技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,比如在航空,电力等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的耐高压以及抗磁干扰性能方面的要求都特别高,如果电缆具备的不全面的话,会影响这些领域内的工作和效益以及安全,但是现有的电缆因其结构设计不合理,往往在使用过程中发生信号被干扰的情况,工作过程不稳定,给企业带来很大的损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个隔离支架;所述隔离支架内部设置有多根导体;所述隔离支架外部设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层隔氧层;所述隔氧层外挤包一层耐磨层;所述耐磨层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆,所述导体是由多股镀镍铜丝绞合而成。
上述的一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆,所述隔氧层为陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、屏蔽效果好和使用方便等优点,所述隔氧层为陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶材料制成,可以形成坚硬的陶瓷化铠体保护层,起到隔氧防火的作用,保证了电力通畅。

如图1所示,一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、绝缘层5、屏蔽层6和外护套8,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个隔离支架3;所述隔离支架3内部设置有多根导体2;所述隔离支架3外部设置一层绝缘层5;所述绝缘层5外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层6;所述屏蔽层6外挤包一层隔氧层7;所述隔氧层7外挤包一层耐磨层8;所述耐磨层8外挤包一层外护套9。
所述隔氧层7为陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶材料制成,可以形成坚硬的陶瓷化铠体保护层,起到隔氧防火的作用,保证了电力通畅。

1.一种稳定型绝缘屏蔽电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆本体内部设置有多个隔离支架;所述隔离支架内部设置有多根导体;所述隔离支架外部设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层隔氧层;所述隔氧层外挤包一层耐磨层;所述耐磨层外挤包一层外护套。
