Abstract

本发明公开一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,原料包括:烷基糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、葡萄糖酸钠、碱性蛋白酶、碱性脂肪酶、氯化钠、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油、中药提取液和水,同时还提供了其制备方法和应用。本发明鸭种蛋清洗剂原料来源广泛、使用安全,且制备工艺简单。复配后的清洗剂湿润力、去污力强,且耐碱、耐酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强,具有较强的广谱抗菌活性,使用后易冲洗无残留,有效去除蛋壳表面污垢和细菌的同时不会对种蛋孵化及鸭苗健康产生有害因素,对清洗操作工人也无任何危害,并具有加速种蛋胚胎发育和强健鸭苗的作用,能有效提高种蛋孵化率和鸭苗成活率。

一种鸭种蛋清洗剂及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于鸭种蛋孵化技术领域,具体涉及一种鸭种蛋清洗剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
种鸭在孵化前要对种鸭蛋清洗,除去表面的污垢,细菌、蛋壳外膜等不洁物。通常采用的是普通自来水清洗,这种方法只能除去种鸭蛋蛋壳表面的污垢,孵化过程中散热量大,需喷水凉蛋,且孵化周期长,操作程序复杂,鸭苗质量差。现有技术中,为了缩短孵化时间,提高鸭苗成活率,清洗过程中也有加入次氯酸钠、碳酸钠、活性消毒剂和水为洗涤液,具有消毒杀菌、改善蛋壳的结构和强度等作用,但由于次氯酸不稳定,其释放出的氯气可引起中毒,并具有腐蚀性和致敏性,易对健康及环境造成危害。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺点,本发明提供一种价廉易得、使用安全、并能有效提高种蛋孵化率和鸭苗成活率的鸭种蛋清洗剂。
同时,本发明还提供了上述鸭种蛋清洗剂的制备方法和应用。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:烷基糖苷25-30、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵8-15、葡萄糖酸钠18-25、碱性蛋白酶5-8、碱性脂肪酶4-6、氯化钠5-8、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油10-13、中药提取液20-25和水55-70。
一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,优选以下重量份的原料:烷基糖苷28、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10、葡萄糖酸钠20、碱性蛋白酶7、碱性脂肪酶5、氯化钠6、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油11、中药提取液22和水60。
所述的中药提取液,由甘草、菟丝子、麦芽和山栀按质量比3:1:2:1混合粉碎至80-100目,然后用2-3倍体积的80%乙醇加热回流30-40min,降至室温并过滤,收集滤液即得。
上述鸭种蛋清洗剂的制备方法,步骤包括:
1)按配比称取各原料,将水加热并保持45-50℃,加入烷基糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、葡萄糖酸钠、氯化钠和聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油,混合搅拌,充分溶解,得均一溶液;
2)将步骤1)均一溶液降至室温,用饱和碳酸钠水溶液调节pH7-8,静置0.5-1h,然后加入中药提取液、碱性蛋白酶和碱性脂肪酶,机械搅拌15-20min,超声5-10min,得鸭种蛋清洗剂。
一种使用上述清洗剂清洗鸭种蛋的方法为:将鸭种蛋用35-37℃清水冲洗2-3min,然后转入预热至36-37℃清洗剂中浸泡1-3min,取出后再用37-38℃清洗剂喷淋清洗8-10min,然后用PH5.5-6.5的醋酸水溶液于36-37℃浸泡1min,最后用35-37℃清水冲洗,35-38℃的热风吹干水份。
本发明鸭种蛋清洗剂原料来源广泛、使用安全,且制备工艺简单。烷基糖苷、葡萄糖酸钠等活性成分具有高表面活性、良好的生态安全性和相溶性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂,配伍性强、可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显,具有显著改善配方的温和性,无毒、无刺激、易生物降解等优点。复配后的清洗剂湿润力、去污力强,且耐碱、耐酸、耐硬水、抗盐性强,具有较强的广谱抗菌活性,使用后易冲洗无残留,有效去除蛋壳表面污垢和细菌的同时不会对种蛋孵化及鸭苗健康产生有害因素,对清洗操作工人也无任何危害。本发明通过添加碱性蛋白酶和碱性脂肪酶,溶解少部分蛋壳有机质和无机质,清除普通洗涤剂不易洗掉的鸭种蛋表层保护膜,从而提高蛋壳的空气交换量、部分改善蛋壳的结构和强度,可避免孵化过程中种蛋内部温度过高,并缩短孵化时间。添加的中药提取液,在渗透剂聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油的作用下,通过蛋壳内部薄膜被少量吸收,具有加速种蛋胚胎发育和强健鸭苗的作用,能有效提高种蛋孵化率和鸭苗成活率。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步说明本发明方案有益效果。
实施例1
一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,原料重量份组成为:烷基糖苷28、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10、葡萄糖酸钠20、碱性蛋白酶7、碱性脂肪酶5、氯化钠6、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油11、中药提取液22和水60。
所述的中药提取液,由甘草、菟丝子、麦芽和山栀按质量比3:1:2:1混合粉碎至80-100目,然后用3倍体积的80%乙醇加热回流30min,降至室温并过滤,收集滤液即得。
上述鸭种蛋清洗剂的制备方法,步骤包括:
1)按配比称取各原料,将水加热并保持45-50℃,加入烷基糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、葡萄糖酸钠、氯化钠和聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油,混合搅拌,充分溶解,得均一溶液;

