本发明公开了一种锡膏清洗剂,包括:乙酸乙酯、二丙二醇甲醚、松香油、柠檬酸、二亚乙基三胺、丙酮和乙醇,所述乙酸乙酯含量为2-6份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为5-10份,所述松香油含量为12-17份,所述柠檬酸含量为20-22份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为8-15份,所述丙酮含量为13-16份,所述乙醇含量为45-55份,所述含量为重量配比。通过上述方式,本发明锡膏清洗剂能够有效去除掉线路板上残留的锡膏、粘合剂或溶剂,去油渍能力强、使用安全、清洗效率更高、清洗时间更短、清洗效果更好、更加节能高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,特别是涉及一种锡膏清洗剂。
背景技术
在锡焊的过程中,印刷电路板上会残留多余的锡膏、粘合剂以及溶剂,因此,锡焊结束后要及时对其进行清洗,否则,线路板上残留的锡膏、粘合剂以及溶剂会对线路板造成极大的影响。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效去除掉线路板上残留的锡膏、粘合剂或溶剂的锡膏清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种锡膏清洗剂,包括:乙酸乙酯、二丙二醇甲醚、松香油、柠檬酸、二亚乙基三胺、丙酮和乙醇,所述乙酸乙酯含量为2-6份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为5-10份,所述松香油含量为12-17份,所述柠檬酸含量为20-22份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为8-15份,所述丙酮含量为13-16份,所述乙醇含量为45-55份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为2份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为5份,所述松香油含量为12份,所述柠檬酸含量为20份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为8份,所述丙酮含量为13份,所述乙醇含量为45份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为6份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为10份,所述松香油含量为17份,所述柠檬酸含量为22份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为15份,所述丙酮含量为16份,所述乙醇含量为55份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯含量为5份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为7份,所述松香油含量为13份,所述柠檬酸含量为21份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为12份,所述丙酮含量为15份,所述乙醇含量为50份,所述含量为重量配比。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明锡膏清洗剂能够有效去除掉线路板上残留的锡膏、粘合剂或溶剂,去油渍能力强、使用安全、清洗效率更高、清洗时间更短、清洗效果更好、更加节能高效。

1.一种锡膏清洗剂,其特征在于,包括:乙酸乙酯、二丙二醇甲醚、松香油、柠檬酸、二亚乙基三胺、丙酮和乙醇,所述乙酸乙酯含量为2-6份,所述二丙二醇甲醚含量为5-10份,所述松香油含量为12-17份,所述柠檬酸含量为20-22份,所述二亚乙基三胺含量为8-15份,所述丙酮含量为13-16份,所述乙醇含量为45-55份,所述含量为重量配比。
