技术领域:
本发明涉及一种二冲程发动机的簧片阀结构。
技术背景:
现有普通的二冲程发动机的簧片阀,由进气管31、弹片阀32和弹片组成,进气管与弹片阀通过胶水33、橡胶垫片34实现密封连接,如图3所示,由于橡胶垫片会变形,胶水会脱胶,从而出现漏气现象,导致发动机不好启动;另外,零件多,装配复杂,增加劳动量。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题针对上述不足,提供一种二冲程发动机的簧片阀结构,采用一体成型的阀体结构,有效避免了漏气现象,使用效果好;零部件少,装配方便、简单。
为此,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种二冲程发动机的簧片阀结构,包括有阀体,所述阀体上设有进气通道,所述阀体上设有与进气通道配合的弹片,弹片外侧设有限位板。
所述阀体由进气管和弹片阀一体成型。
本发明具有下述有益效果:所述阀体由进气管和弹片阀一体成型,有效避免了漏气现象,使用效果好;零部件少,装配方便、简单。
