本发明涉及一种饲料混合机，包括底板、进料斗、双螺旋进料器、搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒通过支架倾斜设于所述底板上方，所述双螺旋进料器通过支架水平设于所述底板上方，所述进料斗与所述双螺旋进料器进料一端顶部连通，所述螺旋进料器出料端与所述搅拌筒较高一端表面连通，所述搅拌筒内中央处轴向设有一根搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有若干搅拌叶片组，所述搅拌叶片组包括径向均匀设于所述搅拌轴上的若干搅拌叶片，所述搅拌叶片为扇形，表面设有若干长条状镂空。该装置不仅能提高饲料的混合均匀程度，还可提高搅拌电机和搅拌叶片的使用寿命。

本发明涉及机械设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种饲料混合机。
背景技术
目前，养殖业是我国农业经济中的重要产业，在养殖过程中，如何通过搅拌原材料来配置禽畜饲料是一项重要环节。目前，我国禽畜饲料搅拌生产仍然以人工作业为主，对于大型养殖场来说，人工劳动强度大，工作一整天对人们的身体素质要求高，会对工作人员造成健康损害，且搅拌生产饲料时会产生搅拌不均匀等问题，而目前常用的饲料混合机是通过搅拌叶片来翻转饲料，从而达到搅拌饲料的目的，这种饲料混合机常常存在因饲料堆积密度较大而损坏搅拌叶片或搅拌电机的问题，且单纯靠搅拌叶片常常造成搅拌不均的问题，因此，针对目前饲料混合机存在的这些问题，研究一种能减轻搅拌阻力，提高饲料混合机使用寿命，且有助于搅拌均匀的饲料混合机，具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，研究一种能减轻搅拌阻力，提高饲料混合机使用寿命，且有助于搅拌均匀的饲料混合机。
本发明的技术方案为：一种饲料混合机，其特征在于：包括底板、进料斗、双螺旋进料器、搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒通过支架倾斜设于所述底板上方，所述双螺旋进料器通过支架水平设于所述底板上方，所述进料斗与所述双螺旋进料器进料一端顶部连通，所述螺旋进料器出料端与所述搅拌筒较高一端表面连通，所述搅拌筒内中央处轴向设有一根搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有若干搅拌叶片组，所述搅拌叶片组包括径向均匀设于所述搅拌轴上的若干搅拌叶片，所述搅拌叶片为扇形，表面设有若干长条状镂空。
进一步，所述搅拌筒内部表面设有若干隔挡片，所述隔挡片分散设于所述搅拌叶片组之间。
进一步，所述双螺旋进料器、搅拌筒分别经电机驱动其工作。
进一步，所述电机通过支架和托板设于所述底板上方。
进一步，所述搅拌筒较低一侧底面设有出料口。
进一步，所述底板四角处分别设有万向轮。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明的搅拌叶片为扇形，且其表面设有若干长条状镂空，可在搅拌混合饲料时减轻饲料的阻力，且搅拌筒内部表面设有若干隔挡片，隔挡片分散设于搅拌叶片组之间，这可使得饲料在被搅拌混合时，由于隔挡片的阻隔，更好的混合均匀，该装置不仅能提高饲料的混合均匀程度，还可提高搅拌电机和搅拌叶片的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做出简要说明。
如图1所示一种饲料混合机，包括底板1、进料斗2、双螺旋进料器3、搅拌筒4，所述搅拌筒4通过支架5倾斜设于所述底板1上方，所述双螺旋进料器3通过支架5水平设于所述底板1上方，所述进料斗2与所述双螺旋进料器3进料一端顶部连通，所述螺旋进料器3出料端与所述搅拌筒4较高一端表面连通，所述搅拌筒4较低一侧底面设有出料口13，所述搅拌筒4内中央处轴向设有一根搅拌轴6，所述搅拌轴6上设有若干搅拌叶片组7，所述搅拌叶片组7包括径向均匀设于所述搅拌轴6上的若干搅拌叶片8，所述搅拌叶片8为扇形，表面设有若干长条状镂空9，所述搅拌筒4内部表面设有若干隔挡片10，所述隔挡片10分散设于所述搅拌叶片组7之间，所述双螺旋进料器3、搅拌筒4分别经电机11驱动其工作，所述电机11通过支架5和托板12设于所述底板1上方，所述底板1四角处分别设有万向轮14。
使用方法：使用该装置时，将饲料由进料斗进入双螺旋进料器，经双螺旋进料器进入搅拌筒，由于搅拌筒倾斜设置，且螺旋进料器出料端与搅拌筒较高一端表面连通，且搅拌筒内部表面设有若干隔挡片，隔挡片分散设于搅拌叶片组之间，这使得饲料在由搅拌筒较高一端向较低一端移动时，在隔挡片的阻隔作用下，更好的混合均匀，此外，搅拌叶片为扇形，且其表面设有若干长条状镂空，可在搅拌混合饲料时减轻饲料的阻力，该装置不仅能提高饲料的混合均匀程度，还可提高搅拌电机和搅拌叶片的使用寿命。

1.一种饲料混合机，其特征在于：包括底板、进料斗、双螺旋进料器、搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒通过支架倾斜设于所述底板上方，所述双螺旋进料器通过支架水平设于所述底板上方，所述进料斗与所述双螺旋进料器进料一端顶部连通，所述螺旋进料器出料端与所述搅拌筒较高一端表面连通，所述搅拌筒内中央处轴向设有一根搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有若干搅拌叶片组，所述搅拌叶片组包括径向均匀设于所述搅拌轴上的若干搅拌叶片，所述搅拌叶片为扇形，表面设有若干长条状镂空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合机，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒内部表面设有若干隔挡片，所述隔挡片分散设于所述搅拌叶片组之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合机，其特征在于：所述双螺旋进料器、搅拌筒分别经电机驱动其工作。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种饲料混合机，其特征在于：所述电机通过支架和托板设于所述底板上方。
