背景技术:
汽车工业的迅猛发展,除了在交通运输、日常生活方面带来便利和舒适外,同时也带来大气的污染。随着汽车数量的快速增长,除了给城市道路交通带来拥堵外,汽车排放的污染物在城市大气污染中分担率也越来越高。在我国,由于汽车尤其是小汽车拥有量的迅猛增长,这种情况更加引起了人们的注意。2009年我国首次成为世界汽车产销第一大国,全国汽车产量1379.1万辆,销量1364.5万辆,机动车的保有量接近1.7亿辆。
汽车排放的尾气中,除氮气、氧气、水为无害物外,其余均为有害物。汽油车产生的主要污染物是烃类化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、和氮氧化物(NOx),而柴油车产生的污染物有所不同,主要是颗粒物(PM)和氮氧化物(NOx)。其中CO会导致人体输氧器官的输氧功能下降,未完全燃烧的烃类化合物有致癌作用,PM导致空气能见度下降,还影响人得呼吸系统,NOx则可导致酸雨、水体富营养化、空气能见度下降及产生光化学烟雾等,对人体抗病毒抗感染能力下降。这些污染物的排放使大气质量严重下降。在我国由于汽车总量巨大,这些污染物的排放量也特别巨大。2009年我国机动车排放的污染物总量为5143.3万吨,其中CO4018.8万吨、HC482.2万吨、NOx583.3万吨、PM59.0万吨。汽车排放的CO和HC占其大气总量的70%,而NOx和PM更要超过90%。
为限制汽车尾气污染物的排放和大气污染,许多国家按照汽车技术的发展水平和国情,制定了汽车尾气排放的限制法规。为使法规实现,从技术角度来看,控制汽车尾气排放的措施包括机内净化和后处理净化。前者以改善发动机燃烧过程为主要内容,后处理净化又称为机外净化,在不影响或少影响发动机其他性能的同时,在排气系统中安装净化装置,在尾气排入大气之前,利用净化装置将尾气中的有害成分经吸附过滤转化为无害物,并转化成能辐射远红外,释放溶出的多种微量元素、负离子,净化空气,促人体健康的汽车尾气。

配制方法:将麦饭石、电气石、三氧化二铝、三氧化二钇、二氧化铈的纳米粉末放入塑料容器中,混合搅拌均匀,加入硫酸溶解,成为铝-稀土双金属活性配合物,静置10-20min,再用汽油或柴油萃取活性配合物,静置24h,抽滤掉下部无机层,即为本品。因所有混合粉末均系纳米级小分子比表面积很大,能悬浮在成品中达到吸附拮抗过滤有毒有害气体和重金属元素,自发不断地释放溶出有益于人体的微量元素及能净化空气的负离子,降低污染效果显著有效,对人体有益无害。
本品能使燃料充分燃烧,节省能源,减少环境污染,减少积炭并改善活塞润滑功能,具有用量少,使用方便,原料来源广泛等优点,使用时根据实际需要按上述配方物料的纳米粉,以0.3%-0.5%加入汽油或柴油中即可。
2、一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征是:由释放富硒元素负离子吸收废气净化剂,按下列质量百分比组成%
配制方法:将上述各组分混合,压制成每片0.5g药片,即得本品。本品是吸收废气释放富硒元素负离子净化空气的药片,0.5g适用于以汽油为燃料的车辆,使用时按需要以0.3-0.5%的配比研碎加入汽油或柴油中。
3、一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征是:由强力吸附滤毒增氧净化剂,按下列质量百分比组成%
