本发明公开了一种镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆,它是由导体缆芯、两根抗拉丝以及五层外保护层组成。五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银铜丝屏蔽层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜塑镍带复合铠装层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组导体缆芯挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体缆芯内部挤包两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯以及两根镀银铝丝引流丝,所述镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部且两组导体缆芯之外挤包两根固定铝合金丝。该种电缆耐酸碱,耐压,缆芯在电缆内的位置稳定性强,最高工作温度达160℃,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆广泛用于各个领域,涉及人民生活、工业生产各个领域,目前,特别在工业设备上使用的电缆,质量要求特别高,现在有一种电缆,耐压,耐酸碱,缆芯位置稳定,而且允许工作温度高。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种耐压,耐酸碱,缆芯在在电缆内的位置稳定性强的镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆,它是由导体缆芯、两根抗拉丝以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银铜丝屏蔽层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜塑镍带复合铠装层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组导体缆芯挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体缆芯是由两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯、两根镀银铝丝引流丝、一层聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一层聚全氟聚乙烯绝缘层组成,两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯以及两根镀银铝丝引流丝均匀挤包在聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锌退火铜导体线芯内的镀锌退火铜导体外包裹一层铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铝丝引流丝外包裹一层硅橡胶绝缘层,两根抗拉丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜塑镍带复合铠装层以及聚氯乙烯绝缘层之间,所述镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部且两组导体缆芯之外挤包两根固定铝合金丝,两根位于两组导体缆芯之间的两边。
所述镀银铝丝引流丝的横截面直径长为0.3㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆耐酸碱,耐压,缆芯在电缆内的位置稳定性强,最高工作温度达160℃,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

如图1所示,一种镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆,它是由导体缆芯1、两根抗拉丝以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银铜丝屏蔽层3、非磁性金属铠装层4、铜塑镍带复合铠装层5、聚氯乙烯绝缘层6以及铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层7,所述导体缆芯1设置有两组,两组导体缆芯1挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层3内部,每组导体缆芯1是由两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯11、两根镀银铝丝引流丝12、一层聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层13以及一层聚全氟聚乙烯绝缘层14组成,两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯11以及两根镀银铝丝引流丝12均匀挤包在聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层13内部,所述镀锌退火铜导体线芯11内的镀锌退火铜导体外包裹一层铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铝丝引流丝12外包裹一层硅橡胶绝缘层,两根抗拉丝9均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层3、非磁性金属铠装层4、铜塑镍带复合铠装层5以及聚氯乙烯绝缘层6之间,所述镀银铜丝屏蔽层3内部且两组导体缆芯1之外挤包两根固定铝合金丝2,两根位于两组导体缆芯1之间的两边。
具体实施方式:所述镀银铝丝引流丝12的横截面直径长为0.3㎜。
进一步的,所述镀银铜丝屏蔽层3之外包裹一层非磁性金属铠装层4,所述非磁性金属铠装层4之外包裹一层铜塑镍带复合铠装层5,所述铜塑镍带复合铠装层5之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层6,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层6之外包裹一层铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层7。
所述镀锌退火铜导体线芯11内的镀锌退火铜导体横截面直径长为0.5㎜。

1.一种镀银铜带铠装耐压电缆,它是由导体缆芯、两根抗拉丝以及五层外保护层组成,其特征在于:五层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银铜丝屏蔽层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜塑镍带复合铠装层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组导体缆芯挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,每组导体缆芯是由两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯、两根镀银铝丝引流丝、一层聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及一层聚全氟聚乙烯绝缘层组成,两组镀锌退火铜导体线芯以及两根镀银铝丝引流丝均匀挤包在聚四氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锌退火铜导体线芯内的镀锌退火铜导体外包裹一层铜带屏蔽层,所述镀银铝丝引流丝外包裹一层硅橡胶绝缘层,两根抗拉丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层、非磁性金属铠装层、铜塑镍带复合铠装层以及聚氯乙烯绝缘层之间,所述镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部且两组导体缆芯之外挤包两根固定铝合金丝,两根位于两组导体缆芯之间的两边。
