一种铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,它主要由门窗框和门窗扇构成,所述的门窗框由框高分子保温型材条制成的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条相互连接而成;所述的门窗扇由扇框、压线条和中空玻璃构成,其中所述的扇框也由扇高分子保温型材条制成的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条相互连接而成;所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条上内侧端边上由室内侧至室外侧分别设有至少两个内向台阶面,所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的外侧端边上相对于门窗框上的台阶面也分别设有至少两个外向台阶面,并形成框、扇的内开门结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,属于门窗技术领域。
背景技术
现阶段,我国在大力提倡节能减排政策,建筑节能作为整体节能领域重要的组成,越来越发挥着重要的作用。门窗节能,约占建筑节能40%~50%的比例,提高门窗的节能就是提高了建筑节能;其中塑钢门窗因其较好的保温性能,从而被广泛的应用在节能建筑中;但传统的塑钢门窗,耐候性较差、腔体少且整体颜色选择性少,室内装饰效果差,因此市场占有量有限。
现在市场上采用较多的铝合金门窗、铝木门窗,整体成本较高,节能性能较差,因此迫切需要开发一款兼具节能性和成本控制的节能门窗系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠,具有高保温性、密封性的铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,它主要由门窗框和门窗扇构成,所述的门窗框由框高分子保温型材条制成的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条相互连接而成;所述的门窗扇由扇框、压线条和中空玻璃构成,其中所述的扇框也由扇高分子保温型材条制成的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条相互连接而成;所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条上内侧端边上由室内侧至室外侧分别设有至少两个内向台阶面,所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的外侧端边上相对于门窗框上的台阶面也分别设有至少两个外向台阶面,并形成框、扇的内开门结构;
所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条的室内侧分别覆制有至少一层薄木层,而在室外侧分别覆制有铝材层或铝型材层;
所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的室内侧也分别覆制有至少一层薄木层,而在室外侧也分别覆制有铝材层或铝型材层;
所述的中空玻璃通过两侧边的玻璃胶条安置在扇框内端面一侧缺口槽与压线条形成的安装槽内,中空玻璃的端边分别通过玻璃垫与扇框内端面相抵接。
作为优选:所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条上内侧端边上分别设有三个内向台阶面,所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的外侧端边上分别设有对应的三个外向台阶面,所述三个内向台阶面与三个外向台阶面的相抵接面上分别设置有扇中间胶条,并构成多道框扇密封结构;所述的框高分子保温型材条和扇高分子保温型材条均由内设多道腔体结构的塑料型材条、和在塑料型材条中间穿接有钢型支架构成。
作为优选:所述的扇中间胶条被固定嵌设在扇框三个外向台阶面上,并分别抵接在相应的三个框内向台阶面上;所述的框高分子保温型材条中间或外侧设置有储水腔体结构。
本发明采用铝、高分子保温型材和薄木的材料制成,具有优越的保温性能,同时,它的框扇之间采用多道密封处理,框上带有储水腔体,能更好的提高密封性和水密性,具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,保温性、密封性好等特点。
