技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,各行各业都在向着工业化和电子化的方向发展,这也意味着电缆用量的大大增加,但是因其各行业的工作环境均有不同,也就要求电缆所具备的特性有所不同,就目前科技的发展,人们要求电缆不仅仅是具备传输电流的单一作用,还要电缆在一定程度上可以防静电和耐腐蚀,众所周知电缆在使用时会经常出现内部静电或被高压击穿的情况,严重影响到仪器设备的正常使用,给人们带来很多的不便,而且目前电缆会经常在一些环境较为潮湿的地方使用,一般的电缆并不能够阻挡潮气的入侵,这就会给电缆内部的导体造成损害,降低了其使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、聚乙烯管、屏蔽层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个导体;所述导体外设置一层聚乙烯管;所述聚乙烯管外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层;所述屏蔽层外挤包一层防断裂层;所述防断裂层外挤包一层加强层;所述加强层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆,所述绝缘层和聚乙烯管之间间隙部分设置有填充层。
上述的一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆,所述防断裂层为硅橡胶或氟塑料材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、防腐蚀效果好和使用方便等优点,所述防断裂层为硅橡胶或氟塑料材料制成,使电缆本体在低温条件下不易开裂,提高了电缆的抗腐蚀能力,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种低烟无卤耐腐蚀抗拉伸电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、聚乙烯管3、屏蔽层6和外护套9,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个导体2;所述导体2外设置一层聚乙烯管3;所述聚乙烯管3外设置一层绝缘层5;所述绝缘层5外紧密挤包一层屏蔽层6;所述屏蔽层6外挤包一层防断裂层7;所述防断裂层7外挤包一层加强层8;所述加强层8外挤包一层外护套9。
所述防断裂层7为硅橡胶或氟塑料材料制成,使电缆本体1在低温条件下不易开裂,提高了电缆的抗腐蚀能力,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
