Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法,其特征为钢丝表面经锌锅涂覆熔融态锌液后,钢丝再经过钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置;在钢丝通入钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置时在钢丝上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳;由纤维绳将钢丝表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅完成钢丝表面的抹锌。本发明具有抹锌方法生产工艺简单、操作流程简单及能降低生产成本的优点。

一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种钢丝镀锌技术,尤其是涉及到一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法。
背景技术
钢丝热镀锌是金属制品行业广泛应用一项生产技术,经表面清洗的钢丝涂上助镀剂后进入锌锅,在引出锌液面时通过抹拭的方式,使钢丝表面的锌层均匀光滑,以便于下道进一步加工。目前常用的抹锌方式有以下三种,一种是在锌锅钢丝出口处覆盖一层油木碳,通过木碳抹拭钢丝表面锌液,称为木碳抹锌法;第二种为气体抹锌法,在锌锅钢丝出口处采用气体吹锌的方法去除钢丝表面的锌液;第三种为电磁抹锌法,利用磁力原理去除钢丝表面的锌液。这三种抹锌方法生产工艺均比较复杂,操作流程烦琐,生产成本高。
发明内容
针对上述的缺点,本发明的目的在于提高一种抹锌生产工艺简单、操作流程简单及能降低生产成本的钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法。
本发明的技术内容为,一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法,其特征为钢丝表面经锌锅涂覆熔融态锌液后,钢丝再经过钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置;
其中钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,包括固定架、滑动连接杆、固定座、固定螺栓、底槽板和压槽板;在压槽板表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔,在底槽板的上表面设有与压槽板大小对应的凹槽,在凹槽内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔,半圆形底槽板凹孔从两侧向外延伸至底槽板侧表面外;底槽板与固定架平行设置,底槽板两端通过滑动连接杆连接到固定架的固定座上,固定螺栓设置在固定座上以固定滑动连接杆;压槽板放置在底槽板的凹槽中,半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成一钢丝通孔;
钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置通过固定架安装到锌锅后端,钢丝从半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成的钢丝通孔中通过,在钢丝通入钢丝通孔时在钢丝上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳;由纤维绳将钢丝表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅完成钢丝表面的抹锌。
在上述热镀锌抹锌方法中,耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳为硅化物纤维、碳纤维或陶瓷纤维。
本与现有技术相比所具有的优点为,本发明不需要许多额外的辅助材料以及复杂的工艺控制,通过纤维绳与钢丝接触,在纤维绳的抹拭下,将钢丝表层多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅,使钢丝表面锌层均匀光滑,操作简单方便,生产效率高。镀锌过程中,只通过纤维绳与钢丝接触,克服了现有木碳、气体、电磁等方法镀锌时生产条件复杂、需要专人监控的问题,从而降低了生产成本和劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法,其特征为钢丝1表面经锌锅2涂覆熔融态锌液后,钢丝1再经过可调式抹锌装置3;
其中如图2、图3和图4所示钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置3,包括固定架3.1、滑动连接杆3.2、固定座3.3、固定螺栓3.4、底槽板3.6和压槽板3.7;在压槽板3.7表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔3.7.1,在底槽板3.6的上表面设有与压槽板3.7大小对应的凹槽3.6.1,在凹槽3.6.1内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔3.7.1对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔3.6.2,半圆形底槽板凹孔3.6.2从两侧向外延伸至底槽板3.6侧表面外;底槽板3.6与固定架3.1平行设置,底槽板3.6两端通过滑动连接杆3.2连接到固定架3.1的固定座3.3上,固定螺栓3.4设置在固定座3.3上以固定滑动连接杆3.2;压槽板3.7放置在底槽板3.6的凹槽3.6.1中,半圆形压槽板凹孔3.7.1与半圆形底槽板凹孔3.6.2对应形成一钢丝通孔3.5;可调式抹锌装置3通过固定架3.1安装到锌锅2后端,钢丝1从半圆形压槽板凹孔3.7.1与半圆形底槽板凹孔3.6.2对应形成的钢丝通孔3.5中通过,在钢丝1通入钢丝通孔3.5时在钢丝1上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳4;通过松开固定螺栓3.4,使滑动连接杆3.2在固定座3.3中滑动来调节底槽板3.6的位置,调节好后拧紧螺栓3.4来固定住滑动连接杆3.2;由纤维绳4将钢丝表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅2完成钢丝1表面的抹锌,耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳4为陶瓷纤维。

1.一种钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法,其特征为钢丝表面经锌锅涂覆熔融态锌液后,钢丝再经过钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置;
其中钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置,包括固定架、滑动连接杆、固定座、固定螺栓、底槽板和压槽板;在压槽板表面设有若干平行的半圆形压槽板凹孔,在底槽板的上表面设有与压槽板大小对应的凹槽,在凹槽内设有与半圆形压槽板凹孔对应的半圆形底槽板凹孔,半圆形底槽板凹孔从两侧向外延伸至底槽板侧表面外;底槽板与固定架平行设置,底槽板两端通过滑动连接杆连接到固定架的固定座上,固定螺栓设置在固定座上以固定滑动连接杆;压槽板放置在底槽板的凹槽中,半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成一钢丝通孔;
钢丝热镀锌抹锌用装置通过固定架安装到锌锅后端,钢丝从半圆形压槽板凹孔与半圆形底槽板凹孔对应形成的钢丝通孔中通过,在钢丝通入钢丝通孔时在钢丝上缠绕一耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳;由纤维绳将钢丝表面多余的熔融态锌液抹除回入锌锅完成钢丝表面的抹锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝热镀锌抹锌方法,其特征为耐高温耐磨损的纤维绳为硅化物纤维、碳纤维或陶瓷纤维。
