本发明公开了一种卡扣式助力器,它属于康复护理用品领域,其有益效果是既不影响行走也能助力人们的蹲起。本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔,所述每个吊耳上都穿连着一组由多片簧板单片依次叠加成一端齐头且蜷曲另一端长短渐变的簧板组件,一同于簧板组件蜷曲端横截面形状的环箍束扣于簧板组件蜷曲端附近,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都接近相抵的处在上下卡箍之间且由在中间部位装置着U形护板的耳状卡扣管束住。本设计适用于膝盖部位受损蹲起感到困难吃力的人们使用。

技术领域
本发明属于人体康复护理用品领域,具体是指一种用于助力人体蹲起的卡扣式助力器。
背景技术
人体膝盖部位是人体组织中较大的关节组织,在人的生命历程中其作用巨大,正因为如此,随着人们年龄的变老它常会发生磨损老化等退行性病变,包括半月板、滑膜、肌腱等组织的缺损会给患者带来严重不适,主要的表现之一就是蹲起困难、蹲起乏力,细究起来就是因损伤了膝盖部位,导致其承受负重的能力降低,沉重的人体上半身的负荷开始变得让膝盖不堪重负,而日常生活自理所需及劳动需要却又不得不进行蹲和起的体位变化,这就需要给予膝盖部位一个助力,在不太影响人体其他动作的情况下能帮助人体的蹲起:即在人体下蹲时及从低部位的下蹲姿态起身到较高部位时能给予一个相对于自身力量以外的一个额外补充助力,使得这种蹲起变得相对容易和轻松,方便此类人们的生活和生产需要,而当前未见有设计适用的此类用品用具。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种用于助力人体蹲起的卡扣式助力器,它可以满足上述需要。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔,所述每个吊耳上都穿连着一组由多片簧板单片依次叠加成一端齐头且蜷曲另一端长短渐变的簧板组件,一同于簧板组件蜷曲端横截面形状的环箍束扣于簧板组件蜷曲端附近,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都接近相抵的处在上下卡箍之间且由在中间部位装置着U形护板的耳状卡扣管束住。
本发明的有益效果是:可以助力人体的蹲起活动且不影响行走活动。

各图中,1为上卡箍,2为吊耳,3为挂孔,4为挂钩,5为束带,6为销钉,7为簧板,8为环箍,9为卡扣,10为护板,11为下卡箍,12为腿。
具体实施方式:
下面结合附图来举例说明本设计。
如图1、图2所示,两只呈轴瓦状的上卡箍1、下卡箍11分处上下,上、下卡箍左右两侧边部位都固定加工有外凸的吊耳2,同时还在它们的左侧边上都连接着一段弹性束带5,束带的右端头装置有挂钩4,与挂钩配套的是在上、下卡箍的右侧边上都设置有一挂孔3;在每个吊耳2上都由销钉6穿连着一组由多片簧板7依次叠加成一端齐头且蜷曲另一端长短渐变的簧板组件,吊耳与簧板的穿连部位在簧板组件的梢端(即簧板组件的非齐头蜷曲端),一同于簧板组件蜷曲端横截面形状的环箍8束扣于簧板组件蜷曲端附近以将多片的簧板单片集合成束,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都以接近相抵的状态(即虽近却未接触)处在上卡箍1、下卡箍11之间,如图1中卡扣及蜷曲端的放大图所示,上下簧板的蜷曲端呈上下对称状的处在接近相抵的状态,蜷曲部分被耳状的卡扣9的上下钩端卡扣管束,同时一U形护板10卡紧在卡扣的中间部位以进一步的管束簧板的蜷曲端,不难发现,上下簧板的蜷曲端以接近相抵的状态(即尚未近到相接触的状态)而不是以相抵的状态(即近到了相接触的状态)被卡扣管束,这就为上下簧板间的小角度位置变化提供了余地,即上下簧板间由如图1所示的最大夹角状变化为稍小夹角状时会很轻松自如不会受到来自卡扣9的阻力;簧板7选用的是弹性薄钢带材料,厚度以1-2mm为佳,从实际的使用需要来说,它应具有尽可能高的弹性支撑力但也可以承受较大的弯曲变形,采用如前所述由多片长短依次叠加组合而不是较厚的钢板材料制作的簧板组件就具有优异的适用性能;如图2所示,每只助力器由上下两个卡箍四个吊耳四个簧板组件组成,每条腿都配戴一只助力器,这样卡扣式助力器便整体组装完毕,具体使用时如图3所示的以腿12的膝盖部位为中心配戴,束带5与挂孔3的挂接会将整个助力器与腿部束紧为一体,有效的传递弹性支撑力,人们的体位变化是多方面的,如果配戴上了助力器只方便了蹲起体位变化却不方便行走甚至阻碍行走则助力器也是不完善的,如图4所示配戴者行走抬腿时膝盖部位发生的小角度曲折导致了上下簧板间的夹角也略变小,如前所述,上下簧板蜷曲端的空隙会配合这种变化丝毫也不会发生阻碍,而当这种变化呈大角度变化时即如图5所示的处于蹲姿状态时卡扣9则会予以每组簧板蜷曲端一个限制卡紧力(此时簧板的蜷曲端被卡扣管束卡住所有的接触件间都产生了变形张力),簧板组件弯曲形变,卡扣的弧状弯曲也被拉直了许多,这种种形变的过程也是弹性张力被储蓄的过程,当配戴者由蹲姿起身时,被储蓄的力量则会释放出来助力人们的蹲起活动。本设计在不影响人们行走活动的前提下会使得吃力的身体蹲起动作变得轻松省力许多。

1.一种卡扣式助力器,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔,其特征是所述每个吊耳上都穿连着一组由多片簧板单片依次叠加成一端齐头且蜷曲另一端长短渐变的簧板组件,一同于簧板组件蜷曲端横截面形状的环箍束扣于簧板组件蜷曲端附近,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都接近相抵的处在上下卡箍之间且由在中间部位装置着U形护板的耳状卡扣管束住。
