本发明属于污水处理应用技术领域，具体公开了一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，由支撑组件、动力组件和搅拌组件组成。本发明的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置的有益效果在于：1、合理设计的可调节支撑架和调节套，在使用时依据需要调节高度，适应范围广且调节安全、快速、可靠，同时可升降式结构也便于对搅拌轴等的维护；2、齿轮传动，动力输出稳定，有效提高混合搅拌作业效率；3、反方向对称设置的搅拌齿，较传统结构其搅拌效率提高30%以上。

一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明属于污水处理应用技术领域，具体涉及一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其立式可调节强制式设计，搅拌效率高、适用范围广。
背景技术
污水处理(sewagetreatmentwastewatertreatment)，其是为使污水达到排水某一水体或再次使用的水质要求对其进行净化的过程，污水处理被广泛应用于建筑、农业，交通、能源、石化、环保、城市景观、医疗、餐饮等各个领域，也越来越多地走进寻常百姓的日常生活。
按污水来源分类，污水处理一般分为生产污水处理和生活污水处理。生产污水包括工业污水、农业污水以及医疗污水等，而生活污水就是日常生活产生的污水，是指各种形式的无机物和有机物的复杂混合物，包括：①漂浮和悬浮的大小固体颗粒；②胶状和凝胶状扩散物；③纯溶液。按水污的质性来分，水的污染有两类：一类是自然污染；另一类是人为污染。水污染可根据污染杂质的不同而主要分为化学性污染、物理性污染和生物性污染三大类，污染物主要有：⑴未经处理而排放的工业废水；⑵未经处理而排放的生活污水；⑶大量使用化肥、农药、除草剂的农田污水；⑷堆放在河边的工业废弃物和生活垃圾；⑸水土流失；⑹矿山污水。
对污水进行处理的方法很多，一般可归纳为物理法、化学法和生物法等，在以上三种方法中，在处理的前置工序中都需要对待处理的污水进行搅拌、甚至二次或多次的搅拌，以便将污水中的各种污染物进行搅拌便于下一步的高效处理或对加入污水中的处理原料与污水进行快速的混合搅拌等（此步骤尤其重要），现有的污水处理搅拌设备都为固定式或大型结构，组装使用维护不便且搅拌效率低，同时无法适应在空间面积较小的场所，这是当前所亟待解决的。
因此，基于上述问题，本发明提供一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其结构设计合理，可依据需要对立式搅拌机的状态进行调整，适应多种场所的搅拌混合需求且工作效率高、便于维护。
技术方案：本发明提供一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，由支撑组件、动力组件和搅拌组件组成；所述支撑组件，包括可调节支架，及设置在可调节支架上的调节套，其中，可调节支架分为上、下两部分且都与调节套连接，调节套内设置有螺旋槽且位于调节套内的可调节支架的上、下两部分均设置有与螺旋槽相配合使用的螺旋丝；所述动力组件，包括齿轮壳，及设置在齿轮壳上的电机支架，及设置在电机支架上的驱动电机，及设置在齿轮壳内的且与驱动电机连接的传动齿轮，及设置在齿轮壳内且与传动齿轮连接的从动齿轮，其中，可调节支架分别与齿轮壳连接；所述搅拌组件，包括贯穿齿轮壳且与从动齿轮连接的搅拌轴，及均匀设置在搅拌轴上的定位孔，及设置在定位孔上且通过定位销固定的齿定位套，及设置在齿定位套上的搅拌齿，及设置在搅拌轴与齿轮壳连接处的密封垫。
本技术方案的，所述从动齿轮的直径小于传动齿轮。
本技术方案的，所述设置在搅拌轴上的齿定位套和搅拌齿至少设置两组。
本技术方案的，所述设置在齿定位套的搅拌齿至少设置两组且搅拌齿的位置反向设置。
本技术方案的，所述与齿轮壳连接的支撑组件至少设置四组。