一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,原料重量份组成为:烷基糖苷25、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵8、葡萄糖酸钠18、碱性蛋白酶5、碱性脂肪酶4、氯化钠5、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油10、中药提取液20和水55。

制备步骤同实施例1。
实施例4
将实施例1-3制得的鸭种蛋清洗剂分别应用于孵化前的种鸭蛋清洗,方法如下:
将鸭种蛋用35-37℃清水冲洗2-3min,然后转入预热至36-37℃清洗剂中浸泡1-3min,取出后再用37-38℃清洗剂喷淋清洗8-10min,然后用PH5.5-6.5的醋酸水溶液于36-37℃浸泡1min,最后用35-37℃清水冲洗,35-38℃的热风吹干水份。
对比例1
孵化前用普通清水鸭种蛋。
对比例2
孵化前用配比为12.5%次氯酸钠1%、碳酸钠0.3%、活性消毒剂0.2%、其余为水,混合组成清洗液清洗。清洗时间7分钟,温度38℃,清洗结束后冲洗5秒钟,冲洗温度为48℃。
实施例4及对比例清洗后,鸭种蛋孵化率、平均孵化时间及孵化后20天的成活率,对比效果见表1。

1.一种鸭种蛋清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:烷基糖苷25-30、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵8-15、葡萄糖酸钠18-25、碱性蛋白酶5-8、碱性脂肪酶4-6、氯化钠5-8、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油10-13、中药提取液20-25和水55-70;
所述的中药提取液,由甘草、菟丝子、麦芽和山栀按质量比3:1:2:1混合粉碎至80-100目,然后用2-3倍体积的80%乙醇加热回流30-40min,降至室温并过滤,收集滤液即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸭种蛋清洗剂,其特征在于:由包括以下重量份的原料:烷基糖苷28、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10、葡萄糖酸钠20、碱性蛋白酶7、碱性脂肪酶5、氯化钠6、聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油11、中药提取液22和水60。
3.一种权利要求1鸭种蛋清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
1)按配比称取各原料,将水加热并保持45-50℃,加入烷基糖苷、椰油基葡萄糖苷羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、葡萄糖酸钠、氯化钠和聚氧乙烯-60氢化蓖麻油,混合搅拌,充分溶解,得均一溶液;
2)将步骤1)均一溶液降至室温,用饱和碳酸钠水溶液调节pH7-8,静置0.5-1h,然后加入中药提取液、碱性蛋白酶和碱性脂肪酶,机械搅拌15-20min,超声5-10min,得鸭种蛋清洗剂。
4.一种权利要求1鸭种蛋清洗剂清洗鸭种蛋的方法,其特征在于,方法为:将鸭种蛋用35-37℃清水冲洗2-3min,然后转入预热至36-37℃清洗剂中浸泡1-3min,取出后再用37-38℃清洗剂喷淋清洗8-10min,然后用PH5.5-6.5的醋酸水溶液于36-37℃浸泡1min,最后用35-37℃清水冲洗,35-38℃的热风吹干水份。
