技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,比如在电厂,冶金等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的防氧化防水性能,导电率,抗磁干扰性能方面的要求都特别高,但是现有的电缆因其结构设计不合理或是材质选用不当,使电缆并不能够稳定工作,在一些环境较为恶劣的条件下,电缆不能够长时间使用,在风吹日晒的情况下,使电缆表面破裂,从而造成电缆内部结构被破坏,使其不能正常工作,为日后的工作流下了隐患。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、填充层、保护套和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外设置一层保护套;所述保护套和导体共同构成缆芯;且所述电缆本体内部设置有多根缆芯;所述缆芯外设置一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外紧密挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆,所述电缆本体中心位置设置有光单元。
上述的一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆,所述绝缘层、缆芯和光单元之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、防水效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述屏蔽层具有较好的屏蔽性和抗电磁干扰性能,能够抑制各类化学药品的腐蚀,且具有较好的阻燃和防水性能。

如图1所示,一种工业用防水防潮防腐蚀电缆,它包括电缆本体7,所述电缆本体7包括导体1、填充层3、保护套4和外护套6,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个导体1;所述导体1外设置一层保护套4;所述保护套4和导体1共同构成缆芯;且所述电缆本体7内部设置有多根缆芯;所述缆芯外设置一层屏蔽层5;所述屏蔽层5外紧密挤包一层外护套6。
所述屏蔽层5具有较好的屏蔽性和抗电磁干扰性能,能够抑制各类化学药品的腐蚀,且具有较好的阻燃和防水性能。
