本发明是关于一种金属软管,金属软管包括一本体、二法兰、二固定环以及一网套。法兰分别设置于本体的相对两端。固定环夹射于本体以及法兰之间。网套套接于本体的外表面。网套的材料组成包含0.15%~0.20%重量百分比的碳、0.61%~0.72%重量百分比的锰、0.01%~0.03%重量百分比的磷、0.03~0.05%重量百分比的硫、0.50%~0.65%重量百分比的硅、12.85%~13.11%重量百分比的铬、2.36%~2.63%重量百分比的铜、2.41%~2.63%重量百分比的钼、0.21%~0.43%重量百分比的镍以及铁。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种金属软管,特别是一种具有较佳抗锈性的金属软管。
背景技术
金属软管是现代工业中的重要部件。金属软管常应用于用作电线、电缆、自动化仪表信号…等方面。然而,若金属软管生锈,则容易造成意外的发生。为了避免这样的情形,使用者就需要频繁更换金属软管。
发明内容
如上所述,本发明即是为了解决先前技术的问题,并提供一种具有较佳耐磨性的金属软管。
根据本发明一实施例所揭露的金属软管,金属软管包括一本体、二法兰、二固定环以及一网套。法兰分别设置于本体的相对两端。固定环夹射于本体以及法兰之间。网套套接于本体的外表面。网套的材料组成包含0.15%~0.20%重量百分比的碳、0.61%~0.72%重量百分比的锰、0.01%~0.03%重量百分比的磷、0.03~0.05%重量百分比的硫、0.50%~0.65%重量百分比的硅、12.85%~13.11%重量百分比的铬、2.36%~2.63%重量百分比的铜、2.41%~2.63%重量百分比的钼、0.21%~0.43%重量百分比的镍以及铁。
根据上述本发明所揭露的金属软管,由于网套具有上述特殊的材料组成,因而具有较佳的抗锈性,进而改善了先前技术所面临的问题。

以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,藉此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
首先,请参阅图1,图1是本发明一实施例所揭露的金属软管的结构示意图。如图所示,本发明的金属软管包括一本体1、二法兰2、二固定环3以及一网套4。法兰2分别设置于本体1的相对两端。固定环3夹射于本体1以及法兰2之间,藉以强化金属软管的结构强度。网套4套接于本体1的外表面。
网套的材料组成包含0.15%~0.20%重量百分比的碳、0.61%~0.72%重量百分比的锰、0.01%~0.03%重量百分比的磷、0.03~0.05%重量百分比的硫、0.50%~0.65%重量百分比的硅、12.85%~13.11%重量百分比的铬、2.36%~2.63%重量百分比的铜、2.41%~2.63%重量百分比的钼、0.21%~0.43%重量百分比的镍以及铁。
以下透过数个实施例来说明本发明金属软管具有较佳的抗锈效果。下表分别列是本发明实施例的金属层的组成以及金属软管的腐蚀试验结果。详细来说,是在试片表面画出刮痕,再以试片表面产生锈斑的时间进行判断。其中,产生锈斑时间介于1000~1800小时代表佳,而产生锈斑时间大于1800小时代表优。
如上表所示,本发明的金属软管在产生刮痕后大于1000小时后才会形成锈斑,因而本发明的金属软管均具有良好的抗锈性。因此,本发明解决了现有金属软管所面临的技术问题。

1.一种金属软管,其特征在于,所述金属软管包括:
一本体;
二法兰,分别设置于所述本体的相对两端;
二固定环,夹射于所述本体以及所述法兰之间;以及
一网套,套接于所述本体的外表面,所述网套的材料组成包含:
0.15%~0.20%重量百分比的碳;
0.61%~0.72%重量百分比的锰;
0.01%~0.03%重量百分比的磷;
0.03~0.05%重量百分比的硫;
0.50%~0.65%重量百分比的硅
12.85%~13.11%重量百分比的铬;
2.36%~2.63%重量百分比的铜;
2.41%~2.63%重量百分比的钼;
0.21%~0.43%重量百分比的镍;以及
剩余部分是铁。
