Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种砂轮机，包括砂轮罩，及设置在砂轮罩内的砂轮电机，及设置在砂轮罩内，且与砂轮电机连接的砂轮，及安装在砂轮罩底部可起到控制砂轮电机启动的控制箱，及与砂轮罩串通连接的可移动的吸尘箱，所述砂轮罩的罩口处设有可调节的挡板；在使用砂轮机时，通过控制调节挡板的位置，以实现控制罩口开度，减少漏风和粉尘，采用吸尘箱可起到将粉尘集中处理，方便工作人员打扫清洁砂轮机。

背景技术
在抛光和磨削作业中会产生大量粉尘，一般采用通用吸尘罩来控制粉尘排放，但通用的吸尘罩存在漏风大，吸风量小，粉尘不易控制等问题，且不方便工作人员打扫清洁砂轮机。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可减少漏风和粉尘，方便工作人员打扫清洁的砂轮机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现：一种砂轮机，包括砂轮罩，及设置在砂轮罩内的砂轮电机，及设置在砂轮罩内，且与砂轮电机连接的砂轮，及安装在砂轮罩底部可起到控制砂轮电机启动的控制箱，及与砂轮罩串通连接的可移动的吸尘箱，所述砂轮罩的罩口处设有可调节的挡板。
进一步地，所述挡板为可与砂轮罩壳体相配合移动的弧形板。
进一步地，所述砂轮罩内设有导流板。
进一步地，所述控制箱上设有启动开关。
本实用新型砂轮机的有益效果是：可通过控制调节挡板的位置，以实现控制罩口开度，减少漏风和粉尘，采用吸尘箱可起到将粉尘集中处理，方便工作人员打扫清洁砂轮机。

请参阅图1所示，本实用新型的砂轮机，包括砂轮罩1，及设置在砂轮罩1内的砂轮电机2，及设置在砂轮罩1内，且与砂轮电机2连接的砂轮3，及安装在砂轮罩1底部可起到控制砂轮电机2启动的控制箱4，及与砂轮罩1串通连接的可移动的吸尘箱5，所述砂轮罩1的罩口处设有可调节的挡板6。
其中，所述挡板6为可与砂轮罩1壳体相配合移动的弧形板；所述砂轮罩1内设有导流板（未图示）；所述控制箱4上设有启动开关7。
本实用新型砂轮机的有益效果是：可通过控制调节挡板的位置，以实现控制罩口开度，减少漏风和粉尘，采用吸尘箱可起到将粉尘集中处理，方便工作人员打扫清洁砂轮机。
