Abstract

本发明涉及一种减振阻尼件,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:丁基橡胶20-30%,聚异丁烯10-15%,陶土30-40%,萜烯树脂4-8%,碳酸钙20-30%,石蜡油3-8%。本产品具有以下优点:阻燃、阻尼效果好、平整度好、产品不易产生气泡、成本低、抗拉强度好、撕裂轻度好和耐磨性能好。

一种减振阻尼件及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车减振部件领域,特别是涉及一种用于汽车的减振阻尼件及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车是现代社会中最主要的交通工具之一,随着社会文明的进步,人们对汽车舒适性要求越来越高,作为专门提高汽车舒适性的配件,减振系统的作用越来越重要,它能有效的使振动迅速衰减振幅迅速减小,起到减振作用,改善汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性。目前市面上出售的汽车内部都安装有减振阻尼件,阻尼件贴在车身内表面的钢板壁上,起到减少噪声,减振的作用。
目前大量进口品牌制造的用于汽车领域的减振阻尼件大多数采用聚环氧化物,该类减振阻尼件生产成本高,且在长时间使用后并不能很有效的减振。而国产品牌制造的用于汽车领域的减振阻尼件为了追求低成本,改用沥青作为主材,大大降低了生产成本的同时严重污染了环境,且减振降噪效果并不明显。
所以为了折中考虑,目前很多厂家采用橡胶作为制造减振阻尼件的主材,虽然可以很大程度上提高了减振阻尼性能,但是成本偏高;且橡胶主材具有易燃特性,还有橡胶主材制造的减振阻尼件平整度较差。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种减振阻尼件,可以完全解决上述技术问题。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种减振阻尼件,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:
该减振阻尼件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)首先按比例配料;
2)依次向搅拌釜里加入丁基橡胶、陶土、碳酸钙混合均匀,再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌1~3min后加入石蜡油搅拌均匀,最后加入聚异丁烯混合均匀后进行升温混炼,混炼温度150~160℃,混炼时间8~15分钟;
3)将步骤2)混炼过的混合物过60目滤网;
4)能通过滤网的颗粒进行捏炼,捏炼温度为150~160℃,捏炼时间30~40分钟;
5)用挤出机将步骤4)捏炼后的混合物进行挤出,冲切成所需的尺寸即得减振阻尼件橡胶;
6)将减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔底材上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本方法制备的减振阻尼橡胶层合至铝箔上,使得产品的阻尼减振效果明显得到提高。在制备过程中增加了过60目滤网的步骤,将混合物料中的大颗粒状杂质过滤掉,从而保证所制得的材料表面平整性好,产品不易产生气泡。在配方中加入了具有增粘性能的树脂,避免了在产品表面涂刷胶粘剂的步骤,进一步保证了产品的平整度。为了降低纯橡胶制备阻尼件的成本,本发明添加了碳酸钙作为补强填料,增加了材料容积。经测试表明,增加了碳酸钙的减振阻尼件的抗拉强度、撕裂轻度和耐磨性均得到提高。根据该配方制备的减振阻尼件还具有很好的阻燃性能,因为萜烯树脂与丁基橡胶混合后产生一定的协同作用,除了具备固有的胶粘性之外,还表现出优异的阻燃性能,进一步保证了减振阻尼件使用过程中车辆安全。所以采用该配方制备减振阻尼件无需添加阻燃树脂,进而更加节省生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:
一种减振阻尼件,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:丁基橡胶30%,聚异丁烯10%,陶土30%,萜烯树脂5%,碳酸钙20%,石蜡油5%。
该减振阻尼件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)首先按比例配料;2)依次向搅拌釜里加入丁基橡胶、陶土、碳酸钙混合均匀,再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌1min后加入石蜡油搅拌均匀,最后加入聚异丁烯混合均匀后进行升温混炼,混炼温度150℃,混炼时间15分钟;3)将步骤2)混炼过的混合物过60目滤网;4)能通过滤网的颗粒进行捏炼,捏炼温度为150℃,捏炼时间40分钟;5)用挤出机将步骤4)捏炼后的混合物进行挤出,冲切成所需的尺寸即得减振阻尼件橡胶;6)将减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔底材上。所制得的减振阻尼件性能优异,具体测试结果如下表1所示:

