背景技术

将所述可成型主体变形为接合所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件。
根据本发明的一个实施例,使所述可成型主体变形包括通过冲头构件使所述可成型主体机械地变形。
根据本发明的一个实施例,使所述可成型主体变形包括加热所述可成型主体。
根据本发明的一个实施例,进一步包括冷却变形的可成型主体。
根据本发明的一个实施例,进一步包括将所述可成型主体粘附地结合至所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件中的至少一个。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本公开原理的车辆部件的示例性组件10的示例性的横截面视图。示意性的组件10包括第一结构部件12和第二结构部件14。在一个实例中,第一部件12和第二部件14是用于车辆(例如乘用车、运动型多功能车、小型货车等)的车身部件。在该示例性的实施方式中,第一部件12和第二部件14彼此对接。应当理解,本公开的原理可适用于多种车辆组件,包括带有多于两个部件的组件。
根据本公开的原理,第一部件12和第二部件14中的至少一者由非金属、塑料、复合材料和/或加强材料(例如纤维加强塑料)形成和/或包括非金属、塑料、复合材料和/或加强材料(例如纤维加强塑料)。在一个实例中,第一部件12和第二部件14中的其中一者可由碳素纤维加强塑料材料形成,并且另一者也可由碳素纤维加强塑料材料形成,或由另一种非金属、塑料、复合材料和/或加强材料、或金属材料形成。第一部件12和第二部件14可具有大致上完全相同的材料构成。
进一步参照图2,第一部件12和第二部件14分别地包括第一孔口16和第二孔口18。第一部件12和第二部件14通过使第一孔口16和第二孔口18重合而定位。在一些实施方式中,如在图2中所示的示意性说明,第一部件12和第二部件14可被定位成使第一孔口16和第二孔口18居中,即,同中心地对齐。
组件10还包括紧固件或连接部件20,紧固件或连接部件20延伸通过第一部件12和第二部件14的第一孔口16和第二孔口18。连接部件20包括可成型外部主体22,可成型外部主体22至少部分地包围相对刚性的支撑柄或支撑主体24。应当理解,本文中的外部主体“至少部分地包围”支撑主体的描述在一些实施方式中包括一部分或更多部分的支撑主体或支撑柄或它的部件可通过外部主体突出至连接部件的外部表面,但是外部主体充分地围绕支撑主体延伸以维持支撑主体相对于外部主体的固定。此外,如本文中所使用的,“可成型”同时指可在一定条件下被反复的变形和熔化的材料(例如,热塑性聚合材料)以及由于施加的变形条件(即,加热、加压等)基本上不可逆地固化或产生其它化学改变的材料,例如热固性聚合物。因此,外部主体22可包括热塑性材料(例如,尼龙)和热固性材料(例如,环氧树脂或聚酯)中的其中一者。除了可成型材料,外部主体22还可包括加强材料32。
进一步参照图3A至图3C,额外的连接部件20’和20”与连接部件20一起都以示例性的预变形状态(例如,呈大致圆柱体的形状)示出。额外的连接部件20’和20”分别具有外部主体22’和22”,外部主体22’和22”分别地包括变化的加强材料32’和32”。例如,加强材料32、32’、32”可包括多种纤维材料和/或颗粒材料中的一种或更多种,例如,碳、玻璃、聚酰胺以及其他天然纤维;滑石和金属薄片;以及玻璃珠。应当理解,除了加强材料的不同之外,本文中的连接部件20的描述同样地适用于连接部件20’和20”。
如在图1和图3A至图3C中所示,支撑主体24、24’和24”分别地至少部分地被可成型外部主体22、22’和22”包围,并且每个支撑主体24、24’和24”可具有大致地圆柱形形状。参照图4,另一个支撑主体包括从该支撑主体的径向外部表面突出的肋状锁定构件34”’。锁定构件34”’帮助将支撑主体24”’相对于根据本公开原理的车辆部件组件中的相应的连接部件机械地固定。例如,锁定构件34”’将提供支撑主体24”’相对于至少部分地包围的外部主体的纵向运动的阻力。应当理解,根据本公开原理的支撑主体或支撑柄可包括多种几何结构,所述多种几何结构包括具有多种构造(例如,间隔分开的球状突出部或螺纹)的突出锁定构件。这种特征可显著地影响支撑主体或支撑柄的横截面面积。还应当理解,除了在支撑主体24”’中包括锁定构件之外,本文描述的支撑主体24、24’、24”和24”’等同地适用于彼此。
图5A至图5C以及图6中示出了用于形成带有第一部件12和第二部件14以及连接部件20的组件10的系统和过程100。具体参照图5A以及图6的框图102,模具组件50利用基座部件52和鼻状部件54将第一部件12和第二部件14固定,其中第一孔口16和第二孔口18重合。基座部件52具有成型凹口56,并且鼻状部件54具有与成型凹口56重合的贯通孔口58。第一部件12和第二部件14被定位在模具组件50中,其中第一孔口16和第二孔口18与成型凹口56和贯通孔口58重合。如在图5A至图5C中所示,第一孔口16和第二孔口18可被居中地对齐,即,与成型凹口56和贯通孔口58同中心地对齐。
具体参照图5B和图6的框图104,通过将第一部件12和第二部件14固定在模具组件50中,连接部件20可延伸通过鼻状部件54的贯通孔口58以及第一孔口16和第二孔口18并且与成型凹口56接合。在示意性的示出的实施方式中,连接部件20被定位成以大致地圆柱形的预变形构造穿过第一部件12和第二部件14。
具体参照图5C和图6的框图106,通过将连接部件20定位在第一车辆部件12和第二车辆部件14之间,模具组件50的冲头构件60延伸进入鼻状部件54的贯通孔口58中并且接合连接部件20,如在图5C中所示。冲头构件60使连接部件20的可成型外部主体22变形到成型凹口56、第一孔口16和第二孔口18、以及在冲头60与第一车辆部件12之间的贯通孔口58的区域中。
如在图5A至图5C中所示,温度控制装置62可被热连接至模具组件50以提供加热或冷却从而帮助可成型外部主体22的固化和/或变形过程。例如,参考图6的框图108,过程100的一个部分可为判定是否需要或期望这种温度控制。如果不需要或不期望,例如,当外部主体22的可成型材料为热塑性材料时,参考图6的框图110,连接部件20的外部主体22主要地通过由冲头构件60施加的力而变形。
再次参照图6的框图108,是否需要或期望模具组件50的温度控制,例如外部主体22的可成型材料是热固性材料的形式并且需要加热来固化外部主体22,或加热能促进它的变形。例如,温度控制装置62可包括与模具组件50热力学连通的加热器,以如具体的材料和操作条件所要求地操作。在另一个实例中,为了促进制造,例如通过加速过程100,温度控制装置62还可包括与模具组件50热力学连通的冷却器,以将可成型外部主体22固化或硬化成变形的形状。相应地,参照图6的框图112,温度控制装置62如期望或需要地被操作,并且过程100继续到框图110,在框图110处变形通过力和/或温度控制而发生。
由于根据本公开原理通过冲头构件60来变形,所以连接部件20包括外部主体22的第一凸缘72和第二凸缘74,第一凸缘72和第二凸缘74将第一部件12和第二部件14夹紧在一起。在该示例性的示出的实施方式中,第一凸缘72直接地接合第一部件12的外部表面82,并且第二凸缘74直接地接合第二部件14的外部表面84。在一些实施方式中,例如,在外部主体22的可成型材料为热固性材料的实施方式中,第一凸缘72和第二凸缘74中的一者或两者可分别粘附地结合至第一车辆部件12和第二车辆部件14。在这种实施方式中,第一凸缘72可具有与第一部件12的外部表面82结合的结合部86,以及第二凸缘74可具有与第二部件14的外部表面84结合的接合部88。