配制方法:将上述物料按配比混合研碎压片0.5g/片放汽油燃料中,汽车内燃机有着其特殊的工作条件和运行情况。如果突然启动、加速、停车时,经常排出大量废气,作为净化汽车尾气的净化剂沸石既是抗菌剂,又是离子交换剂,是有毒有害物质重金属的强力吸附剂,离子交换剂,是天然的火山矿石,具有独特复杂的结晶结构。沸石内部充满了细微的管道和孔腔,比蜂房还要复杂。经科学家测算,一克沸石如果把管道和孔腔都打开了、铺平了,有200平方米的比表面积。因此,利用大的表面积可以吸附过敏源、重金属和有害毒素等。另外,沸石是自然界当中少数带有负电荷的矿物质之一,所以,对带有正电的重金属、血毒、肠毒、淋巴毒、细胞毒和自由基有强烈的吸附过滤作用。俄罗斯、美国和日本仔核泄漏事件中都利用沸石吸收放射性化学物质及其他有害毒素。利用沸石纳米小分子无比巨大的比表面积,吸附汽车尾气中大量有害废气,同时在此净化剂中添加海藻炭纳米粉,它具有永久的自发电极,使受到外界微小振动变化时就能使周围空气电离,使其变成空气负离子,从而净化空气,是一种天然的负离子发生器,它除了作为汽车尾气的净化剂特性外,还能适应经常大幅度变化的气流量和温度,由于系纳米小分子,有无比巨大的比表面积、体积小、质量轻,便于在汽车内燃机旁狭小的空间内存在,其具有的多孔隙、多纳米小分子颗粒结构,能使汽车尾气流过时被吸附、催化,使尾气中的烃类、一氧化碳、氮氢化合物、重金属有害气体除去自发不断地产生空气负离子净化空气。同时在汽车突然发动、停车时尾气中产生水蒸气在20℃作用下的水中,在5h内可产生氧化910mL其中前4h内的产氧速度为190Ml/h。

制备方法:
按上列各质量百分比组分依次投入50L反应釜中,边加热边搅拌,并在75-80℃时,保温搅拌10min,使全部物料充分溶解,降温放料,在搪瓷盘中冷却凝固,经粉碎机粉碎后经纳米技术处理压在包装即成品,使用时在10℃汽油中加入本产品2.5-3.5g,节油15%以上,同时降低一氧化碳30%-80%、碳氢化合物60%-85%的排放,长期放香空气增鲜增加了空气负离子含量,减少了环境污染,同时还对油路和化油器有清洗作用。
5、一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征是:多用消毒灭菌除臭散香空气清新净化剂,按下列质量百分比组成%
制备方法:
将膨润土、高岭土、氯化钙、稳定化二氧化氯、柠檬酸、腐植酸按配比充分混合研碎过200目筛,将檀香、甘松、山奈、苍术、香樟叶、兰桉叶、广合香、丁香采用蒸熬法或醇提法提取其有效成分,将混合粉末与提取物共同混合后加入薄荷冰、冰片、防腐剂、抗氧化剂再充分混合搅拌均匀经纳米技术处理过的纳米粉过2500目筛,粒径为0.1-2μm,,压片0.3-0.5g/片,加入汽油或柴油中。
本品可消毒除臭清新空气杀菌、灭菌、无毒、无害、无污染、无腐蚀,pH为6,为弱酸性,含有丰富的天然芳香性挥发油,香味纯正浓郁,无化学物质和不良气味及副作用,使用安全,作为汽车尾气,使人感觉自然的清香宜人。
6、一种汽车尾气净化剂,其特征是:由节油排污强效广谱杀菌释放负离子净化剂,按下列质量百分比组成%
制备方法:
将上述各组分依次投入50L反应釜中,边加热边搅拌,并在75-80℃时保温搅拌10min,使全部物料充分溶解;降温放料,在搪瓷盘中冷却凝固;经粉碎机粉碎后纳米技术处理包装,即为成品。
本发明的产品,具有广谱强效杀菌、拮毒、滤毒,溶出对人体有益的微量元素,释放负离子、净化空气的作用,并节油、减污效果显著,成本低、经济效益和社会效益都好。使用时,每10L汽油中加入本产品2.8-3g,节油15%以上,同时降低一氧化碳30%-80%、碳氢化合物60%-85%的排放,减少了对环境的污染;还对油路和化油器有清洗作用。
