Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模块,包括光源、导光板、光学膜片和量子点膜片,所述导光板包括出光面、与所述出光面相对设置的背光面和连接所述出光面和所述背光面的侧面,所述光源邻近所述导光板的所述侧面以向所述导光板发射光线,所述量子点膜片包括色域转换区和位于所述色域转换区外周的色域失效区,所述色域转换区层叠在所述光学膜片和所述出光面之间,所述色域失效区从所述光学膜片的边缘处突出。根据本发明的背光模块在具有高色域的同时,可使得背光模块的边框窄化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模块和显示装置。
背景技术
背光模块用于为显示装置中的显示模块提供背光,背光模块的发光效果将直接影响到显示模块的显示效果。
为实现高色域的液晶背光模块,如图1所示,现有的背光模块1会采用量子点膜片100,然而量子点膜片100存在边缘色域失效区10,致使背光模块1的边缘出现黑边,因此需要增加模块1的边框宽度来遮盖失效区10,会影响产品的视觉表现及市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种背光模块,在具有高色域的同时,可使得背光模块的边框窄化。
本发明提供一种背光模块,包括光源、导光板、光学膜片和量子点膜片,所述导光板包括出光面、与所述出光面相对设置的背光面和连接所述出光面和所述背光面的侧面,所述光源邻近所述导光板的所述侧面以向所述导光板发射光线,所述量子点膜片包括色域转换区和位于所述色域转换区外周的色域失效区,所述色域转换区层叠在所述光学膜片和所述出光面之间,所述色域失效区从所述光学膜片的边缘处突出。
其中,还包括环绕所述导光板设置的胶框,所述光学膜片和所述量子点膜片固定在所述胶框上。
其中,还包括用于容置所述导光板、所述光源和所述胶框的背板,所述背板包括底板和自所述底板垂直延伸的侧板,所述导光板放置在所述底板上,所述侧板环绕在所述胶框的外侧。
其中,在所述光源侧,所述光学膜片和所述量子点膜片的端面在垂直于所述出光面的方向上对齐。
其中,所述背板的所述侧板包括相对设置的内表面和外表面,所述内表面抵靠所述胶框,在非所述光源侧,所述量子点膜片的色域失效区的外边缘相对所述侧板的所述外表面内缩0-0.2mm。
其中,所述量子点膜片的所述色域失效区包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述外边缘连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面,所述第一表面上设有用于预定位所述光学膜片的定位片,所述第二表面固定连接至所述胶框。
其中,所述定位片呈U形,所述定位片的开口朝向所述光源。
其中,所述光源包括灯管和设置于所述灯管上方且用于固定所述灯管的固定板,所述灯管设置在所述导光板的侧面。
其中,在所述光源侧,所述光学膜片通过粘胶与所述光源的所述固定板和/或所述胶框固定连接。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括以上任一项所述的背光模块。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过量子点膜片的色域转换区层叠在光学膜片和导光板的出光面之间,而色域失效区相对于光学膜片的边缘及导光板的侧面向外突出,因而可以降低遮盖量子点膜片的色域无效区的边框的宽度,在使得背光模块具有高色域的同时,可实现背光模块的边框窄化。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图2,示出根据本发明的光源侧的背光模块2,该背光模块2包括光源201、导光板202、光学膜片203、量子点膜片204、胶框205和背板206。本实施例中的背光模块为侧入式背光模块,光源201包括灯管2011和设置在灯管201上方的、用于固定灯管2011的固定板2012,如图2所示,固定板2012的下表面通过双面胶与导光板202和胶框205固定连接。容易理解,灯管201也可以采用LED灯和其他发光源,例如CCFL(CathodeFluorescentLamp,冷阴极荧光灯管)等,固定板2012则采用例如FPC(FlexiblePrintedCircuit,柔性电路板)材料。
导光板202用于将光源201发射出的光导出,导光板202包括出光面2021、与出光面2021相对设置的背光面2022和连接出光面2021和背光面2022的侧面2023,而光源201邻近导光板202的侧面2023以向导光板202发射光线。光学膜片203和量子点膜片204依次层叠设置在导光板202的出光面2021上,具体地,量子点膜片204平贴设于导光板202上以充分吸收导光板202所出射的光,光学膜片203设置在量子点膜片204之上,在本实施例中,量子点膜片204包括色域转换区2041和位于色域转换区2041外周的色域失效区2042,光学膜片203包括依次层叠的扩散片2031和棱镜片2032。由于光源201侧的边框需要遮盖光源201,所以该侧的边框宽度较大,因而可以遮盖住量子点膜片的色域失效区2042,因此,在光源201侧,光学膜片203和量子点膜片204的端面在垂直于出光面2021的方向上对齐。
