本发明公开了一种镜头纸及其制备方法,它包括按重量份计:10‑20份青檀、5‑10份稻草、0.2‑0.6份芦荟提取液、1.2‑1.6份醋酸纤维、4‑8份淀粉和6‑10份去离子水。本发明的有益效果是采用醋酸纤维和芦荟提取液可以使镜头纸获得更细的纤维和更柔软的纸质,采用淀粉和热蒸汽对生纸进行处理可以提高镜头纸的吸水能力和抗氧化能力,使得镜头纸能够长久保存。

一种镜头纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及摄影辅助设施领域,尤其涉及一种镜头纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
镜头纸作为一种专门为相机配备的产品,其作用类似于擦眼镜的眼镜纸。它的使用方法是把镜头纸折成一卷,然后从中间撕开用毛茸茸的断面这种方法更适合清除比较轻微的污渍。如果想擦干净,还得把镜头纸铺开了,单层擦。干擦是最容易把镜头搞坏的;有人喜欢哈哈气,认为这种湿润程度最合适。但是也有人说唾液中的酸性成分会对镀膜有破坏作用。用手拿镜头纸擦拭镜头前也一定要用肥皂把手整个清洗干净,务必不要留有油渍,特别是人体自然分泌的油脂。
用过镜头纸的人都知道它并不柔软,它的特点只不过是纸纤维较长,韧性较好而且没有较硬纤维杂质,但是直接用来擦镜的话,你的镜子慢慢就会被划出细细的口子。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的镜头纸纸质不柔软,容易划伤镜头,为此提供一种镜头纸及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种镜头纸,它包括按重量份计:10-20份青檀、5-10份稻草、0.2-0.6份芦荟提取液、1.2-1.6份醋酸纤维、4-8份淀粉和6-10份去离子水。
一种镜头纸的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将10-20份青檀和5-10份稻草混合后放入6-10份去离子水中浸泡30-40min,浸泡温度为40-50℃;(2)、对青檀和稻草的混合物送入打浆机进行打浆20-30min形成原浆液,期间加入1.2-1.6份醋酸纤维;(3)、将0.2-0.6份芦荟提取液加热至50-60℃后加入原浆液中搅拌均匀蒸馏浓缩至原体积的1/3得到纸浆;(4)、将纸浆进行捞纸、晾晒和剪切后形成生纸,将4-8份淀粉均匀涂覆在生纸上再用蒸汽熏制1-3h得到镜头纸。
本发明的有益效果是采用醋酸纤维和芦荟提取液可以使镜头纸获得更细的纤维和更柔软的纸质,采用淀粉和热蒸汽对生纸进行处理可以提高镜头纸的吸水能力和抗氧化能力,使得镜头纸能够长久保存。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1: 一种镜头纸,它包括按重量份计:10份青檀、5份稻草、0.2份芦荟提取液、1.2份醋酸纤维、4份淀粉和6份去离子水。
一种镜头纸的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将10份青檀和5份稻草混合后放入6份去离子水中浸泡30min,浸泡温度为40℃;(2)、对青檀和稻草的混合物送入打浆机进行打浆20min形成原浆液,期间加入1.2份醋酸纤维;(3)、将0.2份芦荟提取液加热至50℃后加入原浆液中搅拌均匀蒸馏浓缩至原体积的1/3得到纸浆;(4)、将纸浆进行捞纸、晾晒和剪切后形成生纸,将4份淀粉均匀涂覆在生纸上再用蒸汽熏制1h得到镜头纸。
实施例2: 一种镜头纸,它包括按重量份计:15份青檀、7份稻草、0.4份芦荟提取液、1.4份醋酸纤维、6份淀粉和8份去离子水。
一种镜头纸的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将15份青檀和7份稻草混合后放入8份去离子水中浸泡35min,浸泡温度为45℃;(2)、对青檀和稻草的混合物送入打浆机进行打浆25min形成原浆液,期间加入1.4份醋酸纤维;(3)、将0.4份芦荟提取液加热至55℃后加入原浆液中搅拌均匀蒸馏浓缩至原体积的1/3得到纸浆;(4)、将纸浆进行捞纸、晾晒和剪切后形成生纸,将4-8份淀粉均匀涂覆在生纸上再用蒸汽熏制2h得到镜头纸。
实施例3: 一种镜头纸,它包括按重量份计: 20份青檀、10份稻草、0.6份芦荟提取液、1.6份醋酸纤维、8份淀粉和10份去离子水。
一种镜头纸的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将20份青檀和10份稻草混合后放入10份去离子水中浸泡40min,浸泡温度为50℃;(2)、对青檀和稻草的混合物送入打浆机进行打浆30min形成原浆液,期间加入1.6份醋酸纤维;(3)、将0.6份芦荟提取液加热至60℃后加入原浆液中搅拌均匀蒸馏浓缩至原体积的1/3得到纸浆;(4)、将纸浆进行捞纸、晾晒和剪切后形成生纸,将8份淀粉均匀涂覆在生纸上再用蒸汽熏制3h得到镜头纸。
本发明采用青檀和稻草作为镜头纸的基质,这样可以获得洁白的纸张,韧而能润、光而不滑、洁白稠密、纹理纯净、搓折无损,醋酸纤维和芦荟提取液可以提高镜头纸的柔韧性,选择性高,可塑性好,透水量大,可以吸附镜头上的灰尘杂质。采用热蒸汽熏制淀粉至生纸上,可以提高镜头纸的吸水能力和抗氧化能力,使得镜头纸能够长久保存,方便存储。
本发明制得的镜头纸可以直接用于擦拭镜头,不会损伤镜头表面,还可以蘸水使用,由于镜头纸对水的高吸附性,擦拭完毕后的镜头上不会残留水分。

Claims (1)

1.一种镜头纸的制备方法,其特征是它包括按重量份计:10-20份青檀、5-10份稻草、0.2-0.6份芦荟提取液、1.2-1.6份醋酸纤维、4-8份淀粉和6-10份去离子水,制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)、将10-20份青檀和5-10份稻草混合后放入6-10份去离子水中浸泡30-40min,浸泡温度为40-50℃;(2)、对青檀和稻草的混合物送入打浆机进行打浆20-30min形成原浆液,期间加入1.2-1.6份醋酸纤维;(3)、将0.2-0.6份芦荟提取液加热至50-60℃后加入原浆液中搅拌均匀蒸馏浓缩至原体积的1/3得到纸浆;(4)、将纸浆进行捞纸、晾晒和剪切后形成生纸,将4-8份淀粉均匀涂覆在生纸上再用蒸汽熏制1-3h得到镜头纸。