注:所述高分子保温隔热型材包括PVC型材、UPVC型材、合金树脂、玻璃纤维材质型材、聚酯合金型材、尼龙材质型材、玻璃钢型材等非金属、非木材材质的化学成分型材。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,它主要由门窗框1和门窗扇2构成,所述的门窗框1由框高分子保温型材条制成的左框条11、右框条12、上框条13和下框条14相互连接而成;所述的门窗扇由扇框、压线条3和中空玻璃4构成,其中所述的扇框也由扇高分子保温型材条制成的左扇条21、右扇条22、上扇条23和下扇条24相互连接而成;所述的左框条11、右框条12、上框条13和下框条14上内侧端边上由室内侧至室外侧分别设有至少两个内向台阶面15,所述的左扇条21、右扇条22、上扇条23和下扇条24的外侧端边上相对于门窗框1上的内向台阶面15也分别设有至少两个外向台阶面25,并形成框、扇的内开门结构;
所述的左框条11、右框条12、上框条13和下框条14的室内侧分别覆制有至少一层框薄木层16,而在室外侧分别覆制有框铝材层17或铝型材层;
所述的左扇条21、右扇条22、上扇条23和下扇条24的室内侧也分别覆制有至少一层扇薄木层26,而在室外侧也分别覆制有扇铝材层27或铝型材层;
所述的中空玻璃4通过两侧边的玻璃胶条41安置在扇框内端面一侧缺口槽与压线条3形成的安装槽内,中空玻璃4的端边分别通过玻璃垫42与扇框内端面相抵接。
图中所示,本发明所述的左框条11、右框条12、上框条13和下框条14上内侧端边上分别设有三个内向台阶面15,所述的左扇条21、右扇条22、上扇条23和下扇条24的外侧端边上分别设有对应的三个外向台阶面25,所述三个内向台阶面15与三个外向台阶面25的相抵接面上分别设置有扇中间胶条5,并构成多道框扇密封结构;所述的框高分子保温型材条和扇高分子保温型材条均由内设多道腔体结构6的塑料型材条、和在塑料型材条中间穿接有钢型支架7构成。
本发明所述的扇中间胶条5被固定嵌设在扇框三个外向台阶面25上,并分别抵接在相应的三个框内向台阶面15上;所述的框高分子保温型材条中间或外侧设置有储水腔体结构8。
本发明解决高分子保温型材室外侧耐候性差,易氧化发黄,腔体结构少、室内装饰效果差等问题;所述的框扇在室外侧、室内侧均呈现台阶式结构;所述的外框和扇均由铝、高分子保温型材和薄木构成,所述的压线安装于室内侧位置,表面复合有薄木。
为进一步提高该系统门窗的节能效果,该系统的框扇主型材为具有多道腔体结构的型材,并且框扇之间具有多道密封结构设计。其中的外框上设计有储水腔体结构。玻璃与框或扇之间的密封,采用密封胶条实现。
为了保证中间高分子保温型材部分的承重,在该系统的框与扇的腔体中间设置有承重受力材料。
Claims (3)
1.一种铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,它主要由门窗框和门窗扇构成,所述的门窗框由框高分子保温型材条制成的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条相互连接而成;所述的门窗扇由扇框、压线条和中空玻璃构成,其中所述的扇框也由扇高分子保温型材条制成的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条相互连接而成;其特征在于所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条上内侧端边上由室内侧至室外侧分别设有至少两个内向台阶面,所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的外侧端边上相对于门窗框上的台阶面也分别设有至少两个外向台阶面,并形成框、扇的内开门结构;
所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条的室内侧分别覆制有至少一层薄木层,而在室外侧分别覆制有铝材层或铝型材层;
所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的室内侧也分别覆制有至少一层薄木层,而在室外侧也分别覆制有铝材层或铝型材层;
所述的中空玻璃通过两侧边的玻璃胶条安置在扇框内端面一侧缺口槽与压线条形成的安装槽内,中空玻璃的端边分别通过玻璃垫与扇框内端面相抵接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,其特征在于所述的左框条、右框条、上框条和下框条上内侧端边上分别设有三个内向台阶面,所述的左扇条、右扇条、上扇条和下扇条的外侧端边上分别设有对应的三个外向台阶面,所述三个内向台阶面与三个外向台阶面的相抵接面上分别设置有扇中间胶条,并构成多道框扇密封结构;所述的框高分子保温型材条和扇高分子保温型材条均由内设多道腔体结构的塑料型材条、和在塑料型材条中间穿接有钢型支架构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝高分子薄木内开节能门窗系统,其特征在于扇中间胶条被固定嵌设在扇框三个外向台阶面上,并分别抵接在相应的三个框内向台阶面上;所述的框高分子保温型材条中间或外侧设置有储水腔体结构。