麦饭石(CMS)的组成为二氧化硅(SiO2)、三氧化二铝(Al2O3)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、硅酸盐约占80%,含有钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P),这些对人体而言的常量必需元素,还有铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、钼(Mo)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、钴(Co),都是对人体常用的必需微量元素,还有对人体有益的微量元素镓(Ga)、锗(Ge)、铌(Nb),而对人体有害的铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)等含量很低,所以经沸石吸附过滤就不会对人体产生危害。
麦饭石呈多孔海绵状特殊结构,具有巨大的比表面积,对金属离子和病毒有强烈的吸附杀菌和抑制细菌的作用,在水中能溶出数十种对人体有益的各种元素。它又是一种纳米级复合无机材料,由SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、CaO、P2O5、细粉按一定比例混合而成。它的远红外线能深入皮下组织3-5mm,它能促进人体新陈代谢,具有提高含氧量、活化水分子、改善微循环、平衡酸碱度、提高免疫力、消炎镇痛等作用,可产生对人体有益的负离子。
负离子是对人体非常有益的物质,当人们通过呼吸将空气中的负离子送进肺泡时,就能改善人体的心肌功能,增加心肌营养和细胞代谢,提高人体免疫力,促进健康。人体吸进一定浓度的空气负离子能调节神经系统功能,促进血液循环,使人精力充沛、健康长寿。如果吸入相当多的空气负离子,还能驱除哮喘、高血压、神经衰弱、肺心病、冠心病等疾患。由于汽车尾气污染产生了大量的正离子,而负离子数量减少,因此将其有效成分纳米级小分子添加在发动机燃烧的汽油或柴油中使其转化成空气中有益人体健康的多种微量元素及负离子。
人体的自然防卫只能对付大颗粒的烟尘,面对小于1-2μm的颗粒就无能为力了,因为这些微粒能顺利通过肺内而引起各种疾病,纳米矿石粉中的负离子在空气中呈“Z”字形移动,很容易给细菌、灰尘、烟雾微粒以及小滴等输送负电荷,电荷能中和空气中的尘埃、细菌、病毒等物质。与这些微粒聚集成球后落到地面使污浊空气转化成新鲜清洁的空气,从而净化空气。
在负离子发生的材料中电气石最广的一种天然矿石,它也是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、镁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐,它的主要成分有Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3、TiO2、B2O5等,其他的负离子材料,还有一些天然矿石,如蛋白石为含水非晶质或胶质的活性SiO2以及少量的Fe2O3、Al2O3等。奇冰石为硅酸盐和铝铁的金属氧化物构成的无机多孔物质,大气的成分主要包括O2、N2、H2O等气体,这些气体分子的电离主要依靠外界催离素对气体作用的结果,催离素是能够产生负离子的因素,包括光触媒、紫外线、放射线、光电效应等。
应用电气石纳米微粉末,它具有热电性和压电性,因此在温度和压力,即使是最微小的变化情况下,即能引起负离子晶体见的电势差,从而形成电场。高电压使电场中的空气负离子,被击中的电子附着于附近的水和氧离子,并使它能转化为空气负离子。这种含负离子远红外汽车尾气净化剂在使用过程中与身体的水分子及周围空气中的水分子发生微弱的的电解作用,产生羟基负离子,能调节人体周围环境中的空气质量,并与空气中带正电荷的有害物质中和,从而净化了空气减少或消除了污染。
