背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,电缆攻略高肉眼过热发生火灾,多芯电缆更是如此。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种多芯防火电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种多芯防火电缆,包括缆芯、导体、传导层一、制冷层、传导层二、阻燃层、护套,所述导体外包裹绝缘层构成缆芯,所述缆芯外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包制冷层,所述制冷层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包阻燃层,所述阻燃层外挤包护套,所述缆芯和传导层一之间设置有填充物,所述传导层一和传导层二是由玻璃纤维制成,所述灭火层内设置有气管,所述气管内设置有惰性气体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,防火效果好。

一种多芯防火电缆,包括缆芯1、导体2、传导层一3、制冷层4、传导层二5、阻燃层6、护套7和灭火层8,所述导体2外包裹绝缘层构成缆芯1,所述缆芯1外挤包传导层一3,所述传导层一3外挤包制冷层4,所述制冷层4外挤包传导层二5,所述传导层二5外挤包阻燃层6,所述阻燃层6外挤包护套7,所述缆芯1和传导层一3之间设置有填充物,所述传导层一3和传导层二4是由玻璃纤维制成,所述灭火层8内设置有气管9,所述气管9内设置有惰性气体。

1.一种多芯防火电缆,包括缆芯、导体、传导层一、制冷层、传导层二、阻燃层、护套,其特征在于:所述导体外包裹绝缘层构成缆芯,所述缆芯外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包制冷层,所述制冷层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包阻燃层,所述阻燃层外挤包护套,所述护套外挤包灭火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多芯防火电缆,其特征在于:所述缆芯和传导层一之间设置有填充物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种多芯防火电缆,其特征在于:所述灭火层内设置有气管,所述气管内设置有惰性气体。
