本发明提供了一种聚乙烯/聚丙烯抗菌复合纤维,所述的复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以加有抗菌助剂的聚乙烯纤维为皮层,以加有抗菌助剂的聚丙烯纤维为芯层,所述的抗菌助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍氯化氢。本发明的聚乙烯/聚丙烯抗菌复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,由不同性能或结构的聚合物以一种组分包围另一种组分或相互间层层包覆并沿纤维轴向复合而成的,可利用各组分不同的性质而产生不同的形态和效果,另外通过在皮层和芯层添加抗菌助剂,制得功能性抗菌纤维。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯/聚丙烯抗菌复合纤维,属于化学纤维技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和环保意识的增强,消费市场出现了对高感性化、高功能化纺织品的需求。为了解决这些需求,必须对传统的纤维制造进行变革,开发出高功能纤维、高感性纤维、智能纤维以及可降解纤维等,以提高纺织品的科技含量和人们的生活质量。复合纤维的开发则是实现纤维高感性化、高功能化的一个重要手段。它可以通过喷丝板形设计、聚合物的配选设计以及纺丝纤维的截面设计等多种方式,获得各种性能、风格的新型纺织材料。
复合纤维是指由两种或两种以上的高聚物或同种不同性能的聚合物,以一定的方式沿纤维轴向复合而成的纤维。这类纤维可集多种组分的优点于一身,如涤/锦复合纤维,它既具有锦纶耐磨性好、高强、易染、吸湿的优点,又具有涤纶弹性好、模量高、织物挺括等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种聚乙烯/聚丙烯抗菌复合纤维。
本发明的聚乙烯/聚丙烯抗菌复合纤维,所述的复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以加有抗菌助剂的聚乙烯纤维为皮层,以加有抗菌助剂的聚丙烯纤维为芯层,所述的抗菌助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍氯化氢。

所述的复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(5-9):10。
