Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合防水卷材结构,包括高分子板材结构层,高分子板材结构层上表面设有装饰材料结构层,装饰材料结构层与高分子板材结构层之间通过可拆卸装置连接,高分子板材层内设有缓冲板,缓冲板不止一个,且缓冲板均匀排列在高分子板材层上,且缓冲板与高分子板材层之间固定连接,高分子板材层下表面设有复合织物层,复合织物层粘接在高分子板材层上,复合织物层呈絮状结构,其絮状结构具有数个空隙,其絮状结构空隙内填充有胶凝材料层,复合织物层下表面设有隔离膜层,本复合防水卷材结构具有良好的装饰性,且自身强度高,缓冲性良好,不易受到损坏,同时兼具一定的保温作用,另外施工方便、安全性高、抗老化能力强,防水效果更优良。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材结构,特别涉及一种复合防水卷材结构。
背景技术
防水卷材是将沥青类或高分子类防水材料浸渍在胎体上,制作成的一种防水材料产品。防水卷材主要用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的作用,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。目前对于防水卷材的使用中,防水对象主要是混凝土构件,混凝土一般除了结构自防水以外,还必须构筑柔性防水层,采取刚柔相济的措施,才能达到最佳的防水效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种具有良好的装饰性,且自身强度高,缓冲性良好的复合防水卷材结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的复合防水卷材结构,包括高分子板材结构层,高分子板材结构层上表面设有装饰材料结构层,装饰材料结构层与高分子板材结构层之间通过可拆卸装置连接,高分子板材层内设有缓冲板,缓冲板不止一个,且缓冲板均匀排列在高分子板材层上,且缓冲板与高分子板材层之间固定连接,高分子板材层下表面设有复合织物层,复合织物层粘接在高分子板材层上,复合织物层呈絮状结构,其絮状结构具有数个空隙,其絮状结构空隙内填充有胶凝材料层,复合织物层下表面设有隔离膜层,复合织物层内的胶凝材料层渗透至隔离膜层上,隔离膜层内设有保温条,隔离膜层下表面设有护漆层,护漆层可拆卸连接在隔离膜层上。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述复合织物层为无纺布织物层。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述高分子板材结构层采用PET、乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚烯烃或聚乙烯材料制成。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述缓冲板采用橡胶板材结构。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述保温条不止一个。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述保温条呈横向或竖向均匀排列在隔离膜层上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本复合防水卷材结构具有良好的装饰性,且自身强度高,缓冲性良好,不易受到损坏,同时兼具一定的保温作用,另外施工方便、安全性高、抗老化能力强,防水效果更优良。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的本发明复合防水卷材结构的优选实施例,包括高分子板材结构层2,高分子板材结构层2上表面设有装饰材料结构层1,装饰材料结构层1与高分子板材结构层2之间通过可拆卸装置连接,高分子板材层2内设有缓冲板3,缓冲板3不止一个,且缓冲板3均匀排列在高分子板材层2上,且缓冲板3与高分子板材层2之间固定连接,高分子板材层2下表面设有复合织物层4,复合织物层4粘接在高分子板材层2上,复合织物层4呈絮状结构,其絮状结构具有数个空隙,其絮状结构空隙内填充有胶凝材料层,复合织物层4下表面设有隔离膜层5,复合织物层4内的胶凝材料层渗透至隔离膜层5上,隔离膜层5内设有保温条6,隔离膜层5下表面设有护漆层7,护漆层7可拆卸连接在隔离膜层5上。
所述复合织物层4为无纺布织物层。使用效果更好。
所述高分子板材结构层2采用PET、乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚烯烃或聚乙烯材料制成。具有良好的使用性。
所述缓冲板3采用橡胶板材结构。用材简单、成本低廉、缓冲效果好。
所述保温条6不止一个。保温效果更好。
所述保温条6呈横向或竖向均匀排列在隔离膜层5上。符合设计理念。
本发明的复合防水卷材结构具有良好的装饰性,且自身强度高,缓冲性良好,不易受到损坏,同时兼具一定的保温作用,另外施工方便、安全性高、抗老化能力强,防水效果更优良。包括高分子板材结构层2,高分子板材结构层2上表面设有装饰材料结构层1,装饰材料结构层1与高分子板材结构层2之间通过可拆卸装置连接,方便进行更换,还能起到一定的装饰效果;高分子板材层2下表面设有复合织物层4,复合织物层4粘接在高分子板材层2上,复合织物层4呈絮状结构,其絮状结构具有数个空隙,其絮状结构空隙内填充有胶凝材料层,复合织物层4下表面设有隔离膜层5,复合织物层4内的胶凝材料层渗透至隔离膜层5上,大大提高了防水性能,且连接牢固,使用寿命更长。

1.一种复合防水卷材结构,包括高分子板材结构层,其特征在于:高分子板材结构层上表面设有装饰材料结构层,装饰材料结构层与高分子板材结构层之间通过可拆卸装置连接,高分子板材层内设有缓冲板,缓冲板不止一个,且缓冲板均匀排列在高分子板材层上,且缓冲板与高分子板材层之间固定连接,高分子板材层下表面设有复合织物层,复合织物层粘接在高分子板材层上,复合织物层呈絮状结构,其絮状结构具有数个空隙,其絮状结构空隙内填充有胶凝材料层,复合织物层下表面设有隔离膜层,复合织物层内的胶凝材料层渗透至隔离膜层上,隔离膜层内设有保温条,隔离膜层下表面设有护漆层,护漆层可拆卸连接在隔离膜层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合防水卷材结构,其特征在于:所述复合织物层为无纺布织物层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合防水卷材结构,其特征在于:所述高分子板材结构层采用PET、乙烯醋酸乙烯、热塑性聚烯烃或聚乙烯材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合防水卷材结构,其特征在于:所述缓冲板采用橡胶板材结构。
