Abstract

本发明属于一种自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片,包括叶片座(1),在叶片座(1)上装有发电机传动轴(2),其特征在于发电机传动轴(2)右端装有一个压力弹簧(7),在压力弹簧(7)右端装有一个迎水压力盘(5),迎水压力盘(5)滑动地装在发动机传动轴(2)上;迎水压力盘(5)与叶片(4)之间用传动杆(8)铰连接;叶片(4)上固定有转轴(3),转轴(3)活动地装在叶片座(1)中。该发明叶片能够随海水流流速的大小而改变叶片与水流方向的角度,从而达到自动调节冲击力,使叶片保持在一定范围内旋转,从而达到发动机稳定运行发电。

技术领域
本发明属于旋转叶片,特别涉及一种海洋潮流发电设备使用的自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片。
背景技术
海洋潮流发电设备一个重要部件就是动力来源的叶片,由于海洋潮水的流速会出现时快时慢的变化,如果流速不可控,当流速过大时,会对发电设备造成冲击,甚至会损坏叶片、锚桩等零部件。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述技术问题,提供一种在叶片上装有迎水压力盘,通过调整叶片与水流方向的角度,达到叶片在一定范围内进行旋转的自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片,包括叶片座,在叶片座上装有发电机传动轴,其特征在于发电机传动轴右端装有一个压力弹簧,在压力弹簧右端装有一个迎水压力盘,迎水压力盘滑动地装在发动机传动轴上;迎水压力盘与叶片之间用传动杆铰连接;叶片上固定有转轴,转轴活动地装在叶片座中。
所述的迎水压力盘右面设有迎水凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明叶片能够随海水流流速的大小而改变叶片与水流方向的角度,从而达到自动调节冲击力,使叶片保持在一定范围内旋转,从而达到发动机稳定运行发电。

具体实施方式
实施例,参照附图,一种自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片,包括叶片座1,在叶片座1上装有发电机传动轴2,其特征在于发电机传动轴2右端装有一个压力弹簧7,在压力弹簧7右端装有一个迎水压力盘5,迎水压力盘5滑动地装在发动机传动轴2上;迎水压力盘5与叶片4之间用传动杆8铰连接;叶片4上固定有转轴3,转轴3活动地装在叶片座1中。
所述的迎水压力盘5右面设有迎水凹槽6。
本发明为三个叶片4,叶片座1制成三角形。
自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片的工作原理是:迎水压力盘5的迎水凹槽6迎向海水流的冲击方向,当海水流速过大时,迎水压力盘5压力增大,从而压缩压力弹簧7,并通过传动杆8促使叶片4旋转一个角度,达到减少阻力。当海水流速慢时由于压力弹簧7的弹力,使叶片4恢复到原位,保证叶片4的转数在一个恒定范围内转动,发电机传动轴2也就会稳定转动发电。

Claims (2)

1.一种自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片,包括叶片座(1),在叶片座(1)上装有发电机传动轴(2),其特征在于发电机传动轴(2)右端装有一个压力弹簧(7),在压力弹簧(7)右端装有一个迎水压力盘(5),迎水压力盘(5)滑动地装在发动机传动轴(2)上;迎水压力盘(5)与叶片(4)之间用传动杆(8)铰连接;叶片(4)上固定有转轴(3),转轴(3)活动地装在叶片座(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动调整角度的发电设备旋转叶片,其特征在于迎水压力盘(5)右面设有迎水凹槽(6)。
