技术领域
本发明涉及乐器部件领域,特别是涉及一种高强高韧性琴弦。
背景技术
弦乐器上激发声音的线,在一定的张力下,通过摩擦、弹击等手法激发弦振动,经过共鸣腔的放大,得到乐音,是弦乐器最重要的组成部分。通常采用蚕丝、羊肠、金属、或长丝塑料纤维制成。好的琴弦应该具有好的音质、定弦快、音高稳定、良好的可演奏性(手指有安全感,琴弦反应敏锐)以及长的寿命。现在大量使用的为金属琴弦,大多数采用高碳钢作为金属线芯,但是高碳钢材料强度已经耐腐性较差,严重影响琴弦的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强高韧性琴弦,能够有效提高琴弦的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高强高韧性琴弦,包括金属线芯和缠绕外皮,所述金属线芯为硬化不锈钢,所述硬化不锈钢包括以下质量百分比成分:
碳5%-15%、氮0.15%-0.2%、铜0.5%-5%、铬0.1%-2%、钴0.15%-0.3%、铌0%-0.5%、钛3%-10%、硅0.1%-0.3%、锰0.1%-1.5%,其余为铁。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述缠绕外皮为铜丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硬化不锈钢包括以下质量百分比成分:
碳8%、氮0.16%、铜4%、铬1.5%、钴0.25%、铌0.35%、钛7.5%、硅0.25%、锰1.2%,其余为铁。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明高强高韧性琴弦,能够有效提高琴弦的使用寿命。

本发明实施例包括:
一种高强高韧性琴弦,包括金属线芯和缠绕外皮,所述金属线芯为硬化不锈钢,所述硬化不锈钢包括以下质量百分比成分:
碳5%-15%、氮0.15%-0.2%、铜0.5%-5%、铬0.1%-2%、钴0.15%-0.3%、铌0%-0.5%、钛3%-10%、硅0.1%-0.3%、锰0.1%-1.5%,其余为铁。
实施例一
按照以下比例制造金属线芯:
碳8%、氮0.16%、铜4%、铬1.5%、钴0.25%、铌0.35%、钛7.5%、硅0.25%、锰1.2%,其余为铁,上述百分比为质量百分比。金属线芯的直径为0.3mm。
在金属线芯外缠绕外皮,所述外皮选用铜丝。
实施例二
按照以下比例制造金属线芯:
碳10%、氮0.15%、铜5%、铬1.0%、钴0.2%、铌0.4%、钛8.5%、硅0.2%、锰1.5%,其余为铁,上述百分比为质量百分比。金属线芯的直径为0.35mm。
在金属线芯外缠绕外皮,所述外皮选用合金丝。
实施例二
按照以下比例制造金属线芯:
碳5%、氮0.15%、铜3%、铬2.0%、钴0.3%、铌0.2%、钛10%、硅0.2%、锰1.3%,其余为铁,上述百分比为质量百分比。金属线芯的直径为0.25mm。
在金属线芯外缠绕外皮,所述外皮选用铜丝。

碳5%-15%、氮0.15%-0.2%、铜0.5%-5%、铬0.1%-2%、钴0.15%-0.3%、铌0%-0.5%、钛3%-10%、硅0.1%-0.3%、锰0.1%-1.5%,其余为铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强高韧性琴弦,其特征在于,所述缠绕外皮为铜丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强高韧性琴弦,其特征在于,所述硬化不锈钢包括以下质量百分比成分:
碳8%、氮0.16%、铜4%、铬1.5%、钴0.25%、铌0.35%、钛7.5%、硅0.25%、锰1.2%,其余为铁。
