一种压裂管柱安全脱开装置，内悬挂管的上部铣开成条体，所述的条体悬挂在外悬挂管的内部的悬挂台肩上，锁套上安装上密封圈、中密封圈、下密封圈，弹簧套装在锁套上，锁套装入外悬挂管内，锁套的外壁挡住内悬挂管的上部铣开的条体，上接头的下部与外悬挂管的上部连接，锁套的上部有割缝，所述割缝的一部分装入上接头内，外悬挂管与锁套由锁钉连接在一起，上密封圈处于弹簧之上，中密封圈处于弹簧与锁钉之间，锁套的下部插入内悬挂管内，锁套与内悬挂管之间的间隙由下密封圈密封，下密封圈处于内悬挂管的上部铣开条体之下，内悬挂管上开有联通槽，滑套上安装滑套上密封圈、滑套下密封圈，滑套覆盖内悬挂管上的联通槽，滑套由滑套剪钉固定。

一种压裂管柱安全脱开装置
技术领域
本发明是油田压裂施工管柱上用的一种工具，用于压裂管柱被卡后使其管柱与压裂工具安全脱离，具体是一种压裂管柱安全脱开装置。
背景技术
油田压裂施工时，要从压裂工具内打入压裂支撑剂，支撑剂一般为特制的颗粒砂，砂粒容易进入工具的间隙里或埋住压裂工具，使其施工结束后不能与压裂管柱脱开，压裂管柱无法从井内提出，使其无法进行下一步修井投产。产生这种事故后，目前一般是拉断管柱，再进行分段打捞处理，这种办法作业步骤多，施工复杂，修井时间长，修井费用高，油水井不能及时投产，产生重大的经济损失。为了避免上述事故发生，油田采取了在压裂工具上下安全接头的技术措施，但受材料和操作的影响，安全接头的可靠性差，容易在下井途中被剪断而使下井失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种压裂管柱安全脱开装置，使其压裂管柱被卡时，可以压裂管柱与压裂工具可以安全脱开，克服上述存在的问题，减少经济损失。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：包括上接头、锁套、上密封圈、弹簧、外悬挂管、中密封圈、锁钉、下密封圈、滑套上密封圈、滑套、滑套下密封圈、内悬挂管、滑套剪钉，内悬挂管的上部铣开成条体，所述的条体悬挂在外悬挂管的内部的悬挂台肩上，所述的悬挂台肩为锥形面，锁套上安装上密封圈、中密封圈、下密封圈，弹簧套装在锁套上，锁套装入外悬挂管内，锁套的外壁挡住内悬挂管的上部铣开的条体，使其不能收缩，使其不能收缩，上接头的下部与外悬挂管的上部连接，锁套的上部有割缝，所述割缝的一部分装入上接头内，弹簧的上端面支撑在锁套上，弹簧的下端面支撑在外悬挂管的内部台肩上，外悬挂管与锁套由锁钉连接在一起，上密封圈、中密封圈密封外悬挂管与锁套之间的间隙，上密封圈处于弹簧之上，中密封圈处于弹簧与锁钉之间，锁套的下部插入内悬挂管内，锁套与内悬挂管之间的间隙由下密封圈密封，下密封圈处于内悬挂管的上部铣开条体之下，内悬挂管上开有联通槽，滑套上安装滑套上密封圈、滑套下密封圈，滑套安装在内悬挂管内，滑套覆盖内悬挂管上的联通槽，滑套上密封圈处于所述的联通槽之上，滑套下密封圈处于所述的联通槽之下，滑套由滑套剪钉固定。
本发明的有益效果是：滑套封闭了管柱，也可以投球打压移开滑套使压裂管柱被开通进行分层压裂施工，压裂施工结束后如果下部的工具被卡，可以通过液压打断锁钉，弹簧推动锁套上行失去对内悬挂管上部铣开的条体的约束，使所述条体收缩，外悬挂管与内悬挂管在上提力作用下脱开，实现管柱解除被卡状态，因此，本发明能达到发明的目，避免目前存在的问题，管柱脱开可靠，减少作业工作量，施工简单，修井费用低，具有显著的经济效益。

