技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置，特别涉及一种用于变频电机的散热装置，属于电机制备技术领域。
背景技术
电动机（Electricmachinery，俗称马达）是指依据电磁感应定律实现电能转换或传递的一种电磁装置。在电路中用字母M（旧标准用D）表示。一般来说，电机是把电能变换为动能的机器，这样的电机可分为把电能变换为旋转运动的旋转式电机和把电能变换为直线往复运动的往复式电机。电机作为动力源安装在冰箱、空调、洗衣机、电风扇和吸尘器等家庭中使用的几乎所有的产品上。
滚筒洗衣机变频电机在运行过程中会大量发热，过多的热量对于变频电机运作不利。同时洗衣机内部空间有限，对于散热装置体积有严格要求，迫切需要一种小体积高效的散热装置。
公开号为CN202789700的中国发明专利公开了一种用于变频电机的散热装置，包括边缘向一侧翻出的叶轮，所述叶轮中心设置有第一安装孔，所述第一安装孔周围设置有若干第二安装孔，所述叶轮均匀分布有若干叶片，所述叶片设置于所述叶轮的半径方向，所述叶片一侧设置有通风孔。该叶片由叶轮冲通风孔时向一边卷折形成，造成加工困难的缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种用于变频电机的散热装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种用于变频电机的散热装置，包括边缘向一侧翻出的叶轮，所述叶轮中心设置有第一安装孔，所述第一安装孔周围设置有若干第二安装孔，所述叶轮的底部冲设有多个叶片安装孔，且相邻两叶片安装孔之间设有通风孔；所述叶片安装孔内固定有散热叶片。
优选的技术方案为：所述散热叶片的材质为高分子材料。
由于上述技术方案运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果：
本发明的叶片安装孔具有成孔方便，在安装叶片时具有叶片安装简单的优点。
