Abstract
治疗肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的中成药制剂是由苡米根300g-600g、淡竹叶250g-500g、玉米须250g-500g、扁蓄200g-400g、石苇200g-400g、车前150g-300g、泽泻150g-300g、小金钱草150g-300g、青风藤100g-200g、鸡内金100g-200g、海金沙100g-200g制成，此中成药制剂能在短时间内化解肾结石、泌尿结石、膀胱结石，治疗肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的效果显著。
Description
技术领域：本发明涉及治疗肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的中成药制剂，以中草药为主，可有效治疗肾结石、泌尿系统结石、膀胱结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎，属于中药制剂领域。
背景技术：目前肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的患者繁多，中西药物对此类病症的治疗存在以下几个方面的不足：(1)效果不明显。(2)见效比较迟缓，以致大批肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的病人病情不断加重，最后引起肾功能严重不正常、肾衰竭、尿毒症、以至肾脏完全坏死而失去生命。(3)治疗后易复发。(4)治疗费用高，一般患者难以承受。手术治疗，痛苦大、风险高、经济负担重，患者不易接受；且手术复发率高，部分病人也因有其它病症不适合手术，更不用说进行多次手术。另一种方法是大型碎石治疗，有些结石不一定能充分破碎，部分结石碎后不能排出，引起管腔堵塞，引起肾及尿路积水，使肾功能不正常，引起多种肾病。现有中西药排石效果不明显。本发明将溶石和排石、消炎的多种中草药溶于一体，解决了现有技术对此类病症治疗的不足，具有良好的开发前景。
发明内容：本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种治疗肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的中成药制剂是由以下配比的原料制成：苡米根300g-600g、淡竹叶250g-500g、玉米须250g-500g、扁蓄200g-400g、石苇200g-400g、车前150g-300g、泽泻150g-300g、小金钱草150g-300g、青风藤100g-200g、鸡内金100g-200g、海金沙100g-200g。本方采用中医中药原理将清热解毒、利尿、止血、排石、化石的中药溶于一休，能有效化解肾结石、膀胱结石、泌尿结石，可免除患者因结石移动带来的疼痛、尿闭、尿急和手术之苦，而且治疗效果好、费用低。
制作方法：本发明使用：苡米根300g、淡竹叶250g、玉米须250g、扁蓄200g、石苇200g、车前150g、泽泻150g、小金钱草150g、青风藤100g在密封之容器内加水进行多次提取浓缩成膏，再取鸡内金100g、海金沙100g加工成精细粉，放入到浓缩膏中加工成300g(已干燥)的中成药浓缩丸。
服用方法：按上述制作方法制成的浓缩丸，成人每日3次，每次4g。小儿每日3次，每次0.5g-1g。
试用例采用以上制作方法制成的中成药浓缩丸，成人每日3次，每次4g，治疗肾结石、泌尿结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎等病人400余例，有效率在90％以上。
例1：王某，女，65岁。2013年4月8日因腰部疼痛，小便时尿带红色，排尿不畅，去医院检查发现双肾泥沙性结石，左肾中最大的一个为10mm×12mm，双肾因结石形成少量积水，左肾体积增大，医院诊断为双肾结石和肾积水，医院要求进行手术治疗，本人有血压高和糖尿病，家人考虑年老体弱风险大，放弃手术治疗，进行了简易的消炎处理后回家，经人介绍来此使用中成药治疗，2013年6月2日来此就诊，使用以上发明制成的中成药浓缩丸，每天3次，每次4g，使用1个月后，排出了多个细小结石，去医院检查，右肾无结石，左肾的大结石也变为5mm×5mm，疗效可佳。继续服用2个月后复查双肾未发现结石，积水消除，二年来一直未复发。
例2：张某，男，50岁。2008年1月15日晚因小便时发现尿道口疼痛，排尿受阻。2008年2月16日去医院检查发现肾功能异常，右肾囊肿并有积水，尿蛋白+++，红细胞管型(蛋白尿、血尿)，红细胞++，在医院住院25天，无好转，在本人的要求下出院。后来由亲友的介绍来此就诊，就诊时血压为105mhg/185mhg，下肢明显浮肿，结合医院的化验，可诊断为慢性肾炎和高血压。2008年8月18日开始使用以上发明制备的中成药浓缩丸，每日3次，每次4g，使用十天后，本人自觉有明显好转，下肢浮肿消失，排尿正常。继续使用4个月后，去医院检查，肾功能正常，肾囊肿和肾积水消失，停药2个月后，继续巩固了一个月，日后检查一直保持正常，未复发。
例3：丁某，48岁，男。2006年5月8日因劳动强度大，同时饮酒，晚上11点左右出现左腰部剧痛，去医院检查发现左肾有一个12mm×10mm的结石，并引起肾积水，在医院消炎10天后进行手术取石，15天后出院。5个月后，左腰部又出现隐痛，本人认为是手术康复期没有在意，隐痛经常出现。2007年10月12日晚因感冒受寒出现左腰部疼痛难忍，去诊所进行了吊水消炎，疼痛减轻，但左腰的隐痛并未消除，去县人民医院进行了B超检查发现左肾又发现一个4mm×7mm的强光团，诊断为左肾结石。医院考虑左肾开过刀，只能进行消炎处理，口服药物慢慢排石。2007年10月20日回家后，左腰部总感不适，时痛时好。2008年1月2日由亲友介绍来此服用本发明制备的中成药浓缩丸每天3次，每次4g，7天后发现下腹胀痛，小便时发现结石从尿道口排出，日后为巩固疗效继续服用了一个月后停药，再无不适之感，一切正常，至今未复发。

1.治疗肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的中成药制剂其特征在于所述中成药制剂由苡米根300g-600g、淡竹叶250g-500g、玉米须250g-500g、扁蓄200g-400g、石苇200g-400g、车前150g-300g、泽泻150g-300g、小金钱草150g-300g、青风藤100g-200g、鸡内金100g-200g、海金沙100g-200g制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗肾结石、肾积水、肾囊肿、肾炎的中成药制剂的制备方法其特征在于取苡米根300g-600g、淡竹叶250g-500g、玉米须250g-500g、扁蓄200g-400g、石苇200g-400g、车前150g-300g、泽泻150g-300g、小金钱草150g-300g、青风藤100g-200g在密封之容器内加水进行多次提取，进行浓缩成膏，再取鸡内金100g-200g、海金沙100g-200g加工成精细粉，与上述浓缩膏混合晾干粉碎，制成片剂、丸剂、胶囊。
