能组分,将功能组分混合研磨至颗粒的粒度为50微米以下;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的功能组分粉末加入溶剂中,再加入辅料,搅拌混合均匀,形成乳液,然后在80-100摄氏度下持续搅拌5-8h,然后水洗,干燥得到。