与现有技术相比，本发明的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置的有益效果在于：1、合理设计的可调节支撑架和调节套，在使用时依据需要调节高度，适应范围广且调节安全、快速、可靠，同时可升降式结构也便于对搅拌轴等的维护；2、齿轮传动，动力输出稳定，有效提高混合搅拌作业效率；3、反方向对称设置的搅拌齿，较传统结构其搅拌效率提高30%以上。

下面结合附图和具体实施例，进一步阐明本发明。
实施例
如图1所示的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，由支撑组件、动力组件和搅拌组件组成；支撑组件，包括可调节支架1，及设置在可调节支架1上的调节套2，其中，可调节支架1分为上、下两部分且都与调节套2连接，调节套2内设置有螺旋槽且位于调节套2内的可调节支架1的上、下两部分均设置有与螺旋槽相配合使用的螺旋丝；动力组件，包括齿轮壳3，及设置在齿轮壳3上的电机支架5，及设置在电机支架5上的驱动电机4，及设置在齿轮壳3内的且与驱动电机4连接的传动齿轮6，及设置在齿轮壳3内且与传动齿轮6连接的从动齿轮7，其中，可调节支架1分别与齿轮壳3连接；搅拌组件，包括贯穿齿轮壳3且与从动齿轮7连接的搅拌轴8，及均匀设置在搅拌轴8上的定位孔11，及设置在定位孔11上且通过定位销12固定的齿定位套9，及设置在齿定位套9上的搅拌齿10，及设置在搅拌轴8与齿轮壳3连接处的密封垫13。
进一步优选的，从动齿轮7的直径小于传动齿轮6，保证动力传动的精准性和稳定性，提高搅拌效率；设置在搅拌轴8上的齿定位套9和搅拌齿10至少设置两组；及设置在齿定位套9的搅拌齿10至少设置两组且搅拌齿10的位置反向设置，保证对待处理污水进行高效、稳定的搅拌作业；与齿轮壳3连接的支撑组件至少设置四组，保证搅拌作业时对动力组件和搅拌组件进行稳定、可靠的支撑。
其中，本实施例中的驱动电机4为减速电机且功率为1.5KW，搅拌轴8的直径为32mm-50mm，搅拌轴8长度为1200mm-1500mm，不仅适用于水处理，还适用于化工、医药、冶金、化妆品和食品等行业。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其特征在于：由支撑组件、动力组件和搅拌组
件组成；所述支撑组件，包括可调节支架（1），及设置在可调节支架（1）上的调节套（2），其中，可调节支架（1）分为上、下两部分且都与调节套（2）连接，调节套（2）内设置有螺旋槽且位于调节套（2）内的可调节支架（1）的上、下两部分均设置有与螺旋槽相配合使用的螺旋丝；所述动力组件，包括齿轮壳（3），及设置在齿轮壳（3）上的电机支架（5），及设置在电机支架（5）上的驱动电机（4），及设置在齿轮壳（3）内的且与驱动电机（4）连接的传动齿轮（6），及设置在齿轮壳（3）内且与传动齿轮（6）连接的从动齿轮（7），其中，可调节支架（1）分别与齿轮壳（3）连接；所述搅拌组件，包括贯穿齿轮壳（3）且与从动齿轮（7）连接的搅拌轴（8），及均匀设置在搅拌轴（8）上的定位孔（11），及设置在定位孔（11）上且通过定位销（12）固定的齿定位套（9），及设置在齿定位套（9）上的搅拌齿（10），及设置在搅拌轴（8）与齿轮壳（3）连接处的密封垫（13）。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述从动齿轮（7）的直径小于传动齿轮（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述设置在搅拌轴（8）上的齿定位套（9）和搅拌齿（10）至少设置两组。
4.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述设置在齿定位套（9）的搅拌齿（10）至少设置两组且搅拌齿（10）的位置反向设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水处理的立式搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述与齿轮壳（3）连接的支撑组件至少设置四组。