在可成型外部主体22的变形中,支撑主体24被定位成延伸进入第一孔口16和第二孔口18。在其他的实施方式中,支撑主体或支撑柄24可延伸进入第一孔口16和第二孔口18中的仅一个中。
如在示意性的示例中所示,第一孔口16和第二孔口18可大致地相对于彼此居中,并且变形的连接部件20和它的支撑主体24可大致地相对于第一孔口16和第二孔口18居中。在其他的实施方式中,变形的连接部件20和它的支撑主体24可大致地相对于第一孔口16和第二孔口18中的至少一个居中。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于装配车辆部件的系统,所述系统包括:
模具组件,所述模具组件将分别具有第一孔口和第二孔口的第一车辆部件和第二车辆部件固定,所述模具组件将所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件定位成使所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口重合,所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件中的至少一个包括聚合材料;
连接部件,所述连接部件延伸通过所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口,所述模具组件支撑所述连接部件,所述连接部件包括支撑柄和至少部分地包围所述支撑柄的可成型主体,其中,与所述可成型主体相比,所述支撑柄具有相对刚性;以及
冲头构件,所述冲头构件选择性地接合所述连接部件的可成型主体并且使所述连接部的可成型主体变形,所述模具组件引导所述可成型主体与所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件接合,所述模具组件将所述支撑柄定位在所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,进一步包括温度控制机构,所述温度控制机构热连接至所述模具组件并且选择性地为所述模具组件提供热以使所述连接部件的可成型主体变形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述温度控制机构选择性地冷却所述模具组件以固化变形的可成型主体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述可成型主体粘附地结合至所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件中的至少一个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,其中,所述可成型主体粘附地结合至所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件两者。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述模具组件将所述连接部件相对于所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个大致地居中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述模具组件将所述支撑柄相对于所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个大致地居中,其中所述支撑柄定位在所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的所述至少一个内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述模具组件将所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件固定,其中所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口大致地对准。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,所述模具组件将所述连接部件和所述支撑柄相对于所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口大致地居中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述模具组件将所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件彼此直接抵靠地固定。
11.一种用于装配车辆部件的方法,所述方法包括:
使第一车辆部件和第二车辆部件的各自的第一孔口和第二孔口重合,所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件的至少其中一个包括聚合材料;
将连接部件延伸通过所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口,所述连接部件包括至少部分地被可成型主体包围的支撑柄;
将与所述可成型主体相比具有相对刚性的所述支撑柄定位在所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个中;以及
将所述可成型主体变形为接合所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,使所述可成型主体变形包括通过冲头构件使所述可成型主体机械地变形。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,使所述可成型主体变形包括加热所述可成型主体。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括冷却变形的可成型主体。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括将所述可成型主体粘附地结合至所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件中的至少一个。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括将所述可成型主体粘附地结合至所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件两者。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述连接部件相对于所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个大致地居中。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述支撑柄相对于所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的至少一个大致地居中,其中所述支撑柄被定位在所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口中的所述至少一个中。
19.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括大致地对准所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口。
20.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括直接地对接的所述第一车辆部件和所述第二车辆部件。