沸石具有独特的结构比蜂房还要复杂,里面充满了细微的孔穴和通道。假如把沸石比作旅馆。那么一立方微米的这种“超级旅馆”内竟有100万个“房间”!这些房间能根据“胖子”到瘦子房间去,也不会让“高个子”与“矮个子”同住一室。根据沸石是少数带有负电电荷的天然矿物,所以能像磁铁一样吸聚带正电荷的任何物质及毒素,将毒素捕获并锁进自己特有的“牢笼”里面,然后将之排出体外。
沸石是在大自然中发现的纯天然矿物,其在人体内的作用是“物理性而非化学性”它们是百分之百得天然、安全和无毒。
富硒灵芝纳米粉是例用灵芝真菌加硒发酵取得,我们知道,中国是一个缺硒大国,三分之二地域缺硒,72%人口需要补硒。硒与人类生长、发育和疾病的发展有密切的关系。国内外众多的研究资料证实,硒具有广泛的生物学作用。从流行病学、实验室和临床研究均表明微量元素硒可增强人体免疫功能、抵抗多种感染;对人体重要器官如:肝脏、心脏、中枢神经、胰腺、甲状腺等均有良好的保护作用。目前已知硒具有防癌、抗癌潜力,与人类心血管病、肝脏及胰腺疾病、贫血及癌症等八十多种疾病相关。硒的生理、药理作用已成为当代国际研究微量元素与健康的新热点。通过汽车尾气排出的富硒灵芝菌的纳米小分子弥散在空气中通过人体呼吸进入体内。由于不同的硒化合物,生物利用率和毒性不同,不同生物体内的硒存在形态和比例都不尽相同,因此仅用硒含量不能反映硒的可利用状态。富硒灵芝菌中硒的主要累积状态是有机态硒。国内学者的研究证明蛋白质硒、核酸硒和多糖硒是目前发现的富硒灵芝中硒的主要赋存形式。其中最主要的赋存形式是蛋白质硒,约占75%,也是主要营养成分和活性成分所在。由于灵芝极高的营养药用价值及硒对人体健康极为重要的作用,将两者有机结合,利用高产优质的富硒灵芝。融于汽车尾气净化剂中变有害气体为能补充人体优质富硒灵芝菌有益人体健康的气体。
高岭土属粘土类物质,其结晶结构特点,不同的黏土物质结晶上的Ca2+、Mg2+、H+、NH4+、Na+等离子具有不同程度的离子交换性,其中高岭土离子交换容量约5-15meq/100g;蒙脱土、蛭石等具有较高的离子交换容量,可达100-150meq/100g。
黏土抗菌剂中的膨润土,因其具有很强的吸附能力和离子交换能力,而成为无机抗菌剂的理想载体。膨润土为典型的层状黏土矿物,其层间的阳离子易被交换,且有很大的离子交换容量。特别是钠基膨润土。
膨润土的矿物成分主要是蒙脱石,其含量一般在65%以上。蒙脱石具有单斜晶体结构,属于2∶1层状粘土矿物,每一晶层是由两层硅氧四面体中间夹一层铝氧八面体组成,具有良好的吸附性,离子交换性和体积膨胀性,在汽油溶液中可以通过吸附、离子交换。混凝等作用去污染无发生作用,最终达到去除污染物的目的。
氧化锌晶须(简写为ZnOw)将ZnOw与多种纳米材料复合,可制备一种安全、持久、高效、广谱的抗菌杀菌材料。
负离子粉也是复合无机材料,由SiO2、AlO3、CaO、TiO2、ZrO、La、Se以一定比例组成。可产生对人体有益的负离子,负离子数为6500-7500ea/cc。粒度为325mesh,99%pass负离子功能为抗菌、除臭、保健、促进微循环,可用于卫生、环保、保健、保鲜等。
远红外线粉:它是一种纳米级复合无机材料,有SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、P2O5细粉按一定比例混合而成。粒度在2-4m。通常把波长在2.5m以上的红外线称为远红外线,医学领域用的远红外线波长为30-100m。红外线产生热效应。
远红外线对人体的作用效果,使人体促进新陈代谢,提高含氧量,活化水分子,改善微循环,平衡酸碱度,提高免疫力。还有消炎镇痛作用。
