Abstract

本发明涉及一种自清洗净水器,本自清洁净水器包括有净水箱、进水口、出水口和净水口;所述进水口安装在净水箱的顶板上,所述出水口和净水口安装在净水箱的底板上;在所述净水箱内的竖直轴线上安装有呈柱形的滤芯,所述滤芯的顶面和底面分别正对所述进水口和所述净水口;在所述净水箱内还安装有两个对称的、可水平移动的活塞片,所述活塞片由固定在净水箱侧壁上的驱动支杆控制移动;在所述滤芯内部竖直安装有挤压片,所述挤压片通过水平的连杆连接弹片,所述弹片位于滤芯正对活塞片的侧面上;该净水器能够自主、深度清洁内部滤芯,有效防止污物长期残留,同时能够有效延长滤芯的使用周期,有效提高净水器的使用体验。

自清洗净水器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水器,特别的,是一种能够自主清洗滤芯的净水器。
背景技术
随着环境的恶化,水源的洁净度已经越来越低,城市用水多需要经过处理净化来达到使用标准;与此同时,人们对饮用水的要求也越来越高,越来越多的家庭购买净水器来净化水质;常见的净水器分为一进一出、一进两出式,一进两出式的净水器利用生活用水管道对滤芯进行清理,看似先进、科学,但是它仅能够对滤芯的表面进行清洗,无法做到深度清洁,滤芯内部仍存在较多污物、杂质,长期使用后反而会使污物变质,严重影响人们的饮水健康,因此总体净化效果并不存在较大优势,同时一进两出式的净水器在安装时较为麻烦,同时也会使房间内水管复杂,影响房间的简洁、美观;而传统的一进一出式的净水器将原水经多层过滤后产出净化水,由于无法自主清洁,这种净水器在使用过程中需要频繁的更换滤芯,这使得用户的后期投入增大,同时也影响使用的便利性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种自清洗净水器,该净水器能够自主、深度清洁内部滤芯,有效防止污物长期残留,同时能够有效延长滤芯的使用周期,有效提高净水器的使用体验。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本自清洗净水器包括有净水箱、进水口、出水口和净水口;所述进水口安装在净水箱的顶板上,所述出水口和净水口安装在净水箱的底板上;在所述净水箱内的竖直轴线上安装有呈柱形的滤芯,所述滤芯的顶面和底面分别正对所述进水口和所述净水口;在所述净水箱内还安装有两个对称的、可水平移动的活塞片,所述活塞片由固定在净水箱侧壁上的驱动支杆控制移动;在所述滤芯内部竖直安装有挤压片,所述挤压片通过水平的连杆连接弹片,所述弹片位于滤芯正对活塞片的侧面上。
本发明的有益效果是:在自然状态下,所述驱动支杆处于缩进状态,两个所述活塞片贴近净水箱的侧壁,此时活塞片和滤芯之间存在空隙;在需要使用净化水时,打开净水口、关闭出水口,同时伸长驱动支杆使所述活塞片紧贴滤芯,此时活塞片压紧所述弹片并卡紧所述滤芯;从进水口流进的原水仅能够逐层渗透滤芯,被滤芯净化的原水最终从净水口流出,原水中的杂质滞留在所述滤芯处;在需要使用生活用水时,打开出水口、关闭净水口,同时缩进驱动支杆使所述活塞片贴近净水箱的侧壁,从进水口流进的原水进入净水箱并从滤芯和活塞片之间的空隙中流过,原水最终从出水口排出;在原水流经滤芯和活塞片之间时,由于水流通道变得狭窄,水流速度明显加快,根据文丘里效应,此处的静息压强变小,因此在压力差的作用下,所述弹片将发生形变,形变的活塞片将带动所述连杆发生位移,连杆拉动所述挤压片运动,从而使挤压片挤压所述滤芯;在水流通断的瞬间弹片处的压强变化很大,因此挤压片运动幅度较大,因此对滤芯的挤压、净化强度较大;因此,在每次使用生活用水时,本自清洗净水器都将对滤芯进行挤压、清洗,因此滤芯表面和内部的杂质不会长时间保留,而是会随生活用水排出,因此本发明的滤芯能够更长久、洁净的工作。
作为优选,在所述进水口安装有紊流转轮,所述紊流转轮为非对称叶轮;进水口流进的原水带动所述紊流转轮转动,由于所述紊流转轮的叶片不对称,因此流进净水箱内的水压周期性的忽高忽低,周期性变化的水压能够促进弹片的形变,从而促进滤芯的挤压净化。
作为优选,所述滤芯为三层不同材质的净化材料叠放组成,在每层净化材料内均安装有挤压片、连杆和弹片;三层净化材料能够深度过滤原水,提高原水的洁净程度。
作为优选,在每组所述挤压片之间安装有振簧;以便于延长挤压片的挤压效果,同时促进挤压片的振动,进而提高挤压片对滤芯的净化效果。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1至图4所示的实施例中,本自清洗净水器包括有净水箱1、进水口2、出水口3和净水口4;所述进水口2安装在净水箱1的顶板上,如图4所示,在所述进水口2安装有紊流转轮21,所述紊流转轮21为非对称叶轮,其结构示意图如图4所示;所述出水口3和净水口4安装在净水箱1的底板上;在所述净水箱1内的竖直轴线上安装有呈柱形的滤芯5,所述滤芯5为三层不同材质的净化材料叠放组成,所述滤芯5的顶面和底面分别正对所述进水口2和所述净水口4;在所述净水箱1内还安装有两个对称的、可水平移动的活塞片11,所述活塞片11由固定在净水箱1侧壁上的驱动支杆12控制移动;在每层净化材料内均安装有一对挤压片51,各所述挤压片51通过水平的连杆52连接弹片53,所述弹片53位于滤芯5正对活塞片11的侧面上;在每对挤压片51之间还安装有振簧511。
如图1所示,在自然状态下,所述驱动支杆12处于缩进状态,两个所述活塞片11贴近净水箱1的侧壁,此时活塞片11和滤芯5之间存在空隙;在需要使用净化水时,打开净水口4、关闭出水口3,同时伸长驱动支杆12使所述活塞片11紧贴滤芯5,此时活塞片11压紧所述弹片53并卡紧所述滤芯5;如图3所示,从进水口2流进的原水仅能够逐层渗透滤芯5,被滤芯5净化的原水最终从净水口4流出,原水中的杂质滞留在所述滤芯5处,本实施例中的滤芯5采用三层材料过滤,能够实现原水的深度、高效净化;在需要使用生活用水时,打开出水口3、关闭净水口4,同时缩进驱动支杆12使所述活塞片11贴近净水箱1的侧壁,如图2中箭头所示,从进水口2流进的原水进入净水箱1并从滤芯5和活塞片11之间的空隙中流过,原水最终从出水口3排出;在原水流经滤芯5和活塞片11之间时,由于水流通道变得狭窄,水流速度明显加快,根据文丘里效应,此处的静息压强变小,因此在压力差的作用下,所述弹片53将发生形变,形变的活塞片11将带动所述连杆52发生位移,连杆52拉动所述挤压片51运动,从而使挤压片51挤压所述滤芯5;在水流通断的瞬间弹片53处的压强变化很大,因此挤压片51运动幅度较大,因此对滤芯5的挤压、净化强度较大;因此,在每次使用生活用水时,本自清洗净水器都将对滤芯5进行挤压、清洗,因此滤芯5表面和内部的杂质不会长时间保留,而是会随生活用水排出,因此本发明的滤芯5能够更长久、洁净的工作。
在本实施例中,在所述进水口2安装有紊流转轮21,进水口2流进的原水带动所述紊流转轮21转动,由于所述紊流转轮21的叶片不对称,因此流进净水箱1内的水压周期性的忽高忽低,周期性变化的水压能够促进弹片53的形变,从而促进滤芯5的挤压净化;同时,在每层净化材料内的一组挤压片51之间还安装有振簧511,当挤压片51运动时,部分动能转换成振簧511的弹性势能存储起来并以振动能的形式缓慢向外释放,该振动能够进一步促进滤芯5的净化,从而延长滤芯5的使用周期。

