Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于硬膜外麻醉等的带叶片的注射针的技术领域。
背景技术
用于硬膜外麻醉等的带叶片的注射针已被公知(例如,参照专利文献1)。这种带叶片的注射针具备注射针主体;支承该注射针主体的基端部的基部;和从该基部向左右两侧方突出的叶片部而构成,在使用时,通过将左右的叶片部作为把手,可进行稳定的穿刺操作。
但是,使用完的注射针,因为若原样地废弃,则在处理废弃物时,存在针尖扎入人体或引起感染等问题的危险,所以在使用后鼓励由鞘状的安全罩(盖)包覆注射针然后废弃,但用于硬膜外麻醉等的注射针,因为注射针主体的长度比通常的注射针长,所以在医疗工作者(医生、护士等)将鞘状的安全罩覆盖在注射针的前端时,存在错误地将注射针扎入手指的危险。
因此,提出了一种安全罩,该安全罩由在注射针的长度方向伸缩自由的管状体(套管式或蛇纹管式)构成,在其一端形成盖部,另一端被安装在注射针的基部(例如,参照专利文献2)。根据这样的安全罩,由于能通过从注射针的基部侧进行伸长操作将注射针包覆,所以能消除在包覆注射针时错误地将注射针扎入手指这样的问题。

但是,在带叶片的注射针中,在设置了专利文献2的那样的安全罩的情况下,不仅注射针的基部构造变得复杂,还存在当将叶片部作为把手时安全罩成为障碍,或者相反当伸长操作安全罩时叶片部成为障碍等问题。

在叶片部的展开操作时,使注射针主体相对于叶片部后退,叶片部具备外嵌在基部的筒部;经第一合页部折曲自由地连结在筒部的前端部的第一板部;经第二合页部折曲自由地连结在该第一板部的前端部的第二板部;和经第三合页部折曲自由地连结在该第二板部的前端部的前端板部,通过将第一合页部谷折,将第二合页部峰折,将第三合页部谷折,第一板部及第二板部在前后重合的折叠状态下从基部向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能,另一方面,在使所有的合页部呈直线性地展开了的展开状态下,第一板部及第二板部从基部沿注射针主体向注射针前端侧延伸,作为覆盖注射针主体的安全罩发挥功能,注射针后退组件具备由叶片部的筒部向后退方向滑动自由地支承基部的滑动支承部;将基部向后退方向加载的弹簧;和将基部卡合保持在非后退位置的卡合部,与该卡合部的卡合解除相应地使基部及注射针主体相对于叶片部的筒部后退。
发明的效果
根据技术方案1的发明,由于使本来作为把手发挥功能的叶片部还作为安全罩发挥功能,所以与另行设置安全罩的情况相比,不仅能谋求构造的简单化、零件数量的削减,也能消除叶片部和安全罩妨碍相互的操作这样的不良状况。
另外,根据技术方案1的发明,因为具备在叶片部的展开操作时使注射针主体相对于叶片部相对地后退的注射针后退组件,所以能使用于由安全罩(叶片部)覆盖的注射针主体的实质的长度变短,其结果,在将叶片部兼用作安全罩时,能避免叶片部的大型化。
另外,根据技术方案1的发明,由于与卡合部的卡合解除相应地由弹簧的加载力使基部及注射针主体后退,所以不需要进行基部及注射针主体的后退操作,将叶片部作为安全罩使用时的操作变得简单。

具体实施方式
为了实施发明的方式
下面,基于附图,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。在附图中,1是用于硬膜外麻醉等的带叶片的注射针,该带叶片的注射针1具备注射针主体2;支承该注射针主体2的基端部的基部3;和从该基部3向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能的叶片部4。在基部3的后端部,形成了鲁尔接头(Luer taper)状的注射器连接口3a,若在这里连接未图示的注射器,则可经注射针主体2将注射器内的药剂注入人体。
左右的叶片部4分别使用经合页部4a、4b、4c折叠自由的板状部件构成。例如,本实施方式的叶片部4具备外嵌在基部3的筒部4d;经第一合页部4a折曲自由地连结在筒部4d的前端部的第一板部4e;经第二合页部4b折曲自由地连结在该第一板部4e的前端部的第二板部4f;和经第三合页部4c折曲自由地连结在该第二板部4f的前端部的前端板部4g。
根据这样构成的叶片部4,在图1所示的折叠状态下,能从基部3向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能,另一方面,在图2所示的展开状态下,能从基部3沿注射针主体2向注射针前端侧延伸,作为覆盖注射针主体2的安全罩发挥功能。例如,本实施方式的叶片部4通过将第一合页部4a谷折,将第二合页部4b峰折,将第三合页部4c谷折,第一板部4e及第二板部4f在前后重合的折叠状态下从基部3向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能,另一方面,在使所有的合页部4a、4b、4c呈直线性地展开了的展开状态下,第一板部4e及第二板部4f从基部3沿注射针主体2向注射针前端侧延伸,作为覆盖注射针主体2的安全罩发挥功能。

