本发明属于干燥机排料阀技术领域,涉及一种新型结构的干燥机排料阀,特别涉及一种真空靶式干燥机排料阀;主体结构包括阀塞、阀体、阀杆、罐体连接阀、翻板阀、气缸连接杆、阀塞紧固阀、吹气孔、锁紧气缸、密封圈、干燥机罐体和吹气泵;其阀塞和阀体均采用双密封圈设计,保证了干燥机的密封性;通过设置在阀体上的吹气孔和外部吹气泵配合,在每次关闭阀塞时均吹扫阀塞和密封圈上的物料残渣,有效避免物料交叉污染,增加了密封圈的使用寿命同时也提高了密封性能;其整体结构简单牢靠,密封效果好,设计原理可靠易懂,制备成本低,应用环境友好。

本发明属于干燥机排料阀技术领域,涉及一种新型结构的干燥机排料阀,特别涉及一种真空靶式干燥机排料阀,通过吹气孔将压缩气体吹扫至阀塞表面及密封圈表面,将粘附的物料吹扫干净实现保持干燥机清洁和密封的效果。
背景技术:
干燥机是一种利用热能降低物料水分的机械设备,用于对物体进行干燥操作,干燥机通过加热使物料中的湿分(一般指水分或其他可挥发性液体成分)汽化逸出,以获得规定湿含量的固体物料,干燥的目的是为了物料使用或进一步加工的需要,对于涉及需要密封和清洁干燥的物料,特别是涉及到真空环境中进行干燥的物料来说,更好的密封环境和更耐用的密封结构是必不可少的。在现有技术中,目前干燥机所用的排料阀密封形式普遍采用硬密封或密封圈密封,硬密封对部件的加工精度及运动要求比较高,稍有偏转可能导致密封失效,密封圈密封形式结构简单,密封效果好,但是排料过程中物料容易粘附在密封面及密封圈上,从而影响密封效果以及导致密封圈的使用寿命缩短。因此,设计一种新型的真空耙式干燥机排料阀具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,寻求设计一种真空靶式干燥机排料阀,通过吹气孔将压缩气体吹扫至阀塞表面及密封圈表面,将粘附的物料吹扫干净实现保持干燥机清洁和密封的效果。
本发明涉及的真空靶式干燥机排料阀,主体结构包括阀塞、阀体、阀杆、罐体连接阀、翻板阀、气缸连接杆、阀塞紧固阀、吹气孔、锁紧气缸、密封圈、干燥机罐体和吹气泵;环状一体结构的阀塞固定设置在圆柱型结构的干燥机罐体内部上端开口处,环状一体结构的阀体外端通过罐体连接阀与干燥机罐体螺旋固定连接,内端开有多个吹气孔;阀杆通过阀塞紧固阀与阀塞螺旋固定连接,翻板阀上固定设置干燥机罐体,干燥机罐体的内部与阀杆的右端固定连接,并通过气缸连接杆与设置在干燥机罐体外部的锁紧气缸转动式连接,以便打开和关闭阀塞;吹气泵固定设置在吹气口的外端;四个环状一体结构的密封圈两两一组分别设置在阀体的内端和阀塞的下部,以便紧固密封阀体和阀塞。
本发明使用时,锁紧气缸伸长带动气缸连接杆转动从而带动翻板阀转动,使得阀杆向下转动,固定在阀杆上的阀塞跟随向下运动,以打开干燥机罐体;关闭罐体时,锁紧气缸收缩带动气缸连接杆和翻板阀反方向转动,使得阀杆和阀塞向上运动盖合干燥机罐体,在接近密封位置时,压缩气体通过吹气泵进入吹气孔,吹扫阀塞表面及密封圈表面,将其粘附的物料吹扫干净,然后阀塞关闭。
本发明与现有技术相比,阀塞和阀体均采用双密封圈设计,保证了干燥机的密封性;通过设置在阀体上的吹气孔和外部吹气泵配合,在每次关闭阀塞时均吹扫阀塞和密封圈上的物料残渣,有效避免物料交叉污染,增加了密封圈的使用寿命同时也提高了密封性能;其整体结构简单牢靠,密封效果好,设计原理可靠易懂,制备成本低,应用环境友好。

本实施例涉及的真空耙式干燥机排料阀,其主体结构包括阀塞1、阀体2、阀杆3、罐体连接阀4、翻板阀5、气缸连接杆6、阀塞紧固阀7、吹气孔8、锁紧气缸9、密封圈10、干燥机罐体11和吹气泵12;环状一体结构的阀塞1固定设置在圆柱型结构的干燥机罐体11内部上端开口处,环状一体结构的阀体2外端通过罐体连接阀4与干燥机罐体11螺旋固定连接,内端开有多个吹气孔8;阀杆3通过阀塞紧固阀7与阀塞1螺旋固定连接,翻板阀5上固定设置干燥机罐体11,干燥机罐体11的内部与阀杆2的右端固定连接,并通过气缸连接杆6与设置在干燥机罐体11外部的锁紧气缸9转动式连接,以便打开和关闭阀塞1;吹气泵12固定设置在吹气口8的外端;四个环状一体结构的密封圈10两两一组分别设置在阀体2的内端和阀塞的下部,以便紧固密封阀体2和阀塞1。

1.一种真空靶式干燥机排料阀,其特征在于主体结构包括阀塞、阀体、阀杆、罐体连接阀、翻板阀、气缸连接杆、阀塞紧固阀、吹气孔、锁紧气缸、密封圈、干燥机罐体和吹气泵;环状一体结构的阀塞固定设置在圆柱型结构的干燥机罐体内部上端开口处,环状一体结构的阀体外端通过罐体连接阀与干燥机罐体螺旋固定连接,内端开有多个吹气孔;阀杆通过阀塞紧固阀与阀塞螺旋固定连接,翻板阀上固定设置干燥机罐体,干燥机罐体的内部与阀体的右端固定连接,并通过气缸连接杆与设置在干燥机罐体外部的锁紧气缸转动式连接,以便打开和关闭阀塞;吹气泵固定设置在吹气口的外端;四个环状一体结构的密封圈两两一组分别设置在阀体的内端和阀塞的下部,阀塞和阀体均采用双密封圈,以便紧固密封阀体和阀塞;锁紧气缸伸长带动气缸连接杆转动从而带动翻板阀转动,使得阀杆向下转动,固定在阀杆上的阀塞跟随向下运动,以打开干燥机罐体;关闭罐体时,锁紧气缸收缩带动气缸连接杆和翻板阀反方向转动,使得阀杆和阀塞向上运动盖合干燥机罐体,在接近密封位置时,压缩气体通过吹气泵进入吹气孔,吹扫阀塞表面及密封圈表面,将其粘附的物料吹扫干净,然后阀塞关闭。
