Abstract

本发明公开了一种手簿支撑固定架的制作方法。一、制作手簿支撑固定架主体、手簿连接杆、卡扣按钮、弹簧、固定螺丝、指北针、夹紧螺丝和止退螺丝；二、在手簿支撑固定架主体上设置连接孔、倾斜角度调节孔、固定螺丝孔、卡扣按钮安装槽、对中杆安装孔、指北针安装孔、手簿固定管夹开口和止退螺丝孔；三、在手簿连接杆上设置环形锁定槽和第一斜面；四、在卡扣按钮上设置卡扣按钮固定通孔、卡扣按钮通孔，卡扣按钮通孔外侧设置有第二斜面；五、将手簿固定架主体通过对中杆安装孔安装在对中杆上。本发明制作的手簿支撑固定架设置的手簿倾斜角度调节孔密度更大，能够较小幅度地调节倾斜角度，方便使用，通过管夹的形式，使手簿固定架更加稳固的安装在对中杆上。

手簿支撑固定架的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及测绘工程中一种常用的器件的制作方法，特别是一种使用方便的手簿支撑固定架的制作方法。
背景技术
随着全球定位系统（GPS）技术的不断发展，GPS接收机在测绘领域的使用越来越广泛，手簿是利用GPS接收机进行测量工作的必备工具。手簿通常是通过手簿支撑固定架固定在对中杆上。目前，市场上使用的手簿支撑固定架一律采用是在安装与拆卸手簿时均需要按下制动按钮才能进行相应操作，且用于改变手簿倾斜角度的选择位置表面上是可以按照间隔30°在圆周内可以进行自由设置，而在实际使用过程中，受其卡孔位布置不合理的影响通常只有一个卡位能够使用，手簿调节角度极其有限，不能较好满足测量工作者的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种方便使用的手簿支撑固定架的制作方法。
具体步骤为：
一、制作手簿支撑固定架主体、手簿连接杆、卡扣按钮、弹簧、固定螺丝、指北针、夹紧螺丝和止退螺丝。
二、在手簿支撑固定架主体上设置连接孔、倾斜角度调节孔、固定螺丝孔、卡扣按钮安装槽、对中杆安装孔、指北针安装孔、手簿固定管夹开口和止退螺丝安装孔。
三、在手簿连接杆上设置环形锁定槽和第一斜面。
四、在卡扣按钮上设置卡扣按钮固定通孔、卡扣按钮通孔和第二斜面。
五、将手簿固定架主体通过对中杆安装孔安装在对中杆上，在合适高度位置通过手簿固定架管夹开口、夹紧螺丝进行固定后，把止退螺丝装入止退螺丝安装孔，防止夹紧螺丝由于在对中杆使用过程中的各种晃动引起后退而引发手簿支撑固定架主体的松动；指北针安装在指北针安装孔上，用于确定北方向；把弹簧装入卡扣按钮安装槽后，再把卡扣按钮装入并向下按压到能够把固定螺丝装入固定螺丝通孔中，并通过卡扣按钮固定通孔进而固定卡扣按钮；需要连接手簿时再把手簿连接杆通过连接孔插入手簿固定夹主体内，并通过卡扣按钮通孔、卡扣按钮及环形锁定槽对手簿连接杆进行锁定；需要调节手簿倾斜角度时通过调节手簿与倾斜角度调节孔的不同孔位配合即可。
本发明的有益效果是，安装手簿连接杆时，当手簿连接杆插入连接孔内时，通过手簿连接杆上的第一斜面和卡扣按钮上的第二斜面共同作用，产生向下的作用力把卡扣按钮压下，而不需要另外的动作按下卡扣按钮即可完成连接安装，本发明设置的手簿倾斜角度调节孔密度更大，能够较小幅度地调节手簿的倾斜角度，方便使用人员，本发明通过管夹的形式，能够使手簿固定架更加稳固的安装在对中杆上。

具体实施方式
实施例：
一、如图1所示，制作手簿支撑固定架主体1、手簿连接杆2、卡扣按钮3、弹簧4、固定螺丝5、指北针6、夹紧螺丝7和止退螺丝8。
二、在手簿支撑固定架主体1上设置连接孔101、倾斜角度调节孔102、固定螺丝孔103、卡扣按钮安装槽104、对中杆安装孔105、指北针安装孔106、手簿固定管夹开口107和止退螺丝安装孔108。
三、在在手簿连接杆2上设置环形锁定槽201和第一斜面202。
四、在卡扣按钮3上设置卡扣按钮固定通孔301、卡扣按钮通孔302和第二斜面303。
五、将手簿固定架主体1通过对中杆安装孔105安装在对中杆上，在合适高度位置通过手簿固定架管夹开口107、夹紧螺丝7进行固定后，把止退螺丝8装入止退螺丝安装孔108，防止夹紧螺丝7由于在对中杆使用过程中的各种晃动引起后退而引发手簿支撑固定架主体1的松动；指北针6安装在指北针安装孔106上，用于确定北方向；把弹簧4装入卡扣按钮安装槽104后，再把卡扣按钮3装入并向下按压到能够把固定螺丝5装入固定螺丝通孔103中，并通过卡扣按钮固定通孔301进而固定卡扣按钮3；需要连接手簿时再把手簿连接杆2通过连接孔101插入手簿固定夹主体1内，并通过卡扣按钮通孔302、卡扣按钮3及环形锁定槽201对手簿连接杆2进行锁定；需要调节手簿倾斜角度时通过调节手簿与倾斜角度调节孔102的不同孔位配合即可。

1.一种手簿支撑固定架的制作方法，其特征在于具体步骤为：
一、制作手簿支撑固定架主体（1）、手簿连接杆（2）、卡扣按钮（3）、弹簧（4）、固定螺丝（5）、指北针（6）、夹紧螺丝（7）和止退螺丝（8）；
二、在手簿支撑固定架主体（1）上设置连接孔（101）、倾斜角度调节孔（102）、固定螺丝孔（103）、卡扣按钮安装槽（104）、对中杆安装孔（105）、指北针安装孔（106）、手簿固定管夹开口（107）和止退螺丝安装孔（108）；
三、在手簿连接杆（2）上设置环形锁定槽（201）和第一斜面（202）；
四、在卡扣按钮（3）上设置卡扣按钮固定通孔（301）、卡扣按钮通孔（302），卡扣按钮通孔外侧设置有第二斜面（303）；
五、将手簿支撑固定架主体（1）通过对中杆安装孔（105）安装在对中杆上，通过手簿固定管夹开口(107)、夹紧螺丝(7)进行固定，止退螺丝(8)装入止退螺丝安装孔（108），指北针(6)安装在指北针安装孔(106)上；弹簧(4)装入卡扣按钮安装槽(104)，卡扣按钮(3)装入并向下按压到能够把固定螺丝(5)装入固定螺丝孔（103）并通过卡扣按钮固定通孔(301)进而固定卡扣按钮（3）；手簿连接杆（2）通过连接孔（101）插入手簿支撑固定架主体（1）内，并通过卡扣按钮通孔（302）、卡扣按钮（3）及环形锁定槽(201)对手簿连接杆(2)进行锁定。
