本发明公开了一种铰轴式助力器,它属于康复护理用品领域,其有益效果是既不影响行走也能助力人们的蹲起。本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔、由环箍束扣着的簧板组件,所述簧板组件由多片簧板单片依次叠加为一端齐头且蜷曲成封闭的圆筒状另一端为长短渐变状而成,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都处在上下卡箍之间,上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端即圆筒部位在簧板的厚度方向上相配合的加工成榫卯状且互相插接再由铰轴穿连在一起,铰轴与圆筒内壁间留有活动空间。本设计适用于膝盖部位受损蹲起感到困难吃力的人们使用。

技术领域
本发明属于人体康复护理用品领域,具体是指一种用于助力人体蹲起的铰轴式助力器。
背景技术
人体膝盖部位是人体组织中较大的关节组织,在人的生命历程中其作用巨大,正因为如此,随着人们年龄的变老它常会发生磨损老化等退行性病变,包括半月板、滑膜、肌腱等组织的缺损会给患者带来严重不适,主要的表现之一就是蹲起困难、蹲起乏力,细究起来就是因损伤了膝盖部位,导致其承受负重的能力降低,沉重的人体上半身的负荷开始变得让膝盖不堪重负,而日常生活自理所需及劳动需要却又不得不进行蹲和起的体位变化,这就需要给予膝盖部位一个助力,在不太影响人体其他动作的情况下能帮助人体的蹲起:即在人体下蹲时及从低部位的下蹲姿态起身到较高部位时能给予一个相对于自身力量以外的一个额外补充助力,使得这种蹲起变得相对容易和轻松,方便此类人们的生活和生产需要,而当前未见有设计适用的此类用品用具。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种用于助力人体蹲起的铰轴式助力器,它可以满足上述需要。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔、由环箍束扣着的簧板组件,所述簧板组件由多片簧板单片依次叠加为一端齐头且蜷曲成封闭的圆筒状另一端为长短渐变状而成,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都处在上下卡箍之间,上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端即圆筒部位在簧板的厚度方向上相配合的加工成榫卯状且互相插接再由铰轴穿连在一起,铰轴与圆筒内壁间留有活动空间。
本发明的有益效果是:可以助力人体的蹲起活动且不影响行走活动。

图5是腿部呈蹲姿时助力器助力工作的演示示意图(因受人体下蹲力作用此时簧板的蜷曲端即圆筒内壁与铰轴紧张接触接触件间都产生了变形张力)。
各图中,1为上卡箍,2为吊耳,3为挂孔,4为挂钩,5为束带,6为销钉,7为簧板,8为环箍,9为铰轴,10为下卡箍,11为腿。
具体实施方式:
下面结合附图来举例说明本设计。
如图1、图2所示,两只呈轴瓦状的上卡箍1、下卡箍10分处上下,上、下卡箍左右两侧边部位都固定加工有外凸的吊耳2,同时还在它们的左侧边上都连接着一段弹性束带5,束带的右端头装置有挂钩4,与挂钩配套的是在上、下卡箍的右侧边上都设置有一挂孔3;在每个吊耳2上都由销钉6穿连着一组由多片簧板7依次叠加成一端齐头且蜷曲成封闭的圆筒状另一端长短渐变的簧板组件,吊耳与簧板的穿连部位在簧板组件的梢端(即簧板组件的非齐头蜷曲端),一同于簧板组件蜷曲端横截面形状的环箍8束扣于簧板组件蜷曲端附近以将多片的簧板单片集合成束,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端即圆筒部位都处在上卡箍1、下卡箍10之间且圆筒部位在簧板的厚度方向上相配合的加工成榫卯状互相插接再由铰轴9穿连在一起,铰轴9与圆筒内壁间留有一定的活动空间以方便上、下簧板间的夹角在小范围内变化时的自由活动而不受到阻滞影响,如图1、图2所示;每只助力器由上下两个卡箍四个吊耳四个簧板组件组成,每条腿都配戴一只助力器,这样铰轴式助力器便整体组装完毕,具体使用时如图3所示的以腿11的膝盖部位为中心配戴,束带5与挂孔3的挂接会将整个助力器与腿部束紧为一体,有效的传递弹性支撑力;由于人们的体位变化是多方面的,如果配戴上了助力器只方便助力了蹲起体位变化却不方便行走甚至阻碍行走则助力器也是不完善的,如图4所示,当配戴者行走抬腿时膝盖部位发生的小角度曲折会导致上、下簧板间的夹角也略变小,如前所述,上、下簧板的圆筒内壁与铰轴间的空隙会配合这种变化而不会发生阻碍,即这种小角度的变化是自由的,而当这种变化呈大角度变化时比如处于蹲姿状态时簧板的圆筒内壁与铰轴间就会紧张接触接触件间都产生了变形张力,簧板组件大角度弯曲形变,如图5所示,从图中的放大部位不难发现,上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端即圆筒部位相对于铰轴帽来说都向上、向下凸出了许多,显示圆筒内壁处于与铰轴紧张的接触状态并产生了弹性张力,这种种形变的过程也是助力器的弹性部件吸收储蓄人体重力的过程,当配戴者由蹲姿起身时,被储蓄的力量则会释放出来助力人们的蹲起活动。本设计在不影响人们行走活动的前提下会使得吃力的身体蹲起动作变得轻松省力许多。

1.一种铰轴式助力器,它包含两只上下分布的呈轴瓦状的上卡箍、下卡箍及其左右两侧部位的吊耳、束带、挂钩、挂孔、由环箍束扣着的簧板组件,其特征是所述簧板组件由多片簧板单片依次叠加为一端齐头且蜷曲成封闭的圆筒状另一端为长短渐变状而成,每一侧的上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端都处在上下卡箍之间,上、下簧板组件的蜷曲端即圆筒部位在簧板的厚度方向上相配合的加工成榫卯状且互相插接再由铰轴穿连在一起,铰轴与圆筒内壁间留有活动空间。
