Abstract
本发明公开了一种车辆内装饰板,其表层为聚脂类化纤针刺无纺面料,底层为PU发泡层,所述表层的内侧设有背胶层,背胶层与底层之间设有EPDM粘结层,EPDM粘结层与底层之间设有一层聚酯类针刺无纺布,所述表层与背胶层之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆内装饰板,具体说涉及一种用于汽车底盘上层、具有隔音、隔热、减震要求的车辆内装饰板。
背景技术
目前市场上的针刺类的车辆内装饰板,是以聚酯类化纤短丝为原料,通过开松、混合、梳理、铺网工序形成均匀的纤网,采用针刺固结、毛刷针刺,形成针刺无纺面料以其作为表层,经过热定型、定型胶涂层工艺处理,将其与PE复合,再加热模压成形后,在底层高压注入PU发泡材料,模合而成。这种多层复合而成的内饰材料由于PE材料的隔音效果较差,难以保证中、高档汽车对隔音效果的要求,通常有水洒落在车辆内饰板上之后只有简单的擦拭,等待自然干燥,容易发霉,易脏,车辆在潮湿环境下长期停放也会造成内饰板发霉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车辆内装饰板,该内饰件易粘合,且隔音、隔热、减震效果好。
本发明的车辆内装饰板,其表层为聚脂类化纤针刺无纺面料,底层为PU发泡层,所述表层的内侧设有背胶层,背胶层与底层之间设有EPDM粘结层,EPDM粘结层与底层之间设有一层聚酯类针刺无纺布,所述表层、背胶层、EPDM粘结层与聚酯类针刺无纺布通过压合固定相连;所述表层与背胶层之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。
进一步,所述的底层PU发泡层采用的是软质PU。
进一步,所述电热部件为电热丝网。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明通过在无纺面料的表层及底层PU发泡层之间设有EPDM粘结层,EPDM粘结层的隔音、隔热、减震效果好,同时在EPDM粘结层与底层PU发泡层之间设有一层聚酯类针刺无纺布,由于聚酯类针刺无纺布与EPDM粘结层及底层PU发泡层中所用材料的极性相反,所以易与粘合,同时粘结强度高,提高了制成率,降低了生产成本;内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干,利于保持干净整洁,防止发霉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种车辆内装饰板,其表层1为聚脂类化纤针刺无纺面料,底层2为PU发泡层,所述表层1的内侧设有背胶层3,背胶层3与底层2之间设有EPDM粘结层4,EPDM粘结层4与底层2之间设有一层聚酯类针刺无纺布5,所述表层1、背胶层3、EPDM粘结层4与聚酯类针刺无纺布5通过压合固定相连;所述表层1与背胶层3之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板6和固化于环氧树脂板6内部的电热部件7;所述的底层2PU发泡层采用的是软质PU;所述电热部件7为电热丝网;作为本发明的优选方案,在表层1的下面设有一层背胶层3,作用在于可以对面料起定形作用。作为本发明的优选方案,底层2PU发泡层采用的是软质PU,由于软质PU的隔音隔热效果都强于硬质PU,所以使整个内饰件的隔音效果增强;内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干,利于保持干净整洁,防止发霉。
首先将聚脂类化纤针刺无纺面料的表层1经过热定型和定型胶定型,再将其与聚酯类针刺无纺布5用EPDM复合形成粘结层4,粘贴好防潮层,经过热模压成形后,通过模具高压注入PU泡沫材料,形成汽车厂家所需的内饰件。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种车辆内装饰板,其表层为聚脂类化纤针刺无纺面料,底层为PU发泡层,其特征在于:所述表层的内侧设有背胶层,背胶层与底层之间设有EPDM粘结层,EPDM粘结层与底层之间设有一层聚酯类针刺无纺布,所述表层、背胶层、EPDM粘结层与聚酯类针刺无纺布通过压合固定相连;所述表层与背胶层之间还设有防潮层;所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆内装饰板,其特征在于:所述的底层PU发泡层采用的是软质PU。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆内装饰板,其特征在于:所述电热部件为电热丝网。
