本发明公开了一种小型打磨机，包括手柄、机壳、电机、转轴、抽风机、收纳盒、磨头和插线头，手柄与机壳外部相连接，电机和抽风机都位于机壳内部，抽风机位于电机旁，电机与转轴相连接，转轴下面连接有磨头，手柄上面设置有驱动按钮，机壳顶部设置有提手，机壳下面设置有收纳盒。本发明的优点是：设计简单，使用方便，提供一种带有带有抽风机的打磨器，打磨过程中产生的残渣粉尘可以利用抽风机的作用通过防护罩进入收纳盒，在打磨过程的同时也可以对残渣粉尘进行很好的处理，从而达到环保的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铸造辅助设备领域，尤其涉及一种小型环保打磨机。
背景技术
现如今很多企业生产的大部分元器件外表层刚开始都会淤积部分瑕疵和小凸点，往往都需要进行表层清洁打磨处理，打磨过程是一种高能耗清除过程，但是有些产品体积较小，因此需要一种小型的打磨机。小型打磨机的优点是容易操作，适宜小空间、精加工的多种场所，具有体积小、转述高、稳定性好、震动小等优点，可是由于产品体积比较小，所以有些地方很难打磨彻底，必要时还需要用手操作转动物件使得物件打磨得更加全面，所以需要一种带有旋转功能的打磨机来减少人们的工作量，然而打磨过程中往往会产生一些多余的残渣粉尘，这些残渣粉尘在空气中会对空气和环境造成一定的污染，因此我们需要一种可以在打磨的同时可以对这些残渣粉尘进行处理的打磨机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有带有抽风机的打磨器，打磨过程中产生的残渣粉尘可以利用抽风机的作用通过防护罩进入收纳盒内，在打磨过程的同时也可以对残渣粉尘进行很好的处理，从而达到打磨环保两不误的效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种小型打磨机，包括手柄、机壳、电机、转轴、抽风机、收纳盒、磨头和插线头，所述手柄与机壳外部相连接，所述电机和抽风机都位于机壳内部，所述抽风机位于电机旁，所述电机与转轴相连接，所述转轴下面连接有磨头，所述手柄上面设置有驱动按钮，所述机壳顶部设置有提手，所述机壳下面设置有收纳盒，所述收纳盒下面装有抽风防护罩，所述手柄末端连接有插线头。
进一步地，所述转轴与磨头连接处设置有旋转球，所述磨头可以在旋转球的作用下根据需要多方位旋转打磨。
进一步地，所述收纳盒旁边设计有小阀门，可以打开倒出打磨时所产生的残渣粉尘。
进一步地，所述驱动按钮设计有1档位、2档位和关三个按钮。
本发明的优点是：设计简单，使用方便，提供一种带有带有抽风机的打磨器，打磨过程中产生的残渣粉尘可以利用抽风机的作用通过防护罩进入收纳盒内，在打磨过程的同时也可以对残渣粉尘进行很好的处理，从而达到环保的效果。

如图1所示，本发明的一种小型打磨机，包括手柄3、机壳5、电机6、转轴12、抽风机13、收纳盒7、磨头11和插线头1，手柄3与机壳5外部相连接，电机6和抽风机13都位于机壳5内部，抽风机13位于电机6旁，电机6与转轴12相连接，转轴12下面连接有磨头11，手柄3上面设置有驱动按钮2，机壳5顶部设置有提手4，机壳5下面设置有收纳盒7，收纳盒7下面装有抽风防护罩9，手柄3末端连接有插线头1，转轴12与磨头11连接处设置有旋转球10，磨头11可以在旋转球的作用下根据需要多方位旋转打磨，收纳盒7旁边设计有小阀门8，可以打开倒出打磨时所产生的残渣粉尘，驱动按钮2设计有1档位、2档位和关三个按钮。本发明的优点是：设计简单，使用方便，提供一种带有带有抽风机的打磨器，打磨过程中产生的残渣粉尘可以利用抽风机的作用通过防护罩进入收纳盒，在打磨过程的同时也可以对残渣粉尘进行很好的处理，从而达到环保的效果。
