技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学制剂,具体是一种高效絮凝剂,属于水处理技术领域。
背景技术
在水处理过程张,絮凝剂主要使带有正(负)电性的基团中和一些水中带有负(正)电性难于分离的颗粒,降低其电势,使其处于不稳定状态,并利用其聚合性质使得这些颗粒集中,并通过物理或者化学方法分离出来。
絮凝剂主要分无机、有机两大类,此外还有微生物絮凝剂。无机絮凝剂价格便宜,但对人类健康和生态环境会产生不利影响;有机高分子絮凝剂虽然用量少,浮渣产量少,絮凝能力强,絮体容易分离,除油及除悬浮物效果好,但这类高聚物的残余单体容易致崎、致癌、致突变,因而使其应用范围受到限制;微生物絮凝剂因不存在二次污染,使用方便,应用前景被看好。

本发明的目的是提供一种高效絮凝剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种高效絮凝剂,由粉煤灰、淀粉、硫酸亚铁、氧化钠、氯化锌、硫酸铝、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚磷氯化铝、纤维素粉、硅藻土组成。
优选的原料配比是:粉煤灰25~40份、淀粉11~28份、硫酸亚铁5~10份、氧化钠4~10、氯化锌3~12份、硫酸铝15~30份、聚丙烯酰胺10~20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8~15份、聚磷氯化铝5~12份、纤维素粉1~5份、硅藻土10~15份。
本发明高效絮凝剂化学性能稳定,用量少,投料范围宽,处理效率高、安全无污染,对处理水的pH值基本无影响。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1由以下质量配比原料组成:粉煤灰30份、淀粉19份、硫酸亚铁8份、氧化钠7氯化锌9份、硫酸铝23份、聚丙烯酰胺16份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮11份、聚磷氯化铝9份、纤维素粉3份、硅藻土10份。
实施例2由以下质量配比原料组成:粉煤灰5份、淀粉11份、硫酸亚铁10份、氧化钠4、氯化锌12份、硫酸铝30份、聚丙烯酰胺20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚磷氯化铝12份、纤维素粉1份、硅藻土12份。
实施例3由以下质量配比原料组成:粉煤灰40份、淀粉28份、硫酸亚铁5份、氧化钠10、氯化锌3份、硫酸铝15份、聚丙烯酰胺20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8份、聚磷氯化铝5份、纤维素粉5份、硅藻土15份。
