Abstract

本发明公开了一种梨树扦插育苗方法,步骤为:在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70%~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm?的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸1~2min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸0.5~1h后取出插入扦插基质中,然后进行光培养45~55天后移栽。采用本发明所述的扦插育苗方法可以保持梨树母株的优良性状,具有繁殖系数高、植株生长健壮、整齐、操作简便等优点,其苗木繁殖数量较埋根育苗方法提高60%以上,且果实产量稳定,品质高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物无性繁殖方法,具体是涉及一种梨树扦插育苗方法。
背景技术
梨树,为蔷薇科梨属,属多年生落叶果树,在全球具有广泛的分布,其具有适应性、抗病能力强、寿命长等优势,但是传统的梨树的定植方法具有生长时间长、成活率低、产量不稳定等缺陷,且梨树在栽培发展过程中,容易出现品种退化的问题,例如果个变小、萼凹部收缩、石细胞增多、风味变淡等问题,造成梨果的市场竞争力不断下降,影响果农的积极性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种操作简单、成本低、繁殖效率高的梨树扦插育苗方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70%~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸1~2min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸0.5~1h后取出插入扦插基质中,然后进行光培养45~55天后移栽。
进一步,所述的高锰酸钾的质量百分含量为0.1%。
且所述的生根剂包括以下组分,且各组分的浓度分别为:
NAA:0.3~0.5g/L;
ABT:0.5~0.8g/L;
吲哚丁酸0.08~0.1g/L;
钼酸铵0.005~0.01g/L;
硝酸镧0.015~0.02g/L;
蔗糖0.01~0.02g/L,
溶剂为水或乙醇。
而所述的扦插基质为珍珠岩和泥炭的混合物,且珍珠岩和泥炭的质量比为:(2~4):1。
此外,上述的梨树扦插育苗方法,还包括对扦插基质消毒的步骤。
且,所述的消毒的步骤中所用到的消毒剂为广谱性杀菌剂。而所述的广谱性杀菌剂为多菌灵或百菌清溶液。
更进一步,所述的光培养的具体条件为:光照环境为全光照,保持温度为20±2℃,湿度为50~65%,光照强度为1200~1500lx。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明所述的扦插育苗方法可以保持梨树母株的优良性状,具有繁殖系数高、植株生长健壮、整齐、操作简便等优点,其苗木繁殖数量较埋根育苗方法提高60%以上,且果实产量稳定,品质高。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式:
实施例1:
在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在质量百分含量为0.1%高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸1min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸0.5h后取出插入扦插基质中,其中,所述的生根剂包括以下组分,且各组分的浓度分别为:NAA:0.3g/L;ABT:0.5g/L;吲哚丁酸0.08g/L;钼酸铵0.005g/L;硝酸镧0.015g/L;蔗糖0.01g/L,溶剂为水或乙醇,而所述的扦插基质为质量比为:2:1珍珠岩和泥炭的混合物,且所述的扦插基质还需要利用多菌灵或百菌清溶液进行消毒,最后进行光培养,光培养的具体条件为:光照环境为全光照,保持温度为20±2℃,湿度为50~65%,光照强度为1200~1500lx,55天后生根率达到79.2%,进行移栽。
实施例2
在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70%~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在质量百分含量为0.1%高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸2min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸1h后取出插入扦插基质中,其中,所述的生根剂包括以下组分,且各组分的浓度分别为:NAA:0.5g/L;ABT:0.8g/L;吲哚丁酸0.1g/L;钼酸铵0.01g/L;硝酸镧0.02g/L;蔗糖0.02g/L,溶剂为水或乙醇,而所述的扦插基质为质量比为4:1珍珠岩和泥炭的混合物,且所述的扦插基质还需要利用多菌灵或百菌清溶液进行消毒,最后进行光培养,光培养的具体条件为:光照环境为全光照,保持温度为20±2℃,湿度为50~65%,光照强度为1200~1500lx,45天后生根率达到80.2%,进行移栽。
实施例3
在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70%~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在质量百分含量为0.1%高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸1.5min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸0.8h后取出插入扦插基质中,其中,所述的生根剂包括以下组分,且各组分的浓度分别为:NAA:0.4g/L;ABT:0.6g/L;吲哚丁酸0.08g/L;钼酸铵0.008g/L;硝酸镧0.016g/L;蔗糖0.02g/L,溶剂为水或乙醇,而所述的扦插基质为质量比为:3:1珍珠岩和泥炭的混合物,且所述的扦插基质还需要利用多菌灵或百菌清溶液进行消毒,最后进行光培养,光培养的具体条件为:光照环境为全光照,保持温度为20±2℃,湿度为50~65%,光照强度为1200~1500lx,50天后生根率达到79.6%,进行移栽。

1.一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在7月份清晨,温度为20~25℃、湿度为70%~80%的条件下剪取梨树8~10cm的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的基部在高锰酸钾溶液中浸蘸1~2min,再将插穗的基部插入到生根剂中浸蘸0.5~1h后取出插入扦插基质中,然后进行光培养45~55天后移栽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的高锰酸钾的质量百分含量为0.1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的生根剂包括以下组分,且各组分的浓度分别为:
NAA:0.3~0.5g/L;
ABT:0.5~0.8g/L;
吲哚丁酸0.08~0.1g/L;
钼酸铵0.005~0.01g/L;
硝酸镧0.015~0.02g/L;
蔗糖0.01~0.02g/L,
溶剂为水或乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的扦插基质为珍珠岩和泥炭的混合物,且珍珠岩和泥炭的质量比为:(2~4):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,还包括对扦插基质消毒的步骤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的消毒的步骤中所用到的消毒剂为广谱性杀菌剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的广谱性杀菌剂为多菌灵或百菌清溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种梨树扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的光培养的具体条件为:光照环境为全光照,保持温度为20±2℃,湿度为50~65%,光照强度为1200~1500lx。
