The method comprises the following steps: (1) synthesis of a polyvinyl alcohol-poly trimethylene carbonate grafted copolymer: adding carboxyl-blocked poly trimethylene carbonate monododecyl ether, a solvent, a condensing agent and polyvinyl alcohol into a dry reactor, performing stirring reaction for 2 to 4 days at 26 to 34 DEG C, ending the reaction, and filtering, dialyzing and drying to obtain a target object; (2) preparation of a poly trimethylene carbonate and P (CPP-SA)-polyethylene glycol modified polyvinyl alcohol film: adding the polyvinyl alcohol-poly trimethylene carbonate grafted copolymer, the P (CPP-SA)-polyethylene glycol and a solvent into the dry reactor, stirring and mixing at 47 to 53 DEG C for 50to 60 minutes, and then forming the film by using a tape casting method and drying to obtain a target object of the invention.
