本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，其特征在于原料组成以重量百分比计为：紫背浮萍8～12%、夜交藤6～9%、白蒺藜5～7%、牛筋草5～8%、血竭4～7%、天麻4～6%、红景天3～5%、千年健4～6%、芜青5～7%、豨莶3～5%、木蝴蝶4～6%、白蔹4～6%、蝉蜕4～6%、重楼3～5%、马钱子3～6%、路路通4～6%、虎杖2～5%、乌梅4～6%、苦艾5～7%，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，白癜风是一种常见的后天性限局性或泛发性皮肤色素脱失病。由于皮肤的黑素细胞功能消失引起，但机制还不清楚。全身各部位可发生，常见于指背、腕、前臂、颜面、颈项及生殖器周围等。女性外阴部亦可发生，青年妇女居多。
目前用于治疗白癜风的药物有：驱白巴布期片、补骨脂素及其衍生物、皮质类固醇激素、免疫调节剂、大剂量维生素等。但疗效均不甚理想，无法彻底治愈。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，其技术特征在于，原料组成以重量百分比计为：紫背浮萍8～12%、夜交藤6～9%、白蒺藜5～7%、牛筋草5～8%、血竭4～7%、天麻4～6%、红景天3～5%、千年健4～6%、芜青5～7%、豨莶3～5%、木蝴蝶4～6%、白蔹4～6%、蝉蜕4～6%、重楼3～5%、马钱子3～6%、路路通4～6%、虎杖2～5%、乌梅4～6%、苦艾5～7%，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用紫背浮萍、夜交藤、白蒺藜、牛筋草、血竭、天麻、红景天、千年健、芜青、豨莶、木蝴蝶、白蔹、蝉蜕、重楼、马钱子、路路通、虎杖、乌梅、苦艾为原料制备而成。其组分（重量%）每付为紫背浮萍9.9、夜交藤6.5、白蒺藜6.2、牛筋草6.1、血竭5.5、天麻5.5、红景天3.3、千年健4.9、芜青5.5、豨莶3.4、木蝴蝶5.1、白蔹4.9、蝉蜕5.1、重楼3.8、马钱子4.4、路路通5.1、虎杖3.2、乌梅5.5、苦艾6.1。取上述19种原料总重量为180克，在室温下将19种中草药加水至800～1000ml，浸泡3～5分钟，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬90～100分钟左右，去渣得滤液200ml，药渣再加水250～300ml，煎熬30～40分钟，去渣得滤液100ml，共得300ml左右药汁，即制得用于白癜风的中药汤剂。装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹口服150ml左右，服用后临床症状体征消失，再巩固疗效服用1周。
本发明紫背浮萍治时行热痈，斑疹不透，风热痛疹，皮肤瘙痒，水肿，经闭，疮癣，丹毒；夜交藤治失眠症，劳伤，多汗，血虚身痛，痈疽，瘰疬，风疮疥癣；白蒺藜平肝解郁，祛风明目。用于肝阳眩晕头痛，肝郁胁痛，风热头痛，目赤肿痛，皮肤瘙痒等症；牛筋草清热、利湿。治伤暑发热、小儿急惊、黄疸、痢疾、淋病、小便不利；血竭具有活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮的功效。用于跌打损伤，心腹瘀痛，外伤出血，疮疡不敛；天麻息风，定惊。治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂；红景天有补气清肺、益智养心、收涩止血、散瘀消肿的功效；千年健用于风寒湿痹，腰膝冷痛，拘挛麻木，筋骨痿软；芜青用于行气，解毒，消食，解暑；豨莶有解毒、镇痛作用，治全身酸痛、四肢麻痹，并有平降血压作用；木蝴蝶清肺热，利咽喉。治急慢性支气管炎，肺结核，咳嗽；白蔹清热解毒，散结止痛，生肌敛疮；蝉蜕宣散风热、透疹利咽、退翳明目、祛风止痉；重楼有清热解毒，消肿止痛，凉肝定惊之功效，常用于疔疮痈肿，咽喉肿痛；马钱子兴奋健胃，消肿毒，凉血。主治四肢麻木，瘫痪，食欲不振，痞块，痈疮肿毒；路路通有祛风活络，利水，通经的作用；虎杖具有利湿退黄，清热解毒，散瘀止痛，止咳化痰的功效；乌梅具有敛肺，涩肠，生津，安蛔之功效。常用于肺虚久咳，久泻久痢，虚热消渴；苦艾清热燥湿、健胃消食、止血去痛、治湿热症、食欲不振症状。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。

下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
1、一般资料
发明人2013年4月-2015年1月间于我医院皮肤科共收集80例白癜风患者，采用随机的方法分为对照组和治疗组，年龄在21岁至45岁，病程1年到3年。
2、治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的煎剂，日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹口服150ml左右，疗程3个月。
对照组口服驱白巴布期片，按照其说明书使用，疗程3个月。
3、疗效标准
痊愈：皮肤患处为正常肤色。有效：1、病灶处的颜色经指压后明显改变。为血液运行和经络舒通的标志。2、汗毛孔张开，颜色变浅或患处发红发粉。3、病灶逐渐缩小。4、颜色逐渐改变。5、病灶上出现色素岛，色素岛逐渐增多，增密。无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
4、治疗结果
（1）两组治疗前后皮损评分比较见表1。

5、典型病例
孙某，男，22岁，患者患白癜风时间2年，分部在手指关节、颈部。综合面积约9cm2，多方求治无效。使用本发明药物，经过30天即长出大量色素岛(即皮肤点)，2个月痊愈，现至今未见复发。
陈某，女，40岁，患者发病其为1年时间，分部在手、面部、颈部，综合面积约3cm2，属散发型。使用本发明药物，治疗1个月，患部皮肤开始变成粉红色，病情得完全控制，逐渐转变成色素沉着点，继续用药2个月，色素沉着点逐渐扩大直至痊愈，现至今未见复发。

1.一种治疗白癜风的中药组合物，其特征在于，由如下重量百分比的原料药制成：紫背浮萍8～12%、夜交藤6～9%、白蒺藜5～7%、牛筋草5～8%、血竭4～7%、天麻4～6%、红景天3～5%、千年健4～6%、芜青5～7%、豨莶3～5%、木蝴蝶4～6%、白蔹4～6%、蝉蜕4～6%、重楼3～5%、马钱子3～6%、路路通4～6%、虎杖2～5%、乌梅4～6%、苦艾5～7%，将上述19味原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
