本发明公开了一种保温活动板房,涉及活动板房技术领域,包括钢材料搭建的墙板和房顶,所述房顶外层为波纹状石棉瓦层,中间层为泡沫层,底层为钢板层;所述墙板由内层和外层组成,所述内层为装饰层,所述外层由纳米二氧化钛10份~15份,硅酸铝5份~15份,莫来石纤维50份~80份,有机酸40份~70份制成,由于本活动板房的房顶由波纹状石棉瓦层、泡沫层和钢板层构成,泡沫层具有很好的隔热保温效果;墙板的外层以莫来石纤维为主要材料,添加具有保温功能的硅酸铝和纳米二氧化钛,使墙板具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、重量轻、机械强度高、保温性能良好的性能,从而使整个活动板房的保温效果大大提高,刚性也得到加强。

技术领域
本发明涉及活动板房技术领域,尤其是一种用于屋顶隔热的活动板房。
背景技术
现代城市建设或者野外工程作业的时候,工作人员需要临时安置住宿,而普通砖瓦临时建筑建设周期长效率低,建设成本大;活动板房的出现,因为其结构简单,搬迁随机强而被大众所接受,满足了人们临时、快速、低成本的建筑搭建要求。而现有的活动板房,一般由支撑钢架、支撑柱、墙板和房顶组成,支撑钢架包括四根立柱和四根横杆,横杆的端部分别于两个相邻立柱的上端固接,支撑柱为四根,立柱的下端安装在支撑柱上,相邻的立柱之间安装墙板,四根横杆之间安装房顶;房顶一般为石棉瓦制成,隔热效果不理想,且重量也比较重;墙体一般为夹芯板。目前,应用最广泛的是彩钢板活动房,彩钢板活动房墙体多采用彩色钢板覆面聚乙烯泡沫夹心复合板,聚乙烯泡沫夹心复合板保温性能较好、冬暖夏凉,耐腐蚀、耐摩擦,加工性能好,易于成型,价格较便宜,但是其机械强度和保温性能仍待提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既具有很好隔热、保温效果,又具有超强的机械强度的保温活动板房。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述房顶外层为波纹状石棉瓦层,中间层为泡沫层,底层为钢板层;所述墙板由内层和外层组成,所述内层为装饰层,所述外层由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米二氧化钛10份~15份,硅酸铝5份~15份,莫来石纤维50份~80份,有机酸40份~70份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述装饰层为彩色涂料层。
进一步的:所述莫来石纤维中氧化铝的含量为75%~80%;所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20纳米~40纳米。
进一步的:所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛10份,硅酸铝5份,莫来石纤维65份,有机酸60份。
进一步的:所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛13份,硅酸铝10份,莫来石纤维50份,有机酸40份。
进一步的:所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛15份,硅酸铝15份,莫来石纤维80份,有机酸70份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
由于本活动板房的房顶由波纹状石棉瓦层、泡沫层和钢板层构成,泡沫层具有很好的隔热保温效果;墙板的外层以莫来石纤维为主要材料,添加具有保温功能的硅酸铝和纳米二氧化钛,使墙板具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、重量轻、机械强度高、保温性能良好的性能,从而使整个活动板房的保温效果大大提高,刚性也得到加强。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
如图1、图2和图3所示的实施例1,它包括钢材料搭建的墙板1和房顶2,其中一面墙板设有用于透气的百叶排气底窗3,其中另一面墙设有门4和用于透光的窗5,房顶由外层、中间层和底层构成,外层为波纹状石棉瓦层2-1,中间层为泡沫层2-2,底层为钢板层2-3,泡沫层具有很好的隔热保温效果;墙板1由外层1-1和内层1-2构成,外层由纳米二氧化钛10份、硅酸铝5份、莫来石纤维65份和有机酸60份制备而成,制备方法为:
本实施例莫来石纤维中氧化铝的含量为75%,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为30纳米。
实施例2:
本实施例2的结构与实施例1相同,只有墙板的外层组分与实施例1有区别,该实施例中,外层由纳米二氧化钛13份、硅酸铝10份、莫来石纤维50份和有机酸40份制成,其制备方法与实施例1相同。
本实施例莫来石纤维中氧化铝的含量为77%,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20纳米。
实施例3:
本实施例3的结构与实施例1相同,只有墙板的外层组分与实施例1有区别,该实施例中,外层由纳米二氧化钛15份、硅酸铝15份、莫来石纤维80份和有机酸70份制成,其制备方法与实施例1相同。
本实施例莫来石纤维中氧化铝的含量为80%,纳米二氧化钛的粒径为40纳米。

Claims (6)

1.一种保温活动板房,包括钢材料搭建的墙板和房顶,其特征在于:所述房顶外层为波纹状石棉瓦层,中间层为泡沫层,底层为钢板层;所述墙板由内层和外层组成,所述内层为装饰层,所述外层由下列重量份的原料制成:
纳米二氧化钛10份~15份,硅酸铝5份~15份,莫来石纤维50份~80份,有机酸40份~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述装饰层为彩色涂料层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述莫来石纤维中氧化铝的含量为75%~80%;所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20纳米~40纳米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛10份,硅酸铝5份,莫来石纤维65份,有机酸60份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的活动板房夹芯板,其特征在于所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛13份,硅酸铝10份,莫来石纤维50份,有机酸40份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的活动板房夹芯板,其特征在于所述的原料的重量份数为:纳米二氧化钛15份,硅酸铝15份,莫来石纤维80份,有机酸70份。
