本发明涉及汽车生产模具领域，具体的说是一种防止安装颠倒的保险杠翻边模具。
背景技术
目前加工生产汽车保险杠的翻边模具，压料体外轮廓与模座外轮廓都是长方形的，在模具装配及维护时容易颠倒，由于其内部形状不同，一旦颠倒调试时容易损坏模具，影响生产。
发明内容
本发明为解决汽车保险杠翻边模具，压料体与模座容易颠倒安装造成损坏的问题，设计了一种带识别块的模具。
本发明的技术方案是，一种防颠倒的保险杠翻边模具，包括模座、压料体，其特殊之处是，在模座内围的一侧留有内凸的识别块，压料体外围相对应的位置开有内凹的槽穴。
在装配时，只要将将模座上的识别块嵌入压料体的槽穴，即可确定装配无误。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案，可以实现一种结构简单，不能装反的保险杠翻边模具。

具体实施方式
如图所示，在模座1内围的一侧留有内凸的识别块3，压料体2外围相对应的位置开有内凹的槽穴4。
在装配时，只要将将模座1上的识别块3嵌入压料体2的槽穴4，即可确定装配无误。