实施例2:
一种减振阻尼件,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:丁基橡胶20%,聚异丁烯15%,陶土35%,萜烯树脂4%,碳酸钙20%,石蜡油6%。
该减振阻尼件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)首先按比例配料;2)依次向搅拌釜里加入丁基橡胶、陶土、碳酸钙混合均匀,再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌3min后加入石蜡油搅拌均匀,最后加入聚异丁烯混合均匀后进行升温混炼,混炼温度160℃,混炼时间8分钟;3)将步骤2)混炼过的混合物过60目滤网;4)能通过滤网的颗粒进行捏炼,捏炼温度为160℃,捏炼时间30分钟;5)用挤出机将步骤4)捏炼后的混合物进行挤出,冲切成所需的尺寸即得减振阻尼件橡胶;6)将减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔底材上。
实施例3
一种减振阻尼件,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:丁基橡胶20%,聚异丁烯10%,陶土30%,萜烯树脂8%,碳酸钙24%,石蜡油8%。
该减振阻尼件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)首先按比例配料;2)依次向搅拌釜里加入丁基橡胶、陶土、碳酸钙混合均匀,再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌2min后加入石蜡油搅拌均匀,最后加入聚异丁烯混合均匀后进行升温混炼,混炼温度155℃,混炼时间12分钟;3)将步骤2)混炼过的混合物过60目滤网;4)能通过滤网的颗粒进行捏炼,捏炼温度为155℃,捏炼时间35分钟;5)用挤出机将步骤4)捏炼后的混合物进行挤出,冲切成所需的尺寸即得减振阻尼件橡胶;6)将减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔底材上。
本方法制备的减振阻尼橡胶层合至铝箔上,铝箔厚度约为0.1mm,铝箔层起到约束阻尼作用,可大大提高减振隔音效果。在一定程度上,还起到了阻燃的作用。在制备过程中,经过测验,50目以下的筛网不能有效地将橡胶填料中的颗粒物杂质过滤干净;70目以上的筛网孔径过细,胶料挤出受阻,所以选择增加过60目滤网的步骤,将混合物料中的大颗粒状杂质过滤掉,从而保证所制得的材料表面平整性好,产品不易产生气泡。在配方中加入了具有增粘性能的树脂,避免了在产品表面涂刷胶粘剂的步骤,进一步保证了产品的平整度。为了降低纯橡胶制备阻尼件的成本,本发明添加了碳酸钙作为补强填料,增加了材料容积。经测试表明,增加了碳酸钙的减振阻尼件的抗拉强度、撕裂轻度和耐磨性均得到提高。根据该配方制备的减振阻尼件还具有很好的阻燃性能,因为萜烯树脂与丁基橡胶混合后产生一定的协同作用,除了具备固有的胶粘性之外,还表现出优异的阻燃性能,进一步保证了减振阻尼件使用过程中车辆安全。所以采用该配方制备减振阻尼件无需添加阻燃树脂,进而更加节省生产成本。

1.一种减振阻尼件,其特征在于,包括减振阻尼件橡胶和铝箔,所述的减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔上,其中减振阻尼件橡胶以质量份数计,包括以下组成与组分:

1)首先按比例配料;
2)依次向搅拌釜里加入丁基橡胶、陶土、碳酸钙混合均匀,再加入萜烯树脂,搅拌1~3min后加入石蜡油搅拌均匀,最后加入聚异丁烯混合均匀后进行升温混炼,混炼温度150~160℃,混炼时间8~15分钟;
3)将步骤2)混炼过的混合物过60目滤网;
4)能通过滤网的颗粒进行捏炼,捏炼温度为150~160℃,捏炼时间30~40分钟;
5)用挤出机将步骤4)捏炼后的混合物进行挤出,冲切成所需的尺寸即得减振阻尼件橡胶;
6)将减振阻尼件橡胶层合至铝箔底材上。