胶框205环绕导光板202设置,光学膜片203的棱镜片2032靠近光源201的一端通过遮光胶207与光源201的固定板2012和/或胶框205固定连接。背板206为一边开口的盒体状,该背板206包括底板2061和自底板2061垂直延伸的侧板2062,底板2061上放置导光板202,侧板2062环绕在胶框205的外侧。
参照图3,示出根据本发明的非光源侧的背光模块2,量子点膜片204的色域失效区2042从光学膜片203的边缘处突出,该色域失效区2042包括相对设置的第一表面241和第二表面242,外边缘243连接第一表面241和第二表面242,第一表面2041上设有用于预定位光学膜片203的定位片208,第二表面2042通过双面胶固定连接至胶框205。其中,定位片208的下表面粘附在量子点膜片204的色域失效区2042上,其上表面则通过双面胶与光学膜片203的棱镜片2032远离光源201的一端固定连接。本实施例中的定位片为一边开口的U形片,其开口朝向光源201,在背光模块2的组装过程中,定位片208会预先粘附在量子点膜片204上,因此,在将光学膜片203放置在量子点膜片204上时,定位片208可以作为定位参考,从而起到预定位光学膜片203的作用,该定位片208可以采用目前主流的组装生产流程进行装配,而不用额外增加组装设备。背板206的侧板2062包括相对设置的内表面261和外表面262,该内表面261抵靠胶框205,在非光源201侧,量子点膜片204的色域失效区2042的外边缘243相对于侧板2062的外表面262内缩0-0.2mm,优选内缩0.1-0.2mm,因此,相对于现有技术,本发明的背光模块采用较窄的边框即可遮挡住量子点膜片204的色域无效区2042,在获得高色域的同时,可以使得背光模块的边框窄化。
可以理解,图2所示的光源侧与图3所示的非光源侧相对设置,背光模块2的其他侧边的结构可以参考图3所示的结构。需要说明,本实施例仅示例性地说明侧入式背光模块,但本发明还可以采用直下式背光模块的结构形式。

Claims (10)
1.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包括光源、导光板、光学膜片和量子点膜片,所述导光板包括出光面、与所述出光面相对设置的背光面和连接所述出光面和所述背光面的侧面,所述光源邻近所述导光板的所述侧面以向所述导光板发射光线,所述量子点膜片包括色域转换区和位于所述色域转换区外周的色域失效区,所述色域转换区层叠在所述光学膜片和所述出光面之间,所述色域失效区从所述光学膜片的边缘处突出。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,还包括环绕所述导光板设置的胶框,所述光学膜片和/或所述量子点膜片固定在所述胶框上。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,还包括用于容置所述导光板、所述光源和所述胶框的背板,所述背板包括底板和自所述底板垂直延伸的侧板,所述导光板放置在所述底板上,所述侧板环绕在所述胶框的外侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模块,其特征在于,在所述光源侧,所述光学膜片和所述量子点膜片的端面在垂直于所述出光面的方向上对齐。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述背板的所述侧板包括相对设置的内表面和外表面,所述内表面抵靠所述胶框,所述量子点膜片的色域失效区的外边缘相对所述侧板的所述外表面内缩0-0.2mm。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述量子点膜片的所述色域失效区包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述外边缘连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面,所述第一表面上设有用于预定位所述光学膜片的定位片,所述第二表面固定连接至所述胶框。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述定位片呈U形,所述定位片的开口朝向所述光源。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述光源包括灯管和设置于所述灯管上方且用于固定所述灯管的固定板,所述灯管设置在所述导光板的侧面。
9.如权利要求8所述的背光模块,其特征在于,在所述光源侧,所述光学膜片通过粘胶与所述光源的所述固定板和/或所述胶框固定连接。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的背光模块。