滑动支承部6,通过由叶片部4的筒部4d前后滑动自由地支承基部3的前半部而构成。弹簧7以压缩状态收容在基部3的弹簧收容槽3b中,将叶片部4的筒部4d朝向前方加载,换言之,向使基部3相对于叶片部4后退的方向加载。
卡合部8由形成在基部3的前端的卡合爪3c和形成在叶片部4的筒部4d前端的卡合爪4i构成,通过卡合爪3c、4i彼此的卡合,限制基部3的相对于叶片部4的后退动作。这样构成的卡合部8,通过叶片部4侧的卡合爪4i由弹性变形向外方打开进行卡合解除,但如图1所示,在叶片部4为折叠状态时,由于在卡合爪4i的外方存在被折叠了的第一板部4e,所以限制了卡合部8的卡合解除。另一方面,如图2所示,由于若将叶片部4展开操作,则卡合爪4i的外方被开放,所以卡合爪4i由弹性变形向外方打开,自动地解除卡合部8的卡合。由此,在叶片部4为展开操作时,可使基部3及注射针主体2相对于叶片部4自动地后退。另外,由于基部3及注射针主体2的后退动作,在基部3的卡合爪3c与筒部4d的后端凸部4j卡合了的时刻被限制,所以不存在基部3及注射针主体2从叶片部4脱落的情况。
接着,参照图1及图2,说明有关本发明的实施方式的带叶片的注射针1的使用方法。
在将带叶片的注射针1向人体穿刺时,如图1所示,将从基部3向左右外侧方突出的折叠状态的叶片部4作为把手,拿着带叶片的注射针1,将注射针主体2的前端侧向人体穿刺。而且,在穿刺了人体后,通过与基部3的注射器连接口3a连接的注射器的操作,能将注射器内的药剂经注射针主体2注入人体。
使用完的带叶片的注射针1,以包覆了注射针主体2的状态废弃。在有关本发明的实施方式的带叶片的注射针1中,在包覆注射针主体2时,一面由一只手拿着叶片部4的筒部,一面由另一只手将叶片部4的板部4e、4f向前方推出。被向前方退了的板部4e、4f一面展开一面沿注射针主体2向注射针前端侧延伸,覆盖注射针主体2。另外,若对叶片部4进行展开操作,则自动地解除卡合部8的卡合,基部3及注射针主体2由弹簧7的加载力后退。由此,注射针主体2的针尖从被设置在叶片部4的前端部的盖5拔出,被收容在叶片部4内,并且盖5与注射针主体2的针尖卡合,限制叶片部4向折叠状态返回。根据以上的说明,叶片部4还作为安全罩可靠地发挥功能,可安全地废弃使用完的带叶片的注射针1。
根据如上所述的那样构成的本实施方式,带叶片的注射针1具备注射针主体2;支承该注射针主体2的基端部的基部3;和从该基部3向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能的叶片部4,叶片部4使用经合页部4a、4b、4c折叠自由的板状部件构成,在折叠状态下,从基部3向左右两侧方突出,作为把手发挥功能,另一方面,在展开状态下,从基部3沿注射针主体2向注射针前端侧延伸,作为覆盖注射针主体2的安全罩发挥功能,因此,与另行设置安全罩的情况相比,不仅能谋求构造的简单化、零件数量的削减,也能消除叶片部4和安全罩妨碍相互的操作的那样的不良状况。
另外,叶片部4,由于具备在展开状态下与注射针主体2的前端部卡合防止向折叠状态返回的返回防止组件(盖5),所以能作为安全罩可靠地发挥功能。
另外,因为具备在叶片部4的展开操作时使注射针主体2相对于叶片部相对地后退的注射针后退组件,所以能使用于由安全罩(叶片部4)覆盖的注射针主体2实质的长度变短,其结果,在将叶片部4兼用作安全罩时,能避免叶片部4的大型化。