Claims (4)

1.一种自清洗净水器,本自清洗净水器包括有净水箱(1)、进水口(2)、出水口(3)和净水口(4);所述进水口(2)安装在净水箱(1)的顶板上,所述出水口(3)和净水口(4)安装在净水箱(1)的底板上;其特征在于:在所述净水箱(1)内的竖直轴线上安装有呈柱形的滤芯(5),所述滤芯(5)的顶面和底面分别正对所述进水口(2)和所述净水口(4);在所述净水箱(1)内还安装有两个对称的、可水平移动的活塞片(11),所述活塞片(11)由固定在净水箱(1)侧壁上的驱动支杆(12)控制移动;在所述滤芯(5)内部竖直安装有挤压片(51),所述挤压片(51)通过水平的连杆(52)连接弹片(53),所述弹片(53)位于滤芯(5)正对活塞片(11)的侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洗净水器,其特征在于:在所述进水口(2)安装有紊流转轮(21),所述紊流转轮(21)为非对称叶轮。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自清洗净水器,其特征在于:所述滤芯(5)为三层不同材质的净化材料叠放组成,在每层净化材料内均安装有挤压片(51)、连杆(52)和弹片(53)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自清洗净水器,其特征在于:在每组所述挤压片(51)之间安装有振簧(511)。