下面结合附图1对本发明实施例进行说明。
由图可知，本发明的实施例包括上接头1、锁套2、上密封圈3、弹簧4、外悬挂管5、中密封圈6、锁钉7、下密封圈8、滑套上密封圈9、滑套11、滑套下密封圈12、内悬挂管13、滑套剪钉14，内悬挂管13的上部铣开成条体，所述的条体悬挂在外悬挂管5的内部的悬挂台肩上，所述的悬挂台肩为锥形面，能产生径向分力，锁套2上安装上密封圈3、中密封圈6、下密封圈8，弹簧4套装在锁套2上，锁套2装入外悬挂管5内，锁套2的外壁挡住内悬挂管13的上部铣开的条体，使其受到约束不能收缩，上接头1的下部与外悬挂管5的上部连接，锁套2的上部有割缝，用于传递压力，所述割缝的一部分装入上接头1内，避免杂物进入到环空内影响部件动作，弹簧4的上端面支撑在锁套2上，弹簧4的下端面支撑在外悬挂管5的内部台肩上，使其随锁套2动作时能产生弹力，外悬挂管5与锁套2由锁钉7连接在一起，上密封圈3、中密封圈6密封外悬挂管5与锁套2之间的间隙，上密封圈3处于弹簧4之上，中密封圈6处于弹簧4与锁钉7之间，使锁套2在压力作用下能产生向下的轴向力，锁套2的下部插入内悬挂管13内，锁套2与内悬挂管13之间的间隙由下密封圈8密封，下密封圈8处于内悬挂管13的上部铣开条体之下，内悬挂管13上开有联通槽10，用于压裂时注入压裂剂，滑套11上安装滑套上密封圈9、滑套下密封圈12，滑套11安装在内悬挂管13内，滑套11覆盖内悬挂管13上的联通槽10，滑套上密封圈9处于所述的联通槽10之上，滑套下密封圈12处于所述的联通槽10之下，可以使内部与外部处于密闭隔压状态，滑套11由滑套剪钉14固定。
滑套11封闭了管柱，也可以投球打压使滑套剪钉14被打断后移开滑套11，使压裂管柱被开通进行分层压裂施工，压裂施工结束后如果下部的工具被卡，可以通过液压打断锁钉7，弹簧4推动锁套2上行失去对内悬挂管13上部铣开的条体的约束，使所述条体收缩，外悬挂管5与内悬挂管13在上提力作用下脱开，实现管柱解除被卡状态。

1.一种压裂管柱安全脱开装置，包括上接头（1）、锁套（2）、上密封圈（3）、弹簧（4）、外悬挂管（5）、中密封圈（6）、锁钉（7）、下密封圈（8）、滑套上密封圈（9）、滑套（11）、滑套下密封圈（12）、内悬挂管（13）、滑套剪钉（14），其特征是：内悬挂管（13）的上部铣开成条体，所述的条体悬挂在外悬挂管（5）的内部的悬挂台肩上，所述的悬挂台肩为锥形面，锁套（2）上安装上密封圈（3）、中密封圈（6）、下密封圈（8），弹簧（4）套装在锁套（2）上，锁套（2）装入外悬挂管（5）内，锁套（2）的外壁挡住内悬挂管（13）的上部铣开的条体，使其不能收缩，上接头（1）的下部与外悬挂管（5）的上部连接，锁套（2）的上部有割缝，所述割缝的一部分装入上接头（1）内，弹簧（4）的上端面支撑在锁套（2）上，弹簧（4）的下端面支撑在外悬挂管（5）的内部台肩上，外悬挂管（5）与锁套（2）由锁钉（7）连接在一起，上密封圈（3）、中密封圈（6）密封外悬挂管（5）与锁套（2）之间的间隙，上密封圈（3）处于弹簧（4）之上，中密封圈（6）处于弹簧（4）与锁钉（7）之间，锁套（2）的下部插入内悬挂管（13）内，锁套（2）与内悬挂管（13）之间的间隙由下密封圈（8）密封，下密封圈（8）处于内悬挂管（13）的上部铣开条体之下，内悬挂管（13）上开有联通槽（10），滑套（11）上安装滑套上密封圈（9）、滑套下密封圈（12），滑套（11）安装在内悬挂管（13）内，滑套（11）覆盖内悬挂管（13）上的联通槽（10），滑套上密封圈（9）处于所述的联通槽（10）之上，滑套下密封圈（12）处于所述的联通槽（10）之下，滑套（11）由滑套剪钉（14）固定。
